    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @timesofindia Both BSNL & MTNL are burden, still no 4G rollout, wired data plans are too old, not suitable or competitive with Airtel or Jio or even with local players. Why tax payers should pay you for not working. Better to sell these companies to private players.

    @Siddhar31216605 @timesofindia BSNL Employees are not talking about service or customers. They only want to lead a luxurious retired life. So they want BSNL/MTNL exist, just to pay them. In fact they dont want (or care to want) any customers.

    Worst thing is happening in Registration office in Jogeshwari MTNL,server is slow since 2'oclock,waiting to register document since 3 hours,with old Mother,no one is there to reply

    @PadmakarTillu @ragiing_bull I had paid Rs. 15 K & I had to do so many requests at MTNL, linemen were so arrogant. There was an alternate office no given but they will not contact before coming & will visit ur home uniformed. Put up a chit threatening to cancel the line. I took a leave to get the phone.

    BSNL ,BBNL & MTNL will merged by Central govt.But MTNL has kept loan 26 thousant million rupees, MTNL is allready in ICU..Goal's Govt. Want to invest 1.6 trillion However Govt will help 36260 thousand million of BSNL, MTNL every three-year upto.

    @sanjayp_1 Sir, instead of MTNL, can tele bill from other service provider suffice. It's very rare anyone using MTNL these days. Can't other documents help to prove the address such as DL, old PP, aadhar, all issued by Govt Authority. Neighbours aadhar as Witness.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl that area has both bsnl and mtnl network but both are down please provide network rather giving excuses

    @ANI I think gov should close Bsnl n mtnl both.... Hopeless company with worst employee
