    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @bsnl_care I talked with the staff at mtnl exchange from where the bsnl sims are being provided and they said they don't know anything about this offer. Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

    @raghav_chadha You touched topics tangentially. 1. Jio, BSNL, MTNL, AIRTEL are selling SIMs even though there's no network. MTNL doesn't have network around Indian Spinal Injuries Centre Vasant Kunj New Delhi-70. Jio doesn't have network in the same place.

    The condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138

    @tata_neu I have tried to cancel an air tkt. Phone. Talked to customer care. 2 or 3 numbers. Your app booked 2 Tickets for me. Confirmed. The app is like Mtnl . In 79 . Jamshedji. And Tata , surely are turning in their graves. Pls. cancel 1 tkt. The earlier departure

    @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate I have ported my two SIM cards from MTNL to BSNL.The activation timeline provided to me was 11 March 2026. However, the MTNL network is still showing on my phone and the BSNL network has not been fully activated yet. I kindly request you to activate

    @mybmcInfra @mybmc the road condition at mtnl junction left turn towards bkc is very bad. Request you to look into the same do that vehicle can smoothly turn left and move towards bkc.

    @JM_Scindia Sir No network service/tower available mtnl mobile in pitampura delhi area for last 15 days. On contacting it has been told that bijli has been cut due to non payment of dues of bijli vibhag. Sir Kindly direct thile concerned officer to resolve the issue.

    @BSNL_MH Ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. From yesterday, network connects to Vi 4G OR Dishnet 4G but not showing VOLTE symbol. No calls, no SMS. How to resolve?
