    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @CMOMaharashtra Since i have experience that when Mumbai MTNL has been migrated to BSNL service is getting worst first toll free help line is not working properly when we speak with customer care they dont have attics to speak with the customers.

The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.     I was looking at the active Telecom Companies in India today. Honestly, it is surprising to see the list now compared to a decade ago. 🤯 Here are the ones left standing: 1. Reliance Jio 2. Bharti Airtel 3. Vodafone Idea (Vi) 4. BSNL / MTNL ...And that is literally it for major commercial mobile operators. Remember 10 years ago when we used to have all of these? 💀 Tata Docomo 💀 Aircel 💀 Reliance Communications (RCom) 💀 Telenor / Uninor 💀 Virgin Mobile 💀 MTS 💀 Videocon We went from 10+ operators fiercely competing over our ₹10 and ₹20 recharges to a near Duopoly. The Indian telecom sector went from a heavily crowded market to a high-stakes survival game in just one decade. The cost of data went down, but the cost of survival went through the roof. 📉

    MTNL phone lines in our area (South Mumbai) have been down since April 1. Today is April 26th.

    I want to publicly raise an issue regarding MTNL I have a MTNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

    It’s 2026 and Jio Fiber is not working since yesterday and no is responding (MTNL triband feel). It’s been this way since last 3 to 4 months interruption every week. Santacruz(W) @reliancejio @jio_fiber Should we just disconnect or is it going to improve anytime soon ??
