I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. MTNL shamefully sent bills for 6 mnths more. Complaints online, offline, nothing happened.They took us to Lok adalat twice. Paperwork was strong, judge blasted them.
