    @DoT_India Got the above message from mtnl. It’s already 2 months since the lines are not working. In the same area some lines are restored?? How ? Else please help me cancel this line . As it’s too much a wait .

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India it's been 2 years waiting for refund of security of Rs.2500. Every 3 month, we visit MTNL regional office at Bikaji cama place, they say No money for refund. It's my 62 yrs father hard earned honest money, who is harassed, please refund immediately. HELP.

    @MTNLOfficial @DelhiMTNL it's been 2 years waiting now for refund of security of Rs.2500 for landline phone in Delhi. Every month, i visit MTNL regional office at Bikaji cama place, they say No money for refund. It's mine hard earned honest money, please refund immediately. HELP.

    @Mastersn108 @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Very true. I also just tweeted to MTNL. It's really frustrating. OTPs are not coming. V. Imp banking transactions are withheld due to no OTP. Facing tremendous problems. I am in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. MTNL shud do something asap. Pls do a thorough check of network across the city

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @narendramodi Still the bills are getting generated and landline is not activated. Multiple complaints closed with resolution. The need is to provide portability in landline as MTNL seems to shameless dept and filled with irresponsible staff.

    @Airtel_Presence pathetic service by airtel exactly like mtnl. They are not able to arrange for shifting of wifi etc to a new address in 3 days. This is So called airtel black services .
