    @rsprasad I called BSNL to enquire y my complaint about landline not working was closed without action. Got reply that technical team closes most complaint without action. Further told I have no option to escalate my complaint @BSNL_KL #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw after sevveral complaints there is no response from bsnl. The whole month officers sleeping. Noone ready to help. Only one forwarded to concerned. Bsnl is one of the useless baby of india

    @BSNLCorporate I want to disconnect my bsnl fibre connection but my vendor is telling me that you need to use connection atleast for three months and I am using it since 2.5 months, I don't think there is any such rule. My Customer ID- 3008310291 1/2

    @BSNLCorporate my sim card is lost when I called to bsnl customer to block my no then he said tell me about last call detail I have two no I don't remember that than if my no is misused than who will be responsible for that behaviour of bsnl customer care was not good
