@MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

@DrDeepakKrishn1 We had MTNL - it used to take more than a week to get the line workout after rains and when they started offering broadband (Rs 800 for 250 MB), every second day was an outage and ten resolution was to restart router and PC.

@GirirajDaga5 That's the case with most PSUs, great for staff and bad for customers, tax payers. btw, MTNL's wage bill is higher than its revenues.

@IndianUponGod @AlexeiArora Would Sam Pitroda and MTNL have been able to do what they did (re: both IT and putting electronics in the hands of everyday Indians) with Indira Gandhi as PM? She lay the groundwork for things but often wasted the potential. How long did she let Sanjay **** around with Maruti?

@MTNLOfficial I lost my Dolphin sim card. MTNL office asked me to obtain a Police Complaint for getting a new sim card. Why can't the owner get a new sim by producing aadhaar card? Why the unnecessary burden of Police Complaint for a Rs 26 sim? No other ntwrk asks PC for new sim.

BSNL, MTNL first encouraged employees to opt for voluntary retirement and now want them back as consultants. BSNL still has more than 60K employees and has told DoT it is facing operational issues.
