    @rsprasad I called BSNL to enquire y my complaint about landline not working was closed without action. Got reply that technical team closes most complaint without action. Further told I have no option to escalate my complaint @BSNL_KL #BSNL

    @TRAI must take action against @bsnlupe who is nt sending me UPC even on sending too many messages at 1900 and also making unserviced/not_helping customer care centre since Saturday. @BSNL is fully responsible for tis carelessness as my 7-8 year BSNL call service wanted 2 end now

    @BSNL_PB how many customers are left? With this kind of service,where one is forced to recharge every 30 days just to extend the validity of sim, compared to lifetime validity of all others. I've been using BSNL from last 14 yrs, wasted. Hope it gets privatised soon @rsprasad .

    Switched to BSNL in Delhi NCR. At first it seemed a wrong decision bcz of multiple roaming setups. But now it's working like charm. Let's be real patriotic. Support our PSUs . #BSNL
