I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Himanshu (@CalvinMax180237) reported@bsnl_care I talked with the staff at mtnl exchange from where the bsnl sims are being provided and they said they don't know anything about this offer. Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

Chaturvedi (@ChaturvediAdv) reported@JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL From this last week No 4G network, No Volte and No 4G data on any MTNL tower at Avantika Extn.sector-2 also in Delhi-NCR. 4G network is totally failed on Android 16 devices. It's so sad to us.Bsnl/MTNL totally failed to resolve this issue from a week. Who's responsible for it's?

Rαjdeep (@Rajspeaking) reportedA friend sent me a gift and gave my MTNL number, which doesn’t get network in my apartment. The delivery guy needed an OTP to hand it over, so I went with him on his bike while he completed another delivery, and I finally got network there and received the OTP lol.
