  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  Dear @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial With deep regrets I say good bye 2 MTNL as my LL is out since February. Complaints made. No use. Looks MTNL is dead. But they do send reminder calls not on their LL but on my Mobile number (HaHaHa). I am applying 4 discontinuing my service.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL .. no resolution of my landline which is not working since March 17th more than 9 months now but still get bills promptly and also reminder for payment due. Sorry to say but this is pathetic never expected this service from MTNL

  @MTNLMbiOfficial Sir, bribery in Mtnl is being promoted at andheri telephone exchange. This is being actively supported by the hierarchy. Complaints are closed and goes to deaf ears. Can you kindly help? Swatch Bharat clean bribery-free system. #PMOIndia #AmitShah #Bribery
