    @DrHiggsboson Frankly speaking I am a traditionalist. Happy with my chalk and board. These zoom sessions work well with uninterrupted network. Many of us with MTNL connection had a tough time hanging out on the platform. Registered with moodle now....

    @TheOfficialSBI I tried to make payment mtnl for the month of feb through @UPI_NPCI..Twice it failed but amt got deducted..Online complaint raised on 15th march..Already been over 2 months...still it is not resolved... As per ur msg resolution expected time was 45 days...

    @AnantRangaswami @TataSky I dont dare to check. Cos today Airtel, Hathway, Tikona and MTNL are all down together. If Tata Sky is gone too, then all I can do to relax is read a book. Not a bad idea maybe!

    @MTNLOfficial I have MTNL broadband connection... now the problem is in this tough times, WFH is not possible coz the internet connection is not working since 3weeks now. Can you pls look into it. This is not acceptable

    Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

    Aside from Jio, I have MTNL's internet that is quite expensive. It is totally dysfunctional for two dayd. Filing complaint has had no effect. @MTNLOfficial, rise to the occasion.

    @MTNLOfficial mtnl mumbai gamdevi area. I terner is working as 2g. Except after midnight when it is little faster. It is better to close down mtnl. Good for nothing service. Please let Modiji also know this.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My mother's mtnl line is not working from last 8 months, repititive online complaints have fallen on deaf ears, in fact all the complaints were closed as resolved, an to top it all the monthly payment is still being deducted without any phone line service or broadband.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @narendramodi Landline is not working since last 4 months, MTNL continuously sending bill. Grievance is raised which is closed by GM mentioning it will take another 1 month to restore & bill will not be generated further with reversal of last paid one.

    @DelhiMTNL Please remove the mtnl pole which is in outside the gate of residential building RZ616B, Sai temple lane, RajNagar-1, Palam Colony, New Delhi-77. This is causing a lot of problems in our lane. There is no active connection on this pole.

    @shridharpanda92 @MTNLMbiOfficial Very true. I also just tweeted to MTNL. It's very frustrating. OTPs not coming. V. Imp banking transactions withheld due to no OTP. Facing tremendous problems. I am in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. MTNL shud do something asap. Pls do a thorough check of network across the city. Too bad.

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial @narendramodi Please find grievance no. DOTEL/E/2022/04953 raised on central public grievance portal and closed by MTNL - AGM PG and A without any resolution. Neither phone is reactivated, nor bills reversal for last 3 months & new bill still generated.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @narendramodi Still the bills are getting generated and landline is not activated. Multiple complaints closed with resolution. The need is to provide portability in landline as MTNL seems to shameless dept and filled with irresponsible staff.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL landline connections and ADSL broadband internet for everyone in the area is down due to line outage, not just me. All landline phones are dead. Almost every MTNL subscriber in the are has lodged a complaint. The area is A.V Nagwekar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025
