    @MTNLMbiOfficial Network in Mira Rd Naya Nagar still not restored MTNL tower on Hill View bldg turned off since 1st April 2022 nobody concerned? What should we do? Leave MTNL? Its 6 months now check my previous posts. No action taken no solution provided worst customer service.

    @airtelindia I had an issues with my landline number which is out of service since 8 to 10 days and no work is done to resolve my issue I am afraid that that Airtel is becoming second mtnl No hearing

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Now it has been almost 75 days since the MTNL Tower on Hill View Building, Mira Road East, has been turned off & and all MTNL subscribers in the area are out of network in their houses and shops. Why there is no response from anyone from MTNL Mumbai

    @sanket If the Government run BSNL and MTNL will provide on par service (which they are in fact capable of) who will turn to the private players. This is a deliberate attempt so that those intending to benefit can fill their coffers.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Even after paying bill and after receiving confirmation message from mtnl, my landline connection is not restored. I complained but no one is interested. The docket number is pending from more than a month. Still no resolution.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My complaint for my ADSL no 28151772 was not proper working from last month on dated 16 sep 2022 I m complaint so many times. In week 2 or 3 days my broadband not work & last 2 days my broadband not working. Pl resolve erarlier because MTNL hai to sahi hai

    @MTNLMbiOfficial No 3G service in my area since 22/05/22. BSNL customer service (after rudely disconnecting my call more than 5-6 times) has asked me to contact MTNL customer care, but the IVR won't connect me to any executives as it is not an MTNL number. Details sent via DM.

    @MTNLOfficial Compliant lodged multiple times and the details shared in DM but no resolution for Chittaranjan Park New Delhi - 110019 and the landline number is dead since last one year.. MTNL is charging every month for dead landline connection

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial I have applied for prepaid mtnl sim on 20/05/22 from janpath branch. I have also verified my sim via calling 1508. It has not been activated yet. No one pick the phone at janpath branch. Tried to call many times as guided by customer care
