We pay for the services that you provide us..kindly make sure that 4G on your network works like 4G and not like 2G. Have been facing this issue since 1 year at Chailengta, Tripura 799273 and nothing has been resolved. So from this month I am using BSNL 3g instead of JIO @JioCare

@BSNLCorporate my FTTH BSNL connection 0381-2370063 not working for last 2 months. Inspite of complaints by my father no one has come to attend the problem. I am paying 1000 rupees per month for no usage. This is a repeatation of my earlier 0381-2322822(connection closed) too

Ported from BSNL to @reliancejio last month in search of good network. I must accept - BSNL 3G was way better than Jio 4G. Hardly 1 Mbps of speed. To write this tweet I Logged in to Twitter it took 15 seconds just to log in. 😞
