    @Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

    I have a post paid MTNL mobile connection. I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Wonder why should it not be privatized ASAP. @Anurag_Office @Murugan_MoS @PMOIndia

    @Officejmscindia @JM_Scindia @MTNLOfficial . Holding MTNL delhi mobile number but is dead and no way to contact custumer care at all possible contact details on web. Thought that under your leadership, atleast communication with service provider will improve . Kindly look into

    @romaticize Central is ruining Telecom sector by providing unfair support to JIO. Whereas abusing MTNL and BSNL at the same time.

    @malpani Register complaint online. Billing stops immediately. BTW there are no MTNL connections in Worli since 2020. Apparently the metro tunnel machine destroyed all underground cables. For deposit refund they will ask for returning their instrument with MTNL logo. All the best.

    It’s not so simple these days. Think they don’t have enough personnel, cutting costs. Had a similar experience with MTNL, they all went incommunicado. One person gave a hint , it was a big issue, the cable was cut and they had not been able to identify the spot. ( curious that such injuries happen only to MTNL cables). There was no connection for a week or so and then it was restored.

    @Indianinfoguide Believe NDA Government has invested in Vodafone which is under some tax problem but their services comparatively better and is value for money. They may be given some boost to compete well with Jio and Airtel. BSNL/MTNL would need to upgrade their infra in line with 5G.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL service in Mum horrible! No action on conctn shifting request submitd 2 mnths b4, no chn of escalation avlbl, no clr response even if you visit thr office - they just mk u run bk and forth frm one ofce to another!

    @BSNL_GJ Start 4G in Delhi and I will switch. Can't switch in this pathetic MTNL's network.
