    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial So we should continue to pay bills and late penalty for line which is dead for a year. How come mtnl billing system is working uninterrupted but the telephone lines don't. How can you take customers money and not provide service.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial There is no action other than standard tweet reply to DM details. Even after doing that complaint docket 5379 is closed. No one from mtnl called or came to number or address provided.Have raised new docket 351.
