    My office @MTNLOfficial line is not working since more than 6 months now. Infact all MTNL lines in are building are not working. Best part is... MTNL sends a bill by post every month... for ZERO Rupees.... wondering what does it earn by spending on a ZERO claim postal bill

    @MTNLOfficial - I have a Prepaid 9013628872 number in my Name, which I got this number ported to Jio couple of yrs ago. Since July, 2022 I didn't got this number recharged. When I did Today, through JIO Centre Bhiwadi Rajasthan I was told to get in touch with the MTNL Customer

    Vodaidea still on the service slope. MTNL & BSNL are affected by the rains for ages. Likewise Vi is afflicted with bad range and bandwidth as a part of their DNA!

    @MTNLOfficial landline again not working since 15 days.. It's happening after every 5..6 days..Ph get dead I made complaint it takes 4.5 days to repair it. Now it's more than 15days But bill have to be generated regularly without any discount. Something is really wrong with mtnl

    @MTNLOfficial My phone is working now after 3 days of complaint on Twitter and 15+ on mtnl off app.. Now I hope it must be adjusted on my next month bill too

    I have visited MTNL office Gandhinagar Powai Mumbai to get duplicate MTNL SIM. I have voter ID card as ID Proof and MTNL postpaid MTNL Bill as address Proof. However, staff of MTNL has deny to issue SIM without Aadhar Card. @MTNLMbiOfficial
