    @MTNLOfficial Why am I not able to put my phone on safe custody,I tried but was not able to do, none of mtnl's customer care phone number is working,our shop is closed and we are forced to pay Rs.2000+ a month as per our plan,this is unacceptable.

    @tiwaripramod @bsnlmobileindia Kindly select Dolphin network of MTNL. Then you will be able to send the SMS and activate roaming with Vodafone. After that you are free to choose either the Dolphin network or Vodafone network.

    @MTNLOfficial Under compulsion to take only MTNL connections,my friends in Govt say a lot of work in PFMS suffered in Govt offices in East Block, RK Puram Delhi from 17 May onwards,where broadband was down in whole area & repeated desperate calls elicited no response @ @rsprasad
