    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @bsnl_care I dont have MTNL SIM. I have BSNL 4G SIM. Handset is Realme Narzo 90x 5G, launched just recently. Jio and Airtel VOLTE is working fine in same handset. Why is BSNL VOLTE not working?

    @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @BSNLCorporate I have ported my mobile no 9757290819 from MTNL mumbai to BSNL mumbai, I have been deprived from out going & Incomming call with not internet in my home network i.e.mumbai circle U R call center is not responding Pls do needful to resolve the issu

    @BSNLCorporate Facing so much issues on connectivity at Delhi airport T1, T3 and Railway station. Even not able to provide OTP to lounge. Every time connectivity issues over frequent interchanges MTNL and BSNL at Gurugram

    @zerodhamarkets Maharatna label amplifies DNA, doesn't change it. NTPC was profitable before autonomy. MTNL had Navratna since '97 and still cratered. I think the harder question: does CIL's 82% market share represent earned dominance or just a legal monopoly that never had to compete?

    Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India
