    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    Most irritating about the Supreme Court despite whatever technological advancements might have been made is that the phone lines are still running on MTNL! They never work!!

    @MowdiiSatwa @broadlineads @_KajalKushwaha Internet DTH etc were very popular and common and cheaper in 2009-2014. MTNL was very poor service but I used Den Cable service with wifi+Cable channels for just Rs 500 pm

    Best Voice Quality: Jio (MOS 4.51) & Vi (MOS 4.47) delivered "Excellent" voice clarity, followed by Airtel (MOS 3.9). MTNL recorded very poor, with only 21% call setup success & a staggering 45% call drop. MTNL users experienced "Ltd Service" highlighting severe coverage gaps 2/2

    📉 MTNL’s Financial Update: BSNL Takes Over Operations Amid Ongoing Challenges | MCap 1,894.41 Cr - CRISIL Ratings has continued its 'Rating Watch with Negative Implications' for MTNL's Rs.6500 crore bonds and Rs.20 crore Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). - The rating was placed on watch negative due to non-adherence to the structured payment mechanism for government-guaranteed bonds, with delays in funding the designated account beyond the T-3 date. - Subsequent interest payments have adhered to the stipulated payment mechanism, but breaches in the T-10 day funding requirement by MTNL due to liquidity challenges were noted. - MTNL's loan account with Bank of India (BOI) became a non-performing asset (NPA) on September 4, 2024, though this is not expected to impact the escrow accounts for bond servicing. - The rating is supported by an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee from the Government of India and a trustee-administered payment mechanism. - MTNL reported a revenue of Rs.956 crore in 2026, with a significant loss after tax of Rs.-3107 crore, reflecting ongoing financial challenges. - CRISIL Ratings will continue to monitor adherence to the payment mechanism; any future non-adherence may lead to a downgrade. - MTNL's operations in Delhi and Mumbai are now managed by BSNL under a 10-year service agreement effective January 1, 2025, aiming for EBITDA-neutral operations.     Is this fair treatment for customers? Jio has become so big that no one listens. We moved from MTNL to tata to Jio thinking we will have great service! Down the hill! @_MukeshAmbani

    @imYadav31 Yeah....when I saw their ad for the first time in Dwarka, I switched from MTNL to them. But later,i faced some issues, so I moved to ACT, Jio, and Airtel.

    @MTNLOfficial What wrong is happening at your office. We have five Landline Numbers which are for commercial purposes. None of the number is working for past many days despite regular complaint. @JM_Scindia Kindly have a look, what technolgy MTNL is using in today's AI scenario.

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial Again New delhi Dwarka, Dolphin services are down. I can't receive OTP to pay my adv tax. @JM_Scindia plz help as mtnl off. has the same excuse, that they have no money for mobile tower maintenance.
