Still I am receiving bills for old bsnl number. Bsnl insisting me to pay the bill amounts when I an no longer using that one.

At my native only Vodafone & BSNL network is available and Airtel is way too weak (negligible). My native District: Vadodara, Village; Jambu Goral 391774. Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.
