@Cryptic_Miind It's a virtual squander of huge precious resources. Inspite of this massive capital infusion I don't see BSNL reviving anytime unless it's management & staff become more professional & customer focussed. BSNL & MTNL are fit cases for privatization on the lines of Air India.

I have MTNL mobile, it has network issue, except MTNL all other network are good in our area in Mumbai. Made complain at MTNL center but of No body reply. Made online complain but no use, still in is unresolved. Is MTNL is interested in resolving or should we shift to other.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Iam at Goregaon West, Mumbai’s MTNL ofc for surrendering Telephone connection. Hardly 3-4 persons in queue but it’s taking more than 1 hr to move ahead. @MTNLOfficial it’s revenge on customers. Shut down MTNL asap

Complaints but till date our phone lines disturbance issue has not been resolved. Our office is very next building to your mtnl office. We do not expect this kind of service from MTNL sir it's an humble request to get our complaint resolved before we disconnect the line.
