Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir MTNL, Goregaon West, Mumbai seems to be in Hibernation. Our Business Landline nos 28764151, 28760000, 28777777, etc are working as per their whims. Problem persists for more than a year. Complaining doens't yeild any results. Kindly Order to Look into.Regards

@mumbaitraffic Kindly have a look of MTNL junction Kurla signal timings. The busiest lane from SCLR in the morning has very less time to pass.
