    Fixing tariff floor pricing has become the major issue in the telecom sector as TRAI still hasn't taken any decision on the same. This means Reliance Jio, Airtel, Vodafone-Idea, BSNL, and MTNL are free to fix the prices of their prepaid and postpaid plans.

    One Minister wanted MTNL and BSNL to launch only after they were satisfied that signals were strong in every area, else we will get a bad name. This took a few months. Private Sector got a much needed headway

    @DelhiMTNL - Is there a way if I can get refund the bill amount which i have paid to MTNL for last 8 months. Every month service interrupted for 20 -25 days even you are not attending or resolving complaints. My Landline phone 011 27722907 and Broadband not working since 21 July.

    @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate @MumbaiMTNL My office landline is dead for more then a month with complaint docket no 4061 My landline is 29275645 So when your person will come And will mtnl charge for july as my phone is dead for a month ????

    @MTNLOfficial ADSL Broadband on MTNL Delhi 011-25713285 Wireline not working since 1500 hrs of 03-08-2021. Complaint # 319 of 03-08-2021 15:50 hrs. Checked at 20:30 hrs. Not Working. Mobile # 9968246478. Subscriber Shri C R Radhakrishnan.

    @RoadsOfMumbai @MumbaiPolice @mybmc 2wh coming fm MTNL SakiNaka towards SakiNaka signal drive on the wrong side.I asked the traffic police to control them as it can lead to accidents.He said we can not do anything & if we fine them they will not pay.With this attitude of traffic police then things will not change.

    @MAYANK8382 @Mukul1611 @idesibanda I had MTNL. Telephone since 1998; Internet since 2006. Services went bad to worst between 2012 to approx. 2015 I still trusted and did my thing by keeping patience. Once my internet was down I fought them and they simply gave me rebate in my bill for the downtime around 25%off.

    MTNL Delhi Broadband ADSL on T/P Copper Wired Phone Lines is down in Karol Bagh Area Exchange Level 2571 since 1500 hrs. Complaint has been registered with Complaint # 319@15:50 hrs of 03-08-2021. Jai Shree Krishna.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @mtnl malad my landline number is 28896069, i have been a problem using the connection as Landline & Internet, frequent disconnected is happening, have to tweet coz without even attending complaint, a msg arrives "complaint has been attended"

    @MTNLOfficial There is no mtnl mobile signal in Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi 110096 since yesterday. Will anybody bother to attend? This is chronic issue in the area.
