    @MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

    @DoT_India Thanks. Expecting favourable action from Dolphin network , MTNL, Delhi. Will some one guide whether I have to change my Dolphin SIM to get a better connectivity ??? What is the procedure to get the Dolphin SIM changed?? We changed the Dolphin SIM approximately 8 years ago.

    @Ananth_IRAS Me! For a long long time . Then the reliance phone when we were fed up of mtnl service. Then the mobile which has complete control over our lives.

    @MTNLOfficial My mtnl sim was lost...when I went to reissue from mtnl office from mumbai I have been told no sim card is available.this is the basic service expected from mobile service provider.

    My number 24712278 is dead since last 3 months . docket numbe ris 6296 ....NO one came to fix it . yet every month bill is comming for dead mtnl. what to do should i surrender or you coming to fix ? my alternate numbe ris 9004844990
