    @MTNLOfficial When we called MTNL vasant kunj staff regarding our issue then they are ignoring day by day. It's such a frustration from last more then 7 days, our connection is dead no one is there to help us. @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate 2G service of MTNL in CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai remains dysfunctional most of the time. Therefore MTNL mobile calls are diverted to BSNL and are charged at higher rate. MTNL customers suffer for inefficiency of MTNL Mumbai.

    India should consider going back to cable landlines which gave reliable connection, the 2g & 4g connections are not reliable with frequent call drops, noisy & broken communication leading to misunderstanding and frustration more than the convenience.Also that may give MTNL a life

    @RVCJ_FB Never blame government for privatization air India is privatizing coz of competition due to low prices of private airlines . No one travel them the cannot sustain tell me how many of you people use bsnl and mtnl sim Card and internet services ... No one:; so' pls wake up. !!!!!!!

    @DoT_India should see and investigate how @MTNLOfficial settles complaints. 99% complaints are closed without resolution @rsprasad MTNL employees are not skilled, especially Accounts Department, they know how to make cheque of salary but do not know about REFUNDS.

    @MTNLOfficial mtnl darya ganj delhi office noone to help. Everytime when i visit to surrender telephone, noone is helping and saying visit next time.. such a pathetic response
