I never face like this with bsnl. It's horrible.What you think people are fool. Even your speed also not up to the mark.

Reservation Counters at Banashankari BDA Complex Reservation Office are not working since BSNL link is down due to OFC cable being cut. Restoration of the same is under progress. Passengers are requested to visit other nearby Reservation Offices or make use of online booking through our official Apps, Rail One/IRCTC Rail Connect.

I bought last year a BSNL 5G sim of Kolkata ,west bengal circle but surprisingly there is no 3G or 4G network till today.
