    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @rsprasad Dear Sir , it been my ardent endeavour to support a govt which will benefit the future. It's my humble request to the mess created with MTNL . I live in Mumbai and it is with pain that I am addressing you that openly MTNL has declined to get my landline restored.

    @MTNLOfficial my landline not working since 4/11/2020 raised complaint on customer care and followed up with everyone in mtnl Kashmere gate but it not resolved till date.Complain number : 149 . Can you help as this is my business number.. ?????

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Don’t give gyan! Better MTNL repairs phone lines. My phone line isn’t working since August but I’m still paying for no service 😡

    @rsprasad why is the govt not doing anything for Mtnl, these officials are stating use any other network how do you state we become atmanirbar no internet no communication lines . Being the telecommunications minister this is the last resort

    @MTNLOfficial #mtnl Congrat Sir! We haven't been so lucky with MTNL ...DELHI our landline not working since close to 5 months & MTNL, delhi has been prompt only in raising bill for non working line. In spite of my so many tweets, they don't bother to reply or put a courtesy call

    Hon’le Communications Minister , GOI . In Sector A, Pocket A,Vasant Kunj the MTNL lines are out of order for the past 3-4 months and for deplorable and apathetic service of MTNL we are paying for rentals. What a colossal shame on the ministry . The DRO needs to be taken to task
