Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

Their exchange dont take your complaint and acknowledge You dont have email address where to complain..whatever ID printed on bill is never replied .. I am going through this hell from months . MTNL is miserable

The bill amount paid via net banking on MTNL self-care portal was deducted from my bank account but why have I not got an sms/e-receipt that payment was received? How am I as a customer supposed to know the status of my payment?
