    @Deepali_p This is like you saying in year 1995 Mumbai needs better MTNL landline service and not mobile service.....The bullet train will go to various cities in future so you want Mumbai to stay away from such development?

    On 30.04.2022, i had complained as - My MTNL tel is dead since past one month. It comes under Versova tel. exchange. Complaint docket No.6447. Till date my telephone continues to be dead. Why it is not being restored ? @mtnl @MTNLOfficial

    @DoT_India Thanks for forwarding but this is really a serious concern. I can assume from my self how good service is running by MTNL. I am facing such issue since August 2021. MTNL phone and Internet is up 7 days hardly in a month. When i sumitt a complaint, MTNL resolve it without action.

    @MTNLOfficial Landline dead for more than one month in Dahisar, Mumbai. No use of complaint. Is MTNL doing it on purpose to divert customers to other private telecommunication service providers ?
