  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @MTNLMbiOfficial If people are not paying their bills for one year you should know that the line is not working first try to activate the lines then collect the payments Mtnl will not be in loss.

  @ragiing_bull Issue with MTNL is reliability..I too had it but had to discontinue with it due to constant breakdowns, no proper customer care and poor speeds.

  @er_jhabar007 @DrGauravGarg4 For this can use bsnl/mtnl where only 400₹ approx also give 1 year validity who stop people to take that sim ? They manage more then 10cr customer is they not use mobile data or calling ?
