Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@harishanker2008 hii you got IN-Dolphin network in your mobile or not? Try manual searching for MTNL network because BSNL is using MTNLs network in Delhi Circle. Additionally send sms ACTROAM to 53333 for using VI roaming services (Charges Apply).

@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Since years MTNL Delhi services are pathetic. Noone resolves the complaint mentioned on online broadband portals or customer care number. Nowadays people depend too much on Internet services. Shame on MTNL Broadband 😰😰

PMO Sirs, I surrendered MTNL Mumbai, landline 228904495 in the month of Dec.2020. The deposit amount was to be refunded by 6 months. As the amount was not coming, I called up GM, Kandiwali, he gave the reason that unavailability of fund from central govt. Why customer suffer.

@MTNLOfficial Even when all dues are paid of number 28995636, outgoing calls have stopped and the message starts to say that because bill is not paid, the service has stopped. Highly disappointed in MTNL service.
