    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    man has taken an effort to resolve the issue. Had send you this message on 23/June/2022 @ 5.09pm But I appreciate MTNL feedback & service as no-one has bothered to call nor anyone has visited to solve the issue

    @MTPHereToHelp - signal opp MTNL on SV Road, Kandivali west is of no use. It wastes time and fuel. And it's source if income for cops. Why can't you just close that signal.

    Sir, first of all Thankyou that telephone got fixed in April end. Unfortunately, its not working again since May mid 2022. I am sorry to reach out to you but MTNL is not helping. They say wire has got cut/ damaged

    Subscriber's of MTNL and BSNL need to take care before renewal of their plans. Very poor connectivity in Mumbai and you will loose money plus have to incurr additional cost for subscribing to other networks. Seems authorities in BSNL and MTNL are helping the private sector
