  @sunny1278 @myspinny Sir, no idea. They say they will call, no one calls on time and then no one comes. It’s actually a service no one needs. Maybe Ivy League VC’s need to do service audits so that India gets better service companies. Can’t have that valuation and lower service levels than MTNL.

  As soon i reached to MAROL CUSTOMER CARE OF MTNL, these two gentaman was so quick to respond that I have no word to say, whin minute they done all the formalities and handed over duplicate sim which is activated within half an hour, we can say that MTNL is better then private

  @Djay_Bhandari @TheOfficialSBI With this type of customer service, @TheOfficialSBI is already on the path where MTNL headed. There is only one choice; Change or Stagnate.
