Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Samir Arora (@Iamsamirarora) reportedOne of the biggest reforms was that govt got out of infra- otherwise we had companies like doordarshan and mtnl and BSNL and old psu banks etc. If u think govt is a better implementer of projects u are getting carried away with finding new issues which have been long settled. u can compare our private infrastructure with wherever in the same country we have govt built or owned infrastructure.
