Multiple complaints to MTNL customer care is unattended till now. Kindly help to resolve the issue.

I had called the technician Mr Pal in April he said that he has left mtnl and there is no one to fix the line since all of the staff have taken VRS. I dont need your service anymore.

Request to all the people opting for Airtel Fibre, MTNL chalu to he. I had given society NOC in 12th April. The router got installed on 17th May. But yet the service hs not started.

Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It couldn’t put funds into a special escrow account for the next interest payment on its bonds due to not having enough cash.
