  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @BSNLCorporate Been speaking to your executives over 2days n finally resolved after 3 days.. have been giving complete information all along..they say their partner in delhi MTNL is non responsive.. please be serious to customer issues and ponder upon seriously what's holding erstwhile GLORY

  As soon i reached to MAROL CUSTOMER CARE OF MTNL, these two gentaman was so quick to respond that I have no word to say, whin minute they done all the formalities and handed over duplicate sim which is activated within half an hour, we can say that MTNL is better then private

  @sunny1278 @myspinny Sir, no idea. They say they will call, no one calls on time and then no one comes. It’s actually a service no one needs. Maybe Ivy League VC’s need to do service audits so that India gets better service companies. Can’t have that valuation and lower service levels than MTNL.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial Customer is suffering because of no action from MTNL so far even after 4 days there is no network. Are authorities looking into it or not? Can they reply what is the action and status?
