    @Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

    I have a post paid MTNL mobile connection. I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Wonder why should it not be privatized ASAP. @Anurag_Office @Murugan_MoS @PMOIndia

    @ANI This is basically the norm in BSNL/ MTNL. Even when GM/ PGM visits officers were instructed to arrange snacks, water, taking them for lunch. And the Engineer who was supposed to manage the network is send to manage itinerary. After this fiasco all these instructions will be oral.

    @MTNLOfficial The MTNL mumbai prepaid number for my father was not getting recharged initially. I had to go to BKC office from Pune for doing just that, even after that there is no network on the cell phone. What should senior citizens do for getting simple things done?

    @JM_Scindia @PMOIndia @PiyushGoyal I am stayong in North Mumbai. There is no network of MTNL in our area since 2 yrs.Employees in MTNL knows about it but they are not interested. Since thee is no network e can't port our no to other service provider. Pls look into it

    @m_a_gossip_gal @rushikesh_agre_ Thane is a part of MMR and practically Mumbai. Most of the websites show Thane in Mumbai only. STD code of Thane is also 022. Thane never had BSNL phones but it was always under MTNL.

    After 20 years with private operators, I ported my numbers to BSNL in Nov 2025 in MTNL Delhi Circle expecting better 4G services. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely difficult with multiple network and service issues for the last 3 months.

    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.     How ? How you will keep BSNL Running, I have a BSNL Card and no network is available because somehow MTNL is on way to closure of business. And chances are BSNL will follow the suit despite assurances from government. This companies are deliberately side-lined, kept them behind to benefit private companies like Jio, VI, Airtel. And it's not a secret, when BSNL still do not have 5G network.

    @BSNLCorporate Facing so much issues on connectivity at Delhi airport T1, T3 and Railway station. Even not able to provide OTP to lounge. Every time connectivity issues over frequent interchanges MTNL and BSNL at Gurugram
