Got reply that technical team closes most complaint without action. Further told I have no option to escalate my complaint @BSNL_KL #BSNL

However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.
