    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @sanjeevsanyal Thanks Sir.Common citizen will be very happy if the harrassment by these service providers is looked into.Another problem is that their data card most of d time don't work particularly in NCR region.This problem is not limited 2 private players.U will not get MTNL signals in NCR

    @RGutch Dear Subscriber, MTNL will never sms/call/Whatsapp for Tele. verification of your KYC. Do not download Apps suggested by fraudsters to avoid any financial loss.

    @MTNLOfficial Sir/Madam,I am giving complaint of my telephone no 27243059 which is not working since 1 year and despite of repeat complains. No one from MTNL is able to fix it. always says either there is a work going on of the wires etc.

    @MTNLOfficial A really bad service from mtnl my landline 25999018 is not working since last few months continuously trying to book complaint but not get response only ivr speaks ... My mother inlaws stays alone at home . If you still want your customers to continue.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India Application for termination of my #MTNL service will be submitted soon. Last 5 months line dead with no resolution. 28440350 Mumbai. MTNL stands true on Mera Telephone Nahin Lagta.

    @MTNLOfficial my phone is dead for weeks and noone has come to repair.. @PMOIndia to privatise mtnl and cancel their pensions if they don't work properly
