    @PriyankKharge No salary to BSNL because mostly State Governments are utilising the service of BSNL but bills submitted by it are not paid by state governments in time As regards MNREGA utilisation certificates for amount earlier release are not submitted by the State Governments

    I forced my Dad and Mom both to switch from BSNL to @Airtel_Presence. Almost always it's impossible to reach them when they are in #Payyanur and at times even in #Trivandrum. Now the onus of porting both the SIMs back to BSNL is on me. No hope of Airtel fixing the issue. 60 days!

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_bangalore @DoT_India @rsprasad @BSNL_India No fibre internet connection for us, an MSME in this location. NGEF Industrial Estate, Bangalore 560048. BSNL customer service says no fibre cable available. Please make it available.

    @TRAI need help, I ported to bsnl Karnataka. It’s only 2 days but I realised it’s having very pathetic 3G service. None of the current major apps are not working. It’s really impossible in this situation to sustain. I need to port back my mobile number. Please it’s an SOS.

    @siddaramaiah @INCIndia @narendramodi BSNL is a public utility organisation It has to provide telecommunications to remote area of India while providing service it will spend more money on infrastructure WITHOUT expecting return to the organisation Further the officers and officials have become deadwood

    We live in a day & age where old shit without any innovation will not thrive. BSNL has remained the same forever, their services haven't changed, their response to customers was slow AF. They dug their own freaking grave. If people are not able to understand this, I pity them.

    @BSNLCorporate Was asked to be at home @ 12 PM as two people entered our premises claiming to be from BSNL, mentioning, that pvt company agents have cut the wires and they don't have the paraphernalia to fix it back! Need update on status of complaint @DoT_India @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @INCIndia @BSNLCorporate In every BSNL public relations office there are more than a dozen employees sitting idle every day . daily collections from post paid bill and sale of new sim does not exceed 5000. The staff does not have knowledge of new telecom policy to explain to the customer Better close

    @manojsinhabjp @narendramodi @PMOIndia @Secretary_DoT DOT is delaying the process of revision of pension of retired employees of BSNL w.e.f 01.01.2017. Employees are unhappy for inordinate delay. Pl look into to resolve the issue immediately

    @IndianTechGuide well i used bsnl to support them but the connection is 100% trash and sometimes the messages are delivered 1 or 2 days later wtf is even that . when people call me i dont get ring itself ... i like to support BSNL but there is no standards in any gov sectors all are trash..

    If Government wants to keep Vodafone Idea alive, they must convert AGR dues to equity and issue more shares to the Govt. Govt will become owner of the company with 80% holdings and thereafter can be merged with BSNL. Ask all sarkari banks to write off its loans as much as possible and then tight the screws of the management to work it efficiently.

    Hello @BharatFibreFTTH I have been running to your offices to get my RMN and email Id updated for my BSNL FTTH connection, they say they have updated the details, however your BSNL Selfcare portal and WhatsApp service says no mobile number is registered for your connection..1

    BSNL removed 3G network from 1st Jan, 2026 so @airtelindia telecom network also remove the 2G/3G services immediately. We have paying 4G call/data rates for 2G and 3G Network @TRAI @Dot_India
