    @MTNLMbiOfficial No 3G service in my area since 22/05/22. BSNL customer service (after rudely disconnecting my call more than 5-6 times) has asked me to contact MTNL customer care, but the IVR won't connect me to any executives as it is not an MTNL number. Details sent via DM.

    @MTNLOfficial Compliant lodged multiple times and the details shared in DM but no resolution for Chittaranjan Park New Delhi - 110019 and the landline number is dead since last one year.. MTNL is charging every month for dead landline connection

    @MTNLMbiOfficial The series of pathetic service continues at MTNL end each and everyday there is an internet breakdown and yet there is no response from MTNL again facing internet issues from morning yet there is no one to attend pathetic service.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial I have applied for prepaid mtnl sim on 20/05/22 from janpath branch. I have also verified my sim via calling 1508. It has not been activated yet. No one pick the phone at janpath branch. Tried to call many times as guided by customer care

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial No call or follow up so far. Fed up of chasing. We will be returning the phone. No wonder no one wants an MTNL phone these days. Terrible service. It’s better to shut down than harass customers.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial In spite of several reminders and 45 days of follow ups, nobody seems to be serious in restoring the telephone line. Harassment of senior citizens continues. Govt should consider shutting MTNL down since it has become a non-functional entity. #shame

    @knshah1947 Please visit the nearest customer service center with a triplicate copy of the surrender application and proof of address/ proof of identity. If you have an MTNL instrument/modem, submit it at the MTNL office first and take receiving on your application Call center number: 1130
