  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @MTNLMbiOfficial my internet is not working last 4 days. We complaints booked also. But no one come forward to solve the issue. This is lathargic attitude of MTNL. Customer suffering no one bothered.

  The officer on 3rd floor I spoke with, was so rude to answer in saying that we are paid to earn profits and not to satisfy customers. How much profit MTNL is earning can anyone reply??? This is the reason why people are shifting to private companies. SHAME ON MTNL.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In city like Mumbai. Airtel gives best of WORST network now a days. No network in South Mumbai. No network in Mumbai Locals. Might you on the line of MTNL.
