@Lakshma89397262 @rsankaras For My pincode this was the only option available. Yes it is crowded. But, happy that many are coming forward. So no problem. We have waited whole day long in queues to pay MSEB and MTNL bills, compared to that this isn't much.

Being a loyal user from last 18 years, MTNL is incompetent to understand their customer requirements. I had registered my grievances in June 2020 about line disturbance, till Dec 2020 there was no action plan but I was paying my dues on time without fail.

@DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP @MTNLOfficial your service is just destroying the study of many students. Inspite of many requests no one came to attend and sort out the issue. Now I will disconnect the MTNL service. Better close the inefficient department of MTNL Thanks .
