Inspite of complaints by my father no one has come to attend the problem. I am paying 1000 rupees per month for no usage. This is a repeatation of my earlier 0381-2322822(connection closed) too

No 3g and you are telling people to come to BSNL? Do you think people are ready to eat coal tar for free? Improve your work culture. It's only taxpayers money that have kept you afloat.
