    @MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

    @akhilpachori Sir what your response against minimum recharge 100₹+ just to make phone number activate ! Its 110cr customer base industry is it all require this spend every month ? Hope family has at-least 1 sim of bsnl/mtnl with 1 year validity recharge around 400₹/year !

    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial have message to bsnl & MTNLtwitter account two weeks ago but still no response they read my message but no response. This type of poor service put BSNL& MTNL in loses Mr.CMD please educate staff

    @_logik @chuck_gopal Once I realised that all my service providers (even MTNL, that ancient among ancients) were available through paytm, I've not gone anywhere else, even digitally, to pay bills. That one app is more than enough. Just to ensure no eggs in a basket, I use gpay for some services too.

    @MTNLOfficial our landline connection in Delhi is dead for long therefore broadband internet also not working. Online complaint booking link also not working. Pls tell if MTNL has been shut down completely in Delhi or not. How to disconnect mtnl connection?

    @write2prafull @narendramodi Very less chance it come too soon , on 10th jio lunch new phone witch transfer 2g customer to this jio 4g from bsnl/mtnl and vodaphone ! 🤞

    @StocksResearch And they get fund from 100cr customer , now minimum 100₹+ p.m by all 5 ( 3 pvt and 2 psu ( bsnl/mtnl) ) extra ordinary price hike witch affect directly 20-25cr telecom customer !

    @MTNLOfficial Sir Ji, I got one MTNL SIM having Number 9868570*** . All outgoing messages service is not working inspite of sufficient balance. Suggest me the solution, please.
