    @BSNLCorporate There is some constant problem for bsnl broad band net connection & phone since last 27 sep 19 . I had registered a complaint about that. But Problem is resolved completely. Employee says that line broken Please solve this.

    I have Recharge my BSNL Mobile 7588515468 Number on 10th Jan 2019 Amt of Rs 1551/ Transaction ID: 901013228649 recharge not credited to mobile number. customer care said that I'll get refund withing 7 days but till date no refund @CMDBSNL

    Central Govt should give immediate financial support to BSNL work smoothly, as Assembly elections are due on 21.09.2019 in Maharashtra and Haryana. Many exchanges and GSM Towers are not working.FTTH work is also stopped

    @anandmutha @WeAreNashik We are using BSNL fiber optic for more than 2 years and I do not remember raising any complaint about speed from office ever. They claimed to serve 100 mbps speed but mostly it is around 60 to 70 mbps on Wi-Fi with no packet loss.

    @BSNLCorporate What kind of customer care service BSNL is providing. Customer representatives not even responding to customers when called on 18001801503/1500 from past 4 days and BSNL is going to provide 4G/5G services. Even we can't recharge online through apps. Worst service.

    @rsprasad sir i have been writing to @bsnlpune @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate @khjawale1 regarding issues related to pending #nofn work. #bsnl is loosing huge revenue due to negligence, and #corrupt staff. Forget about achieving your dreams with such staff.

    Yesterday I came to know the highest level of stupidity of @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl number which I ported from BSNL stoped working because BSNL wanted me to intimate me that they'll payback the deposit kept with them. @VodafoneIN is still unable to resolve the issue.

    @gmtnsk @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate after all hustle with FTTH connection issue I came to conclusion tht it's not at all worth to get connection frm BSNL(unless it is privatised)as there is absolutely no coordination & in case u hv no option left but BSNL NEVER BOOK FRM A FRANCHISEE

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my mobile number from BSNL to Vi through your store. At the time of porting the SIM, I paid ₹199 for the first recharge. While my phone number has successfully been ported, i have rec message first recharge was not done by VI store pls help..

    @bsnl_care Tell The TRAI's guidelines where TRAI is telling to reduce plans validity regularly without any network improvement.. BSNL network is dancing 4g to 3g regularly every where..near the tower 4g is not available after light cut or full network missing.. please don't reduce validity.

    Always support PSU, so the #bsnl but how long at the cost of poor services, have 5G sim not getting proper 4G. sometimes getting singals as e+, H+, rarely as 4G, that too in city. Any solution @BSNL_JKD @BSNL_BR or have to go for MNP?

    @TelecomTalk Correct. #BSNL always follows this tactics to fool the customer. They don't increase the price, but reduces the validity. But they talk as if they don't increase. First of all, they are unable to give proper & seemless connectivity. But they indirectly raise the price.

    BSNL makes this even more telling. Among India's top 30 PSUs by turnover, crossing ₹21,000 crore in FY24, it has always been a Category I Miniratna because it lacks consistent profitability. And despite years of underperformance, it has never been downgraded.

    It’s been almost 2 years since I got BSNL SIM, and it’s now my personal number. I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?

    @bsnl_care The bsnl employees in surkikal exchange under calcutta telephones at Howrah West Bengal are working hand in glove with the local service franchisee . I am not getting my router back taken for repairs under warranty. Neither i have received invoice for new router.

    @kkunwar043 Sir, As per report of concern office, on 30th March, 2026 there was connectivity issue at the office and it was reported to BSNL by the office. Now there is proper connectivity at the office, you can visit the branch now.
