    @ManojManojk663 @RailMinIndia PRS below the approved yardstick. Apart from this due to crunch of staff also it isnot possible to open extra counter at present.     @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India I had switched to ACT fibre 3 years ago since MTNL had no field support after 5 PM, plan value vs speed isn't competitive enough. Moreover the Govt employees attitude towards customer service is pathetic which makes you feel that you committed a mistake by calling customer care.
