    @ManojManojk663 @RailMinIndia PRS below the approved yardstick. Apart from this due to crunch of staff also it isnot possible to open extra counter at present.     One month ago we applied for three MTNL lines in South Mumbai. We paid premium for numbers of choice. It’s a month since we paid for them, but yet to see the connection. Things are bad with @MTNLOfficial ..

    @mtnldelhi I have two mobile no of MTNL ie 9968033491 and 9013703728 . Both are not having any service I can't contact any one and no one can contact me. Not able to get OTP for paying house taxes and other things . Iam at Paschim Vihar ,senior citizen.

    @airtelindia Switched over from MTNL to Airtel, as was frustrated with their customer unfriendly approach but sorry to state that you too are following their steps, only difference is that your customer unfriendliness is not that loud but results in same degree of suffering.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir please look into MTNL Mumbai landline services in Malad West, where for nearly 8 months landline is not working since few years. This year since last 2months landline is not functioning; no response after umpteen complaints, request to privatise/sell NPA!

    @JioChat @JioCare is worst service provider even they beat the BSNL and MTNL. @jiochat is worst where you are not able to raise services request just go on on and on for so called "useless TROUBLESHOOTING"
