@alva_margaret Ma'am, this appears to be a dubious message (considering spell errors). Kindly check again with MTNL care team.

  • UrbanPixxel Urban McAdams (@UrbanPixxel) reported

@alva_margaret (1) There is no MTNL Ltd. Its Mahanagar Telphone Nigam Ltd. (2) The English is totally broken, unlikely from a govt source, but these days you can't really say. (3) The customer care number given is "SCAM", according to Truecaller.

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLDEL @cpgrams Mtnl staff is clearing the compliants falsely. My phone is dead since Saturday and they cleared the complaint, I had to lodge the complaint again. SHUTDOWN MTNL.

@alva_margaret @manaman_chhina @manaman_chhina you fell for the scam sir ! Atleast some basic fact checking on company registration details would've done the trick. MTNL will never list a mobile number as a customer care number, also Sim is should be in all caps (as SIM). There is no alignment consistency here

  • its_ab07 Ashutosh B (@its_ab07) reported

@alva_margaret It is today that I got to know that MTNL is still operating and it issues SIM cards too🤔

  • Swatikp09 Swatpat (@Swatikp09) reported

@alva_margaret U mean to say BSNL/MTNL is your only source of communication ? We also expect our VP candidate not to be so naive to fall for fake notices /scams ! Atleast pull down this tweet it will not get u votes but tarnish ur image !!

  • calcedony Subhro Sarkar (@calcedony) reported

@alva_margaret The MTNL message seems like a phishing attempt some hacker sent from a non English speaking country. It's loaded with grammatical errors.
