  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @iamMFP @MTNLOfficial My dead telephone and broadband connection have not been rectified by @MTNLOfficial despite repeated requests to all concerned. This has been happening for the last three years. How can I lodge complaint against MTNL, Delhi before Consumers' Forum, for extremely poor service?

  @MTNLMbiOfficial @mtnl mumbai Borivali West net isn't connecting from the past 2 hrs. ADSL light is on but shows as no internet in any of the devices. MTNL Mumbai website is down as well.

  @Raminations Problem lies in Management. Now Union Government has announced at least two players in distribution soon. What happened to BSNL/MTNL will happen to TANGEDCO once competition comes. I'm worried about the banks banks who lent them!

  @MTNLMbiOfficial Is MTNL Mumbai Internet Services including Broad Band down since past 1 hr or so? MTNL complaint lines are not responding. MTNL web for complaints also not responding.
