    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    Our MTNL landline no. has been dead for over a month but nevertheless the bills reach us on time. Even after making so many complaints nobody has turned up to rectify the error. Their pathetic system sucks, Hope they take notice of it now and rectify the dead line soon.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial I had paid Landline bill on 29-9-21 from bill desk option & amount deducted from my bank but still MTNL site shows bill unpaid. Amount not reverse back in my bank account. My complaint reference number 226385. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

    @MTNLOfficial my mobile number is out of network for more than a month. There is no response from Mtnl office in Mumbai even after visiting there. I can't do port nor I can't receive any calls or message. Request to check ASAP.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial raised a complaint more than a month back,been calling up everyday,raised escalation to SP Ghosalkar SS Shete .Even called technician no pls lan line BUT NO RESOLUTION given. Pathetic n shoddy state of affairs for MTNL. Will my problem b addressed?

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial My office landline had constant disturbance and line problem. Everytime i make a complain the same lineman comes and says that Mtnl provides lines with disturbance only and its a poor organisation. What should i do ?

    What is this @reliancejio @JioCare jiofiber now remain down on occasional basis this is not how fiber should be working message showing it will be restored by 11:50 how i suppose to watch match then, My MTNL was slow but steady and never went down like this.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Sir MTNL unable to resolve complaint of dead phone and no broadband last seven days. It seems servicing contracted to outside company due shortage of staff at mtnl. Can you please intervene ! Regards Prakash Munshi
