I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. There are many areas where private sector is welcome but not when strategic PSU's are killed to give this excuse for opening the sector to private players. Jio was built on MTNL's towers . OFB Kanpur will slowly look like the poor cousin of Adani Aerospace next door..

We had applied for an MTNL connection in 2003. They flat out refused for some frivolous reason. Got Tata instead. Never looked back.

Amm (@ammdispose) reported@bsnl_care Is MTNL 4G available in Mumbai? I used to get signal earlier and then no signal from past 6 months. I was told that it is due to tower upgradation to 4G. Six months passed still no signal!

It's so sad to us.Bsnl/MTNL totally failed to resolve this issue from a week. Who's responsible for it's?

I was young and naive. MTNL guy was corrupted and I had no help from family. He took our one line to transfer the other one. India has come a long way looking at those days.

Vikas Chandra Agrawal (@VikasChandAgra1) reportedJust shifted today from Faridabad to Gurgaon and facing extremely poor connectivity on my BSNL number. Residence: Amber 067, Ground Floor, Emerald Estates, Sector 65, Gurgaon, Haryana 122101. This is a three-storey building and surrounding houses are also only three storeys. My BSNL number is currently in roaming here and should be getting connectivity through MTNL. However, the network strength is extremely weak — even in the back bedroom signals are barely usable and calls frequently drop. BSNL Service Number: 94157758957 @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw Such poor basic connectivity in the national capital region is quite concerning. Request BSNL/MTNL to kindly review the network situation in this area and improve coverage urgently.

The poor employees are struggling to send and receive SMS even for recharge and porting. Telecom dept and TRAI are in the payrolls of govt or private telecoms?
