@BSNLCorporate my FTTH BSNL connection 0381-2370063 not working for last 2 months. Inspite of complaints by my father no one has come to attend the problem. I am paying 1000 rupees per month for no usage. This is a repeatation of my earlier 0381-2322822(connection closed) too

We pay for the services that you provide us..kindly make sure that 4G on your network works like 4G and not like 2G. Have been facing this issue since 1 year at Chailengta, Tripura 799273 and nothing has been resolved. So from this month I am using BSNL 3g instead of JIO @JioCare

@pravesh814 Don't take any BSNL connections if want no tension.BSNL never change,there service are same as it is till now what was old days. I suggest go any Internet Service Provider but never for BSNL,if line down no one will care for you.They want on time salary and Bill. Careless ISP

@IndianTechGuide Nice move by BSNL. Hope they fix their network soon to make BSNL Pay work smoothly. I’ve been using BSNL network for a decade now.

@sbselvan @ECISLEEPS Here's a verification of the claims: - BSNL did fail to bill Reliance Jio ~₹1,758cr for infrastructure sharing (2014-2024), per CAG report. BSNL later claimed overestimation. - PSBs wrote off ₹12.08L cr in loans (FY16-FY25), but write-offs are accounting measures; recovery efforts continue. - GST on sanitizers was reduced from 18% to 5% (June-Sep 2021) during Covid; not fully removed.
