Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@MTNLOfficial my fdtl connection 20891119 is not working since friday. I have been told by Radius private agency employed by mtnl that card required for repairing the numbers will come from china and it will take atleast one week and have suggested to change the connection.

@MTNLOfficial Respected S/M, please resolve my problem regarding dead MTNL landline number since 17 Feb, 2021 having complaint docket number 332 karkardooma exchange. I have emailed to GM & other higher authorities but no response till yet.

@BMTheEquityDesk 1/2 Sir these PSUs' have no future. Govt could not privatize BSNL & MTNL, so it killed them by not allowing them to expand their services. Result no one even counts BSNL as a telecom company today. The whole idea was to help private players. The same law applies to all govt PSUs.
