    @Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

    I have a post paid MTNL mobile connection. I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Wonder why should it not be privatized ASAP. @Anurag_Office @Murugan_MoS @PMOIndia

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My MTNL no. 28728096. Keyboard of my mtnl phone is not working, gave written complaint to MTNL Goregaon SV Road on 5th March. Work Order no.695 raised to replace my instrument. However till today, no-one has visited my house to replace. Pls take immediate action.

    @BSNLCorporate no network at all at my native place. Worst network service by bsnl to mtnl users. Getting 2g network but still worst service. Improve the service so that customers get satisfied. Look into it asap.

    @imbevda @MTNLMbiOfficial Their offices are completely empty , they have no staff to work. This days it has become a ritual for me to wake , tweet to mtnl about broadband not working , sleep then repeat.

    @GoI_MeitY @MTNLMbiOfficial UNDER GM MTNL JOGESHWARI W MUMBAI,MY PHONE NUMBER 02226777469 status showing OK but the fact is TELEPHONE LINE IS DED SINCE THE DAY I MADE COMPLAINT . Sir No lineman or any technical staff even visited but on paper status showing OK . Kindly help.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @CETTM_MTNL No 2G or 3G network in phones (checked all my MTNL numbers) since yesterday in Miraroad area (pin code 401107) No response on complaints registered via IVRS! Kindly do the needful!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Gen. Mgr mtnl mumbai Dear sir my phone no 022-36777469 at A3902, Imperiel Heights Goregaon w Mumbai 400104 is FAULTY SINCE 50 days . We reported several complaints online but no action taken by your Oshiwara w exchange’s fault repair concern department .Pl help

    @rutvizamre when I had MTNL broadband, the net would keep dropping so I had to keep calling customer support. except as soon as I called the net would come back. it was after this exchange happened 5 times that I realized only keeping a call running with support would make my internet work
