We pay for the services that you provide us..kindly make sure that 4G on your network works like 4G and not like 2G. Have been facing this issue since 1 year at Chailengta, Tripura 799273 and nothing has been resolved. So from this month I am using BSNL 3g instead of JIO @JioCare

@BSNLCorporate my FTTH BSNL connection 0381-2370063 not working for last 2 months. Inspite of complaints by my father no one has come to attend the problem. I am paying 1000 rupees per month for no usage. This is a repeatation of my earlier 0381-2322822(connection closed) too

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW no wonder people prefer pvt companies over BSNL. Made around 10 calls. Everytime either call got disconnected, picked but not answered or put on hold to never come back and ultimately hung up. pathetic support. Need to work massively on your CC. @rsprasad

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle Ph- 0788-2240263. Landline outgoing is not working for past 2 days, neither I am able to log complaint in BSNL portal. Please look into this, as this issue is faced frequently.

@Sebastian3Sunny d phone is lying dead for d last 7 days. Lodged d complaint on 23d March, still there is no response. It sounds that BSNL making its customer helpless. so people opt a pvt one.

What was supposed to be a simple land sale registration process ended up being a disaster thanks to BSNL being down till 5 PM. No wonder they are going down the tubes. The government will be best served to move to private telecom providers for government services.

@harpreetsoni Try BSNL for best network and hassle free service. No unwanted calls, no advertising, network available everywhere. Govt must do something to compete with others. No Corona message too.

Local BSNL office JE spoke to the contractor and since he didn’t receive favourable reply, he is asking us to go with another service provider, definitely it not the kind of response, one would like to hear from such a big company BSNL
