@MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

@MTNLOfficial Sir/Madam,I am giving complaint of my telephone no 27243059 which is not working since 1 year and despite of repeat complains. No one from MTNL is able to fix it. always says either there is a work going on of the wires etc.

@devusinh sir , please stop #chaipani culture of mtnl wireman.. they don't rectify issues if not given "chaipani". Since o refused to five my internet is not working since last whole week. Registered complaint are shown rectified without actual rectification

@MTNLOfficial My mtnl landline *** broadband connection no. is 25480547. I have not been able to use internet due to very low speed. This issue is very frequent and recurring since last few months. Only after wireman getting #chaipani , internet works.

@akhilpachori Sir what your response against minimum recharge 100₹+ just to make phone number activate ! Its 110cr customer base industry is it all require this spend every month ? Hope family has at-least 1 sim of bsnl/mtnl with 1 year validity recharge around 400₹/year !

What is this bill all about? For MTNL to not providing service ? For dead line ?For telephone line sitting dead at my place, for that this 807 rupees being charged ? What kind of service it is, I am failed to understand!!!!
