I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Early 80s I used to send Telegrams from here to my parents. Climbing up those circular stairs made me emotional.Lots of history embedded in those spiralling stairs ! Preserve.
