    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @ParikhHiten @MTNLMbiOfficial Very true. I also just tweeted to MTNL. It's very frustrating. OTPs not coming. V. Imp banking transactions withheld due to no OTP. Facing tremendous problems. I am in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. MTNL shud do something asap. Pls do a thorough check of network across the city. Too bad.

    @DelhiMTNL Please remove the mtnl pole which is in outside the gate of residential building RZ616B, Sai temple lane, RajNagar-1, Palam Colony, New Delhi-77. This is causing a lot of problems in our lane. There is no active connection on this pole.
