Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

Their unsupported rating is already at 'CRISIL D' because of liquidity issues. If they keep missing the T-3 funding dates for the escrow, even the guaranteed bonds might face heat.
