  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @MTNLMbiOfficial ILooking to the pathetic service, have decided not to use MTNL further. Online booked for another private service provider @reliancejio . They have come within an hour and are installing their services.

  @arung_in @MTNLMbiOfficial My number mtnl 24712278 is dead since last 3 months . docket numbe ris 6296 ....NO one came to fix it . yet every month bill is comming for dead mtnl. what to do should i surrender or you coming to fix ?

  @MayankJaitly5 @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Can you share specific reason why #MTNL 3G new sim buy ? In 4g/5g service provide by private telecom ( now only 3 company left in pvt sector , 1 is in huge loss #vodafoneidea ) !

  MTNL , Mumbai line was not working from last 10days. Many time we visited the office but not responding. DGM also not given proper answer to the issue. Kindly raise the issue and try to resolve as earlier as possible. Thane wagle estate

  @airindiain Your customer care number is a land line number that works from BSNL/MTNL landlines ? Seriously ? In this age and time ?? Why there is no mobile number that customers can use with in india ?? It is nothing but a nightmare to reach your customer care number
