    @MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

    @MTNLOfficial. Please take some corrective action immediately, the landlines in goregaon east Mumbai are not working since yesterday. This leading to great inconvenience and loss of business. No MTNL exceutive is concerned about it.

    @DoT_India Dear DOT you have just forwarded the message and mtnl Mumbai is nicely sleeping over the issue and not even bothered to call me after getting the details. There are many users stuck in our society. The lan line ke not working since 2 months. Who will compensate the rent paid ?

    @rsprasad Is MTNL shutting down? One cannot access any officials nor get any issue redolved in over teo weeks. The only communication we get is a monthly bill for a phone and broadband service that is not functioning, at a time when we have to depend on internet for everything

    Hi @MTNLOfficial Why is my Mtnl sim is not showing any network? Can you please help me with this issue? I called to Mtnl landline number but the waiting time is very much it takes almost 30 minutes but no executive attended the call
