After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. Yesterday at around 11 PM, the connection went down and it is still not restored. What is more frustrating than the outage is the complete lack of response from the local BSNL team.
