    @MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

    Our #MTNL landline numbers for our clinic have stopped working for the past 3 months ,and MTNL has failed to fix the issues inspite of multiple complaints . And they continue billing us ! How do I shut them down ? And get my deposit back ? Please help !

    @malpani Register complaint online. Billing stops immediately. BTW there are no MTNL connections in Worli since 2020. Apparently the metro tunnel machine destroyed all underground cables. For deposit refund they will ask for returning their instrument with MTNL logo. All the best.

    @JM_Scindia @MTNLOfficial Sir, why MTNL is not upgrading it's landline network ??? Many like us would love to go back to basic telephone services...the network needs overhauling and restarting...

    Minister of State -Communications Pemasanni , a liar cracked the most evil joke. He said BSNL service quality of 4G will drive growth! Does he equate "service"with selling MTNL DELHI CUSTOMERS TO COMPETITION? Last month they sold 9Lakhs subscribers who switched to competition.

    @malpani MTNL is defunct and will shut down, accept it. They don't care, like BSNL never did. Security deposits for MTNL, landlords, or schools are rarely refunded unless held in escrow. I had a BSNL connection, stopped paying, and ignore their SMS/emails, they go to spam.

    @airtelindia I applied for wifi DTH connection on 11 june and it has not been installed since then. . We have paid rs 2500 in advance still I am not getting connection. This is worse than MTNL govt company. My request id is 01141511095. I have contacted customer service, deepak k
