    @AnantRangaswami @TataSky I dont dare to check. Cos today Airtel, Hathway, Tikona and MTNL are all down together. If Tata Sky is gone too, then all I can do to relax is read a book. Not a bad idea maybe!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My mother's mtnl line is not working from last 8 months, repititive online complaints have fallen on deaf ears, in fact all the complaints were closed as resolved, an to top it all the monthly payment is still being deducted without any phone line service or broadband.

    Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

    @mybmcWardT One of the major concerns is cables running across building. While MSEB MTNL has assured underground cable network. Miles of cables still run across buildings.

    @DoT_India Sir there is big problem for VSNL IDA pensioners. 6 yrs over no implementation of 3rd DPE scale wef 1.1.2017. No CGHS facility. No P-ID cards. VSNL now TCL, VSNL pensioners are alive. DOT must mention in their all orders to BSNL/MTNL that, it's applicable to VSNL pensioners also.
