    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @airtelindia lousy customer support. We are struggling to port our mtnl post paid no. to Airtel for past 2days. The airtel executive is not coming to deliver sim despite assurance. Porting code valid upto 01 Apr 21 only. No option for port in customers in IVRS menu.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Hi i have taken new MTNL connection for my office but till now today more then 9 day completed but still my connection was not started mtnl...MTNL ..I have never expected such slow service from MTNL in this new mobile generation
