    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial internet is not working last one hour and mtnl portal also not working for complaints.

    @MTNLOfficial Tried everything to communicate with MTNL dept. My phone is not working since Aug 20 after intervention of PGRAMS - it was fixed for a couple of days. My new complaint docket no. Is 323. This is my humble request kindly arrange to fix it.

    @ChugleeKhor At present network connectivity working smoothly. The matter has been taken up with higher authorities of MTNL to resolve the issue from root.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @CMD_MTNL @MTNLOfficial Internet is down since evening. Was told there is a problem at Prabhadevi server. How much time will it take to restore connection? I need to use the net. Doesn't MTNL have backup servers?
