    @MTNLMbiOfficial My telephone number 26281798 was dead since 08.11.20 till 30.07.21 As a good citizen I paid all bill from November 20 to July 21 inspite of no service received from MTNL The amount is approx Rs 7500 I write an email in August about this amount to MTNL 1 of 3

    The government wants at least 3 private service providers in the telecom sector. The government of India is already managing loss-making telecom firms #BSNL and #MTNL which are yet to post profit after a relief package of around Rs 69,000 cr was granted to them in October 2019.

    @MTNLOfficial How can u guys survive d competition if u not interested in sorting out complaints. My landline has been offline for months now, probably 9-10 months. Complained many times But no one is ready to solve d issue. Paying my bills on time. Guess will have to stop using MTNL
