But the officials there told me that bsnl doesn't offer 4g connection. I went there after looking from internet. Donot know why they turned me back. Please help in this case

Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

Still I am paying monthly bill. 4 months back I had given to cancel my land line connect, still no measures has been taken

If airtel increase the my black bill again, I will dismantle the black install local wifi and get my Sim back on prepaid only.
