    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLOfficial What wrong is happening at your office. We have five Landline Numbers which are for commercial purposes. None of the number is working for past many days despite regular complaint. @JM_Scindia Kindly have a look, what technolgy MTNL is using in today's AI scenario.

    @JM_Scindia Sir, MTNL customer care does not work. Nor I am able to port my number to other service provider. I have Rs 1800 in my prepaid balance despite that I am recharging monthly. I get this message. ur account balance you only have Rs.0.05 valid until 21-06-2026.recharge.

    @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @JM_Scindia Complied all reqts to port 986894716 MTNL 2 BSNL on 5.5.26 since 30days.Sim not activated. Cmd & khandpal, Vijender of Nehru Pl approached 4 help.3 visits 2 officer 106 Nehru Place. Am 88yrs old sick. Pl revert mob. 2 old Garuda plan. 9810644551

    @bsnl_care sir my no of delhi circle but my address of ghaziabad but sanchar haat refuse to port it from mtnl to bsnl 4g in delhi circle as there is no system there to accept address of Ghaziabad plz provide solution regarding the solution

    Best Voice Quality: Jio (MOS 4.51) & Vi (MOS 4.47) delivered "Excellent" voice clarity, followed by Airtel (MOS 3.9). MTNL recorded very poor, with only 21% call setup success & a staggering 45% call drop. MTNL users experienced "Ltd Service" highlighting severe coverage gaps 2/2
