I'm sorry but the gov should genuinely reconsider turning VIL debt into equity. It is NOT the govs job to look after broken, lethargic biz models just to avoid a duopoly. We already have liabilities called MTNL and BSNL.

I want to become a user that means a new customer and if MTNL is not Evan having proper arrangements to have a new customer then what is the use .
