    We pay for the services that you provide us..kindly make sure that 4G on your network works like 4G and not like 2G. Have been facing this issue since 1 year at Chailengta, Tripura 799273 and nothing has been resolved. So from this month I am using BSNL 3g instead of JIO @JioCare

    @BSNLCorporate my FTTH BSNL connection 0381-2370063 not working for last 2 months. Inspite of complaints by my father no one has come to attend the problem. I am paying 1000 rupees per month for no usage. This is a repeatation of my earlier 0381-2322822(connection closed) too

    @BSNLCorporate since the past few days there is no 3g signal available in our area which is East pratabghar near MBB college in agartala city.Even the bsnl customer executive's have only one reply that we are having a temporary network problem in agartala city. Pin 799004

    @raianshu thats the unfortunate reality.. My love for BSNL, i still am paying rentals for the dead phone without knowing where to report the problem.. the no to report the problem is also dead..

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl FTTH is worst isp provider in india.the service provider are not solving my issue and saying that you make written application against him. I think I'm going to disconnect my BSNL FTTH

    Over 48 hours back I got my new BSNL sim changing from postpaid to prepaid. Sim is not activated till now. Went to the office thrice. @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate Your customer care says they can't help me. I have run out of options. What to do?

    @BSNLCorporate My account no. is 1000447359. we have only one broadband option in our area jammu - akhnoor highway that is bsnl. service is too pathetic, number get disturbe on every alternate day. pls look into the issue.
