    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial I have applied for prepaid mtnl sim on 20/05/22 from janpath branch. I have also verified my sim via calling 1508. It has not been activated yet. No one pick the phone at janpath branch. Tried to call many times in between as guided by customer care.

    @drmmumbaicr Dear Customer, Your Complaint for Tel No 26471349 has been booked and the Dock No is 3651. Thank you for using MTNL Services. MM-MUMBFRS After my complain rec'd this SMS ... Nothing has been done after that Landline 26471349 is still not working

    @AshwiniVaishnaw,@pib_comm ,@DoT_India sir why MTNL Delhi cannot accommodate bsnl kolkata SIM, every now &then message displayed upon attempted to call as "SIM CARD NOT REGISTERED TO NETWORK" is it the reason for decreased customer base?

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial No call or follow up so far. Fed up of chasing. We will be returning the phone. No wonder no one wants an MTNL phone these days. Terrible service. It’s better to shut down than harass customers.
