@AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. ATTENTION Bsnl my new ffth connection had installed yesterday but now still this is not working. On broadband LOS light is blinking means the connection is not ok please solve my issue.

@BSNL_MH @bsnlpune our landline is dead since last one month. In spite of filing repeated complaints, nobody is attending. There is cable fault outside our premise. But BSNL is not at all supporting and so much so charging full bill when ph is dead. Pl help urgently.

@BSNL_KL My landline connection 0481 2371592 has been faulty since April last. Lodged a complaint at 198. Even after 40 days, my grievance has not been addressed. @BsnlCmd @cgmbsnlkerala It is bcoz of this level of "efficiency", people thrw away bsnl &opt for pvt players.
