This is very funny that my telephone is already dead. In spite of resolving my problem I am threatened of disconnection of my telephone IS THERE ANY OFFICER IN MTNL WHO BELEIVE IN OFFERING SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER WHO IS SINCE 1992 WITH MTNL

@DoT_India MTNL no. 022-27461174 at my home, Panvel Navi Mumbai, not working for few days. Complained twice. Technician called, said that line can't be repaired & I need to transfer my landline to mobile. Want to retain landline for my sr. citizen mom as she cannot handle mobile.

Inappropriateconstruction of footpath between shimpoli metro station and shimpoli mtnl exchange. Instead of widening road the footpath has narrowed the road leading to traffic jams at signal. Also the footpaths will give opportunity to illegal hawkers and slums @news_lokshahi

The next morning she went with all docs- society , electricity, MTNL bills, birth certificate, Aadhar, school leaving certificate, and she was sent home to get marriage certificate. I did not understand the logic, why are common people like us given such pain. Please help

@MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL Why MTNL delhi is closing call without servicing . Mr. CMD , we are paying pay u for non service . Having loss does not mean you resot to cheating your customers. My calls of defunct modem is being closed without servicing. #mtnlcheating #mtnlfraud
