    @MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

    @OmronIndia . Horrible situation regarding after sales service. Repeatedly tried calling customer support number which keeps ringing and no one answers. Reminds me of the dark ages when we used to try and reach mtnl.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial ILooking to the pathetic service, have decided not to use MTNL further. Online booked for another private service provider @reliancejio . They have come within an hour and are installing their services.

    @prabhjotkvarma1 @richapintoi It is a violation of BMC Act, Environment Protection Act. Simply lodge complaint on Ph.1916 using any MTNL phone. Or on 022-22718633 using any phone.     @MTNLOfficial jogeshwari west, vaishali nagar, mumbai.ur service is WORST Internet and landline not functioning repeatedly despite several complaints.The contractor says,MTNL HAS NOT PAID DUES LAST FIVE MONTHS SICK SERVICE.DR.SHAH
