    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @pbhushan1 Not many choices sir,all service providers behave same. It seems at last we will have to rely on MTNL and BSNL

    @Indianinfoguide Latency: Jio led with 20.33ms latency - Airtel was actually worst at 43.76ms despite being second in download speed. MTNL 22.84ms, Vi 37.57ms. Voice quality: Jio topped voice quality with highest Mean Opinion Score of 4.36. Best call setup time at 0.56 seconds. Call Setup Success Rate: Jio and Vi both above 99%, Airtel only 97.22%. Airport route coverage: Poor signal on just 0.15% of Noida–IGI Airport route for Jio vs Airtel 0.41%, Vi 0.57%, MTNL 72.48%. Airtel paradox: Second fastest downloads but WORST latency. Upload speeds and consistency matter too.

    Letter (08th April 2025) from Secretary, Ministry of Communications, Department of Telecommunications to all Chief Secretary/Administrator (UT's) utilise the service of #BSNL & #MTNL by all Ministries/Departments/Agencies/PSU 's of Central & State Governments for internet/broadband/landline & leased line requirements

    @bsnl_care The status of this docket is showing as closed !. IT is saying "MTNL team examined the issue and confirmed that all existing nearby 3G and 4G sites are working satisfactorily." even when there is no network in my area.

    @bsnl_care Latest update when I went to mtnl office they told me they don't have any idea about the online sim booking so i buyed a new sim from them worth rs157 but it's been more then 4 hours but sim isn't showing any network. Rebooted phone and reinstalled the sim multiple time no use.

    @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @DoT_India @TRAI Sir A 93 year-old retired central govt lady Doctor her MTNL Landline phone is not working for the past two month. Mine JIO fibre Broad band is not working for the past 7 day's.Both in Delhi Why don't Govt use stick to pull up these telecome companies for people
