@rsprasad I called BSNL to enquire y my complaint about landline not working was closed without action. Got reply that technical team closes most complaint without action. Further told I have no option to escalate my complaint @BSNL_KL #BSNL

Normally 12 to 15 days are without network in a month and since 24 May 2020, it is at same degraded BSNL network. Prior to this date normally network absent of 3 to 4 days were common. When I gone into depth and raised issue of corrupt practices of BSNL vendors, its officials

@BSNLCorporate There is no signal for bsnl network in our area. Pincode--700141.There are 4 bsnl users in my house . None of them is getting signal. Online classes will be comming up from 12.Please fix this issue as soon as possible
