@MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

@ViCustomerCare Please undertsand the issue first. This is not an issue only for me. No VI mobiles are able to call MTNL landlines in my exchange. I gave the PINCODE . However you keep asking the same questions again and again without any resolution @BandBajaateRaho

@BSNL_CHTD I am frequent visitor to mumbai. The connection through Dolphin (MTNL) is very poor. Most of the time, signal will not be available. Within flats, it becomes blank. This is only for BSNL. Do you suggest that I should opt out of BSNL ? Personally I want to continue

@passportsevamea Your passport seva kendra office at Vikhroli in Mumbai - Internet is down for the last 2.5 to 3 hours. On enquiring, it seems the connection is via MTNL. This is nonsense in this day and age! If the internet doesn't get restored, we'll
