@BSNLCorporate since the past few days there is no 3g signal available in our area which is East pratabghar near MBB college in agartala city.Even the bsnl customer executive's have only one reply that we are having a temporary network problem in agartala city. Pin 799004

@BSNLCorporate my FTTH BSNL connection 0381-2370063 not working for last 2 months. Inspite of complaints by my father no one has come to attend the problem. I am paying 1000 rupees per month for no usage. This is a repeatation of my earlier 0381-2322822(connection closed) too

We pay for the services that you provide us..kindly make sure that 4G on your network works like 4G and not like 2G. Have been facing this issue since 1 year at Chailengta, Tripura 799273 and nothing has been resolved. So from this month I am using BSNL 3g instead of JIO @JioCare

@BSNL_PB @harji_gill Sir, I Want to port my number from BSNL to other network because of network issue. Bsnl office told me to recharge mobile with minimum 147 rs. Sir, What is this? Why are bsnl dictating their own rule. Sir please resolve my issue because lot of persons are facing same problem

@INCIndia Congress was full scams as the list never ends like 2g scam ,cwg scam etc. Bjp best seller same the list goes on ,bsnl,pnb etc . Both parties just pull each other legs rather focusing on development. Unbelievable.

@BSNLCorporate Finally, we have surrendered the FTTH connection on 19-Aug-2021 with No dues receipt as it is difficult to have BSNL horrible services. To our surprise, the BSNL billed again for full month 1.8.2021 to 31.8.2021, even after NOC on 19.8.2021. Kindly rectify the same.

Worst Dealer. Registered for BSNL Fiber on 13 Aug and till now internet is not working. Local dealer is not at all responsive, not looking into the issue and demanding more installation charges. Still internet is not working and 1st month bill generated. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate

Finally close bsnl ftth connection. Not only me, many people closed and switched to Airtel. @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate BSNL employees work is very poor. They failed to ensure customer satisfaction. They intentionally want to have no customer and sleep in office.
