    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    The deptt of telecommunications gave permission to mobile service operatrs Bharti Airtel,Reliance JioInfocomm, Vodafone Idea &MTNL &network providers such as state-run C-DOT, Sweden’s Ericsson, Finland’s Nokia & South Korea’s Samsung to conduct trials across d country for 6 mnths

    @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL has the worst service ever people don't know what they are working for and on. I have sent them complaints so many times regarding network issues, as it keeps restarting the connection. Cannot even start the internet for 10 mins in the last 5-6 months.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Dear concern, It's more than 2 months till date no action has been taken by MTNL department with regards to my complaint of dead landline and broadband connection. Finally I have take wifi connection from other private supplier as it was hindering my children online study.
