  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL bsnl air fiber 0186-2960589 not working for the past 15 days. Complaint lodged in 198 , but no resolution so far. Ur intervention reqd on priority. It's a routine matter that out of 30 days it works only for 10-15 days. Plz see

  @bsnl_ap_circle I even tried sending the porting message to 1900 in Andhra Pradesh, that has also failed. So the problem is that I'm unable to send messages to 1900 number. Why is it blocked by BSNL?

  @BSNL_KTK my BSNL number is 080-22252569. For the past few months there is disturbance in the line & the linesman also acknowledged that there is fault in the cable / wiring. Yet the issue has not been fixed but you expect me to pay the monthly dues on time! #frustratedcustomer
