    @Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

    I have a post paid MTNL mobile connection. I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Wonder why should it not be privatized ASAP. @Anurag_Office @Murugan_MoS @PMOIndia

    To dear @AshwiniVaishnaw when ur govt is going to fix Mtnl websites for paying the bills. Ur govt cld nt fix this website in 7 yrs, now my father who is 80 yr old hve to visit one of ur outlet to make a payment of 651. Thank u @narendramodi ji for digital India

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Telephone line dead since 3 days. Complaint registered but no one seems to be bothered. Officials act as if they are paying us rent for using MTNL. No deadlines to resolve complaints?

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Namaskar Sir when you give little attention on Mumbai Mtnl 4g networks. We wants to support Mtnl but service is worst. I hope Asap you give attention on this and solve our problems. It is very serious issue plz don't torture us and for that we go other networks

    @MTNLOfficial Really Shameless officers are in #MTNLDelhi who even after seeing the complaint does not respond. Your Days are Numbered like when MTNL will be privatised then you will know what are customer concerns and respond promptly

    First lady spoke with me with very low confidence & after that one male called me again with claiming he is mtnl employee after getting whole complaint history from me he said I will check whether there is any duplicate sim created or nt .

    @airtelindia broadband completely not working at our office. Complaint registered yesterday at 12.45 PM Service request No. 10006267403, Not resolved yet. From MTNL, switch to Airtel, All are same. @Airtel_Presence

    The number is under cable fault. Due to the complex type of fault, the restoration will take time. Inconvenience caused is regretted. The above reply from MTNL have come after 14 days. Yet MTNL is not in position lines of affected area Pathetic service continues. @PMOIndia @TRAI
