Customer representatives not even responding to customers when called on 18001801503/1500 from past 4 days and BSNL is going to provide 4G/5G services. Even we can't recharge online through apps. If the network doesn't work (which very likely will), the employees can't work, and if they can't work, no one can complain about them doing nothing. It's the ultimate bureaucratic black hole.

Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) reportedBSNL is doing something pretty interesting with its new 5G broadband service, BSNL Q-5G. Plans start at ₹999 for 100 Mbps and ₹1,499 for 300 Mbps. It's currently being tested in Bengaluru, Pune, Chandigarh, Gwalior, Pondicherry and Visakhapatnam. Unlike Jio AirFiber and Airtel Xstream AirFiber, BSNL's router doesn't need a SIM card at all. Just power it on and it gets authenticated on the network automatically using the device's built-in identity.
