    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Today I surrendered my MTNL landline n Broadband.When I asked when will my deposit amount lying will be refunded,was shocked to hear in 7 to 8 months,also no interest will be given.@rsprasad Sir,this is a serious issue n needs to be expedited

    @MTNLOfficial My complain number is 1779. My landline has not been working since 5 months now. Registered a complaint earlier nd received a call stating that the line is working fine now, but that's not the case. When asked at the MTNL office they said they are short staffed HELP

    @MTNLOfficial is anyone listening, or paying heed to customer greveiences. @PMOIndia @rsprasad this is what we get when we opt for MTNL, NO wonder it's losing customer base. 7 days already no one cares to address customer issues.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLOfficial both landlines in my office are down nos 011- 26419865 and 011-26438298 & area incharge at exchange says there is no staff to rectify and we may look to disconnect. Can someone responsible take this up or do we take that MTNL is shutting down

    MTNL has been charging me monthly service fees for so many months, although the phone is inoperable. THIS IS DISGUSTING !!!!

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I request you to urgently look into the issues of BSNL and MTNL. These PSUs have been deliberately neglected in the last 20 years. They are required for serving the common man.
