    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    Sir, I use mtnl service but the service is extremely bad . On 50% days service is not available. Neither the the line men nor mtnl officer respond to my request to restore services. My internet doesn't work .what use is optic fiber if it doesn't serve users.

    @hrmtnl mtnl mumbai south, churchgate. its been 15 months since our mtnl landline is not working, am complaining regularly every month and the bills keep coming, my mother who is a super senior citizen is being greatly inconvenienced. Am told all have taken vrs and there is no one avai

    My tel number 022-26776677 is dead fr 3 months , I am a handicapped person and the staff at MTNL Jogeshwari W and Andheri W are sending me from one to another. Also Bills are keep coming . MTNL staff is intentionally pressurizing us to leave MTNL and get pvt service provider

    @Airtel_Presence R SOCIETY IS FED UP WITH THE PATHETIC NETWORK COVERAGE INSPITE OF TOWERS IN OUR PREMISES. EITHER RECTIFY ASAP OR WE SHALL DISMANTLE UR TOWERS N SCRAP IT AND BAN & BLACKLIST ALL THE AIRTEL SERVICES FOREVER.!!!! SURPRISINGLY, MTNL NETWORK IS MUCH BETTER THAN AIRTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @MTNLOfficial @CMOMaharashtra @PMOIndia THE WORST SERVICE EVER. We had disconnected our internet in December itself and till date the bill has not been corrected. After so many visits and all mtnl officers say “isko bolo usko” multiple times still no change in our bill.
