    @MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

    @rsprasad Dear sir over thousands of MTNL are not working over last 3 months.. I am referring to Darpan exchange whc is at Andheri east which has 4000plus lines not working for over 3 months.

    @rsprasad Respected Sir.. I think you should look into MTNL services.currently they are providing worst services to their customers..as a individual customer I am really dissatisfied with services.

    @rsprasad @MTNLOfficial I registered a complaint with MTNL for their broadband services on 5 Aug 2020 docket no 6134....no response yesterday called up 011-23782368. Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

    Also, none of the helpline number of mtnl is in existence. Customers like us are suffering. We are paying bills without having any service. Sir, if the restoration of connection is not possible I request you kindly refund my money.

    @rsprasad @DoT_India it's our compulsion that we are using MTNL service due to network coverage issue in Delhi. It's 7 days passed of my complaint against Dead phone.. no lineman came to check what is fault..

    Worst service provider for FTTH #MTNL. Dont ever go for it and waste your money. 4 months they have been doing R&D and have no solution. @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad

    @MTNLOfficial our MTNL telephone is defective for 15 days and we have complained 4 Times. Every 2 / 3 days, they clear the complaint with out rectifying. Please help me to resolve the issue
