  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @Mastersn108 @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Very true. I also just tweeted to MTNL. It's really frustrating. OTPs are not coming. V. Imp banking transactions are withheld due to no OTP. Facing tremendous problems. I am in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. MTNL shud do something asap. Pls do a thorough check of network across the city

  Recently we raised an issues with @MTNLOfficial (Sakinaka, Andheri. Mumbai) for their Broadband services. We were asked to wait as #MTNL was supposed to send someone to check the problem. It has been more than a week and nobody from @MTNLMbiOfficial has visited.

  @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @DeepikaSukhwani I have DM you planty of times but you respond very few times not even read that improve your service. I am one of your mobile service subscriber. What is current BSNL & MTNL merger status? Will this both goinvg to merged if yes then when ? If not then why?
