    @MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

    @vipwalia @DoT_India One of the nearest serving sites is down leading to poor mobile network coverage at your location. MTNL Team is trying hard to restore it. After restoration mobile network shall improve at the location.

    @MTNLOfficial : I have made several attempts to call MTNL BECAUSE My home phone and internet is NOT WORKING. UNFORTUNATELY, MTNL JUST DOES NOT CARE. THERE IS no customer service, NO RESPONSE. It seems no one just cares. How ridiculous?????

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Hii Good morning 🌄 Have u received any response from your TSP/Division or thy are still sleeping... Not required any help from yr TSP now.. I have taken new SIM card I Have already informed MTNL team to deactivate the SIM.. Still smone uses that SIM thn MTNL will be responsible.

    @DoT_India They can't do anything Just request to all mtnl customer port your SIM cards to another telecom provider, as MTNL team can't help you if anything goes wrong to your SIM card @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial

    @Airtel_Presence Thanks for “PROMPT” response. I lodged a case on phone as well but no one got back to me. So much for Airtel Black service. How is one supposed to do work with such internet connectivity issues. Add to it slow response time. Feels like I am in MTNL era.
