    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    Does MTNL want to close down and privatize it because for last 20 to 25 days the telephone is not functioning wven after giving complaint for the same. This number is used for commercial purposes and hence causing loss. Can anybody from MTNL hear ii??

    @IndiaPostOffice dear team, today I visited Vashi, Navi Mumbai branch for some work. The staff informed that server is down. We are living in generation of 4G and about to adopt 5G soon. We still are using MTNL connection for internet at Post office which is sad @MTNLOfficial

    @K_Nageshwar Also I believe they modi Shah sarkar has forgotten the fate of the psu in telecom sector bsnl and mtnl where the employees were forced to take up vrs so jio could benefit and somehow they still cant have the 4g service to their users for which the bands were provided to jio

    @Sujitpatil555Sp Due to road repairing work was going on during last month resulting in network issue and disturbance in landline telephone. The matter has been taken up with MTNL authority for the early action.

    @MTNLOfficial Till February, I used to get bill messages, they also stopped coming. Whenever go to mtnl office the staff says go to that office, go there, they speak, we don't know, just keep talking to each other, don't listen to the customer's problem.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India what king of horrible service is this ? When my landline is dead since 4 months I am still getting monthly bills and that too even after mtnl confirming that no charges will be levied.

    I have unable to use bsnl no in last one day due to network not available. We have raised the issues.But no any Solution received by BSNL. please check and solve the problem my no 8278027973 and my location East Delhi Laxmi Nagar 110092 @BSNLCorporate @mtnl

    @MTNLOfficial , Mtnl dolphin network is down in NL complex, Dahisar(E), Mumbai-68 area since 12/04/2022 morning. No response to complaints registered. Request to resolve at the earliest.
