    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    But to date, I have not been issued receipts for the bills paid. When I complained to customer care they replied that there is NO POLICY OF ISSUING RECEIPTS towards the payment made. This is really shocking. All government service agencies like MSEDCL, MTNL, BSNL,

    @glorious_acid @ANI we have been bailing PSUs since their inception air india got lakhs of crores over the decades, same case for water boards, electricity boards, BSNL, MTNL etc etc some private companies are too big to allow it to fail there too the primary reason for bailout is 1/2

    @MTNLMbiOfficial thx but my line is still dead no one came to fix its liek Mtnl wants customer to go and surrender bill OR pay rent of dead line .. since when mtnl turned such a ****** company who leaves no option but to surrender phone by not fixing complaint. docket number 4982

    @Airtel_Presence Extremely lax & poor service like MTNL & BSNL.Start looking for a proper lock.Your lax attitude will make space for another service provider.

    @MTNLOfficial complaint dated 16th closed without rectifying, didn’t expect MTNL to be such a fraud company. Repeatedly same thing happening again and again. Shame on you, sarkari damads taking salary and not doing any work

    @borkarpa @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial same here bro my line is dead since 15 days..its like Mtnl wants us to pay for Dead line instea dof fixing and is touchering customer so they will auto go and surrender line instea dof paying dead landline bill ..     @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Dear sir today is 21 september from last 7 days our internet is not working , i had complained mtnl & dot officials via twitter too but my issue is not resolved , very poor service of Mtnl , No body is ready to hear , please help
