@MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

My MTNL Delhi landline 2627XXXX is lying dead for more than a month now. MTNL has closed all complaint reporting channels e.g. 198, 26272198, 22221507, online contact form etc. Kindly someone take notice and take corrective measures. @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw

@MTNLOfficial I want to pay my Mtnl landline bill via Amazon Pay using Amazon pay bal. But Amazon shows inability to fetch my Mtnl bill, saying “MTNL Delhi is facing intermittent issues”. Others like mobikwik, payzapp also fail to show bill. Pls rectify the issue.

@junejamkanju These scoundrels leave a bad impression for whole small scale vendors/local merchants which ultimately helps bigger brands who charge more but provide reliable services. Reminds me of how Airtel, Jio, Vodafone took over because people were fed up with poor service of MTNL BSNL.

@iabhinavKhare @ANI Another reason is the government. BSNL MTNL can't make purchase before getting nod from Minsitry. In past many such tenders were bought down by private operators with help of top officials including Minsiters. Coz of which the PSUs were not able to upgrade services

@ecpuneetsharmao @DoT_India "Faridabad Sanchar haat is non functional. For change of sim customer may visit nearest MTNL point of sale/sanchar haat located in nearby area/Delhi , as MTNL and BSNL system is not integrated. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted."

I had received the call & the lady said we have shortage of staff & you only need to come & submit the documents. If @DoT_India wants i can send the call records. MTNL want money for Deadlines

@PadmakarTillu @ragiing_bull I had paid Rs. 15 K & I had to do so many requests at MTNL, linemen were so arrogant. There was an alternate office no given but they will not contact before coming & will visit ur home uniformed. Put up a chit threatening to cancel the line. I took a leave to get the phone.
