    @airtelindia feeling airtel broadband is worst than MTNL as since last night it’s down and till now nothing has been done. Really third class service. May God save Airtel

    I have received several calls from MTNL department to dues of my landline bill but my landline is not working. I came to know about same in July 2020 when I started my office after lockdown. Check it. My staff has made several complaints but no response. @MTNLOfficial

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my existing MTNL number to VI, but this number is not working since yesterday morning so I'm unable to receive OTP, is there any other way I can raise an MNP request?

    @DoT_India should see and investigate how @MTNLOfficial settles complaints. 99% complaints are closed without resolution @rsprasad MTNL employees are not skilled, especially Accounts Department, they know how to make cheque of salary but do not know about REFUNDS.
