    ATTENTION Bsnl my new ffth connection had installed yesterday but now still this is not working. On broadband LOS light is blinking means the connection is not ok please solve my issue.

    @BSNLCorporate My internet not in working from last 15 days. I complane many times in BSNL Coustmer care but they do not have answer for my issue other side my 2 gb data was wasted in recent 15 days. You also not reply properly

    @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

    Hi BSNL, We are not getting BSNL mobile network in Sector MU 1, Greater noida, Uttar pradesh since I have switched my mobile network from Idea to BSNL network. It's now 6 months. Network is available for 10 hrs out of 24 hours everyday. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPWEST

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Have BSNL Fibre. No connection now @ Jharpada, Bhubaneswar. Customer ID :3007957058, Act No.8008057815. GPON light is yellow, Lan is blinking.. As usual customer care number not picking calls.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Dear BSNL service provider, I had recharged with 499Pack with 3GB data per day on 16th Oct.. You had changed the plan from 3GB to 2 GB recently.. Why should we get less data after recharging earlier?? Start this for new recharge for customer..

    @BSNLCorporate wrost service provider in Pimpalgaon malvi, Ahmednagar pin- 414601 . Nobody is satisfy with bsnl service. No network coverage every now and then network keeps fluctuating no proper maintenance of tower. #BSNL @BSNL_MH

    @Paytmcare @BSNLCorporate I think issue happened like this, 57 pack is roaming pack in kerala bsnl circle. The same pack is 56 at karnataka circle, i was recharging karnataka bsnl mobile. I think paytm app did not checked which circle, and give me kerala pack for 57.

    @BSNLCorporate @MP_BSNL broadband is not working since morning .. called bsnl office no response, no response from customer service… i am regretting that i took bsnl 😞

    Thanks @Paytm for refund . Both side issue was their, my side issue was i did not check 57 pack is still availabe it bsnl. They removed it. Paytm side issue is if 57 pack is invalid, then recharge should fail and refund, but if is done recharge with another pack.
