We pay for the services that you provide us..kindly make sure that 4G on your network works like 4G and not like 2G. Have been facing this issue since 1 year at Chailengta, Tripura 799273 and nothing has been resolved. So from this month I am using BSNL 3g instead of JIO @JioCare

@BSNLCorporate since the past few days there is no 3g signal available in our area which is East pratabghar near MBB college in agartala city.Even the bsnl customer executive's have only one reply that we are having a temporary network problem in agartala city. Pin 799004

@JioCare @reliancejio 2. So should I stop my news service for today. I had a bsnl fiber connection and I stopped for higher latency only. I never face like this with bsnl. It's horrible.What you think people are fool. Even your speed also not up to the mark.

Except Pulwama, Ram Mandir, Article 370 , Hindurastra, MobLynching what are we getting from this Govt. Ofcourse we r loosing 25000 #UpPolice job, 1,40000 JOB in BSNL shut down of HP and many more.

@BSNLCorporate my FTTH BSNL connection 0381-2370063 not working for last 2 months. Inspite of complaints by my father no one has come to attend the problem. I am paying 1000 rupees per month for no usage. This is a repeatation of my earlier 0381-2322822(connection closed) too

@balajises @BSNLCorporate Sad state of affairs, had to wait till 11.15 am today at a BSNL office for the " BABUS" to arrive at the office for a new sim card. Sim is yet to be activated as it is showing no network.

@anupjaiswal1958 @kap_bee Take the 50K Cr debt off #AirIndia BS and it’s net loss was down to 2K Cr a year, could have turned around with mild efficiency enhancement by any reasonable management outsourcing contract, ownership retained with GoI. #BSNL will also suck public resource to meet the same fate.

@anil_khasturia As reported by Ulhasnagar 1 PO that since last week there has been a major issue regarding the finacle server. On 28.07.2022 BSNL dc mpls LINKS were down. All work was held up till 2 pm. However, the issue is resolved now.Inconvenience caused to you is deeply regretted.

Your govt must have some reasons to save BSNL by allotting 43964 crore. I have lost all faith. My cell phone 9421288934 is dead for three weeks even after paying bill on June 30. No response from bsnl on my mails and tweeter message. This how they treat customers.

Problem is with 66,000 govt employees it still left with despite more than 50% opting for VRS since 2018. Its more than the combined strength of Airtel+Jio workforce ! Govt should not own Human Resources !
