    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

Else refund me the amount for the days the phone and Broadband has remained non functional. @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, pls intervene. My dead phone is now a chronic issue with MTNL Delhi. The response is just pathetic.

    @ncjatin Dear subscriber, MTNL will never sms/calls/whatsap for Tele. verification of your KYC. Do not download Apps suggested by fraudsters to avoid any financial loss.

    @Dhruvrajkavi MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

    @pib_comm Our office mtnl mumbi land line no 02222663633 out of order since long time and their complaint also given but no action taken till date.
