They made me go to the exchange to return the splitter (for broadband) & router, where I was told that a cable is missing... I was using my own instrument anyway. But they deducted good amount for a non-wkg line.

Result no one even counts BSNL as a telecom company today. The whole idea was to help private players. The same law applies to all govt PSUs.
