    @MTNLMbiOfficial @BSNLCorporate You may give free and charge for new customers. I am afraid you will lose many customers who are still having MTNL Land Line. Think and make strategy. Losing customer is very easy. Retaining is difficult and getting new more difficult at present scenario

    Should I disconnect and discontinue my Mumbai MTNL FTTH (CA No. 20880094) connection which is not working for 8 months, after numerous online complaints, emails and calls. Is there any hope of it getting rectified? @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial

    Dolphin SIM card of MTNL/BSNL is not able to receive Aadhaar @UIDAI OTP for quite sometime now due to network issue even in Delhi. Many retained their SIM just because it's central PSU & the upgrade that never comes. Forget about internet (3G), calls can't be made. @BSNLCorporate

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Sir My Mumbai landline MTNL no. 022-24714245 is dead. MTNL complaint no. 022-24712198 and helplines not responding. What can I do ?

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Mumbai being the financial capital of India and the state/ government owned company BSNL has no network. When we call BSNL they say call MTNL and when we call MTNL they say service has been stopped. So Request BSNL office to please close down the service in mumbai.

    After 3 days of continuous rains there’s been some water logging in some areas in Mumbai, like near Oberoi junction in Goregaon and MTNL junction in west. There is no chaos as such as there’s ample police everywhere. You can’t help water logging after avg 50mm/hr rainfall

    @ArjunSi15936288 @bsnl_care I am from Jaitpur South East Delhi there is no network for BSNL/MTNL Since Feb. Had complaint many times but got reply All Towers are working fine. But actually there is no network.

    @Vivek_Investor @aaravj2406 Started using BSNL .data is patchy at times due to the network upgradation but much improved than earlier even in MTNL areas. Use the 147 pm pack.
