    @rsprasad I called BSNL to enquire y my complaint about landline not working was closed without action. Got reply that technical team closes most complaint without action. Further told I have no option to escalate my complaint @BSNL_KL #BSNL

    @GooglePayIndia I have recharged a BSNL prepaid mobile number. But it shows waiting for confirmation but the money has been debited from my bank account. @BSNLCorporate. When I have sought help from gpay customer care, the executive said have to wait for atleast 3 days.

    @BSNLCorporate Yes after 5 days and 3 fake msgs of resolved and one phone call from Your officer not to complaint but we are customer and paying for the service bsnl not going to Minus 5 days bill atleast they behave well as well as give good service at last we irritate and take other connectio

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, can't you treat this as a complaint and act accordingly? How does these onsite games get the phone number? I haven't installed or clicked on any ads of theirs. This is not a problem for me but teenagers might get trapped by such advts.
