  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @chinmoysimran Reply from TSP :- REPLIED by HR Gurugram Dear customer, BSNL has already mailed to MTNL for network issue as the mobile network in urban Gurgaon area is maintained by MTNL. This Issue is Close.

  @DoT_India Thank you . We badly needed landline numbers for 31st December. Even after repeated complaints MTNL Mumbai is not bothered to attained my complaint.

  @JioCare This is now the 5th day WITHOUT any connectivity !!!! The last I remember this never happened even with MTNL or any other service provider I know. The cherry on the cake is that there is zero empathy or concern to the issue that the customer is going through.

  @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India Are you people out of your mind? My phone is not having network since I ported to MTNL. Complained several times but you people are not solving the issue. Let me ask help from higher authorities. I will complain to consumer forum as I am not getting service which I have paid for.

  @MTNLOfficial I have been applying online for an FTTH connection for the last one month still no response from MTNL mumbai, i am now confused whether to wait for the MTNL response or take a JIO fiber connection. kindly help.
