@BSNLCorporate my FTTH BSNL connection 0381-2370063 not working for last 2 months. Inspite of complaints by my father no one has come to attend the problem. I am paying 1000 rupees per month for no usage. This is a repeatation of my earlier 0381-2322822(connection closed) too

We pay for the services that you provide us..kindly make sure that 4G on your network works like 4G and not like 2G. Have been facing this issue since 1 year at Chailengta, Tripura 799273 and nothing has been resolved. So from this month I am using BSNL 3g instead of JIO @JioCare

Hello @BSNLCorporate, No BSNL network Chakdaha, Nadia, WB has now become a daily routine. There was no network for 5 days which restored yesterday only to be out of coverage again from today morning. Mob 9432386490. Landlines aren't working, neither is broadband. Please resolve.

@cgmbsnlbihar Do you have any resolution for the complaints raised so far on this forum?? Or is it the general practice for bsnl employees to snub their customers.. I have paid 5000 for the connection and this is what customers get from bsnl in bihar ?

@pgm_pune_bsnl since Tuesday my phone & broadband is not working. Inspite many complaints no one is taking care. Now I understand because of this attitude bsnl is in bad condition. Customers are paying bills without fail. Not expected.
