    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    get no response. Nobody took the phone call. So, I deem it proper to disconnect the BSNL service and subscribed to the private ISP. In this regard, I would like to state that department of Telecommunication has rightly issued an OM to make the use of BSNL and MTNL

    @MTNLOfficial My phone (at Delhi) is out of order for past two months plus. Complaint no. 292 of October 1, 2020 remains unattended. @rsprasad Sad state of affairs at Delhi MTNL. Would request your intervention.

    @MandarSawant184 @Rajendr39947069 Even I had MTNL broadband inspite of having Tata Sky . Used to work one day and no service the next day . No way of complaining . Put up with for 2-3 years now finally cancelled
