Shivendra (@shivendra79) reported from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh@Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

Rajendra Pandey (@rajendranpandey) reported from Lucknow, Uttar PradeshI have a post paid MTNL mobile connection. I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Nilesh Bhatia (@nileshkbhatia) reported@jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.
-
Amm (@ammdispose) reported@bsnl_care Is MTNL 4G available in Mumbai? I used to get signal earlier and then no signal from past 6 months. I was told that it is due to tower upgradation to 4G. Six months passed still no signal!

Mukesh Mohan (@MMGUPTA) reported from Delhi, Delhi@MTNLOfficial What wrong is happening at your office. We have five Landline Numbers which are for commercial purposes. None of the number is working for past many days despite regular complaint. @JM_Scindia Kindly have a look, what technolgy MTNL is using in today's AI scenario.
-
Alabhya Dhamija (@alabhyadhamija) reportedMost irritating about the Supreme Court despite whatever technological advancements might have been made is that the phone lines are still running on MTNL! They never work!!
-
kv (@ka12890u) reported@MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate I have ported my two SIM cards from MTNL to BSNL.The activation timeline provided to me was 11 March 2026. Sujeet Sharma (@SujeetSharma) reported from Delhi, Delhi@NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
-
Samir Arora (@Iamsamirarora) reportedOne of the biggest reforms was that govt got out of infra- otherwise we had companies like doordarshan and mtnl and BSNL and old psu banks etc. If u think govt is a better implementer of projects u are getting carried away with finding new issues which have been long settled. u can compare our private infrastructure with wherever in the same country we have govt built or owned infrastructure.
