    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @AGSawant @MTNLMbiOfficial my internet connection is disrupted for atleast 3 days now and tired of banging my head on the customer care my doc num is 4295, landline num is 24982757 . it seems that mtnl has vowed unless customer don't come on knee they will not restore service.

    @MTNLOfficial - Diva station is completely out of MTNL range. Due to this if you have MTNL/BSNL SIM then you cannot use Mobile service. Request you to please fix the same asap @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India

    Request raised to port my number on 6 August, 17 Days and still counting to port to MTNL Delhi , reasons for delay informed , Software Down . Will it be really worth to port ?

    Don't Switch, BSNL Maharashtra Horrible Network, no coverage and no grievance redressal, issues more on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays, Same is with MTNL, today is Monday network yet to start in Ulhasnagar & Ambernath

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India "If you have a MTNL mobile connection and you are expecting to receive a SMS, Please visit nearest MTNL office. The network is available there." Just heard this, anyone with the same experience.

    @MTNLOfficial @Anurag_Office i purchased a duplicate sim mob no. 9968778535 from MTNL Sanchaar Haat,eastern court on 8th August 2022, sim is not activated yet despite calling customer care multiple times. My alternate number is 9968856673
