@rsprasad I called BSNL to enquire y my complaint about landline not working was closed without action. Got reply that technical team closes most complaint without action. Further told I have no option to escalate my complaint @BSNL_KL #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate What the hell is going at my location ? Very poor network access, untimely call drop, sometimes no network available at all ! No one is listening my genuine complaints. I am being forced to port out BSNL. Not that. Then, mend your network IMMEDIATELY.
