    I have a post paid MTNL mobile connection. I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Wonder why should it not be privatized ASAP. @Anurag_Office @Murugan_MoS @PMOIndia

    @Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

    @CMDBSNL Sir, DAE/DCSEM had installed mobile towers in Anushaktinagar Mumbai abt 6months ago for MTNL & other cos. Most of the time there is no data connectivity & frequent call drops on MTNL even less than 100m from tower. connectivity of other service providers is very good.

    @sudhirmehtapune Bsnl + mtnl should be sold or atleast run by a private company with government ownership because babudom & government employees attitude & service is killing it..

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial SMS is not received on MTNL phones even when the signal strength is good in Anushakti Nagar Mumbai. Many customers are porting numbers to rival companies. No action despite many complaints.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL mobile connectivity in Anushaktinagar Mumbai 400094 is very poor. No data network, frequent call drops & loss of voice during voice calls. Abt 6 mnths ago towers were installed in colony. Initially the signal was good but deteriorated in last 3-4 months.

    @DoT_India and @mygovindia , @pib_comm My MTNL Landline telephone No 28264768 Jogeshwari East is inoperative since last more than a month. I have regularly paid all the MTNL bills so far and nothing is outstanding against me. pl help in its restoration - thanks

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My LL 26844472 attached to Marol exchange is out of order since FEB 2022. WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS CABLE FAULT AND WILL BE SET RIGHT SOON. WHAT IS WRONG WITH MTNL? WHY IS THERE NO RESOLUTION EVEN AFTER SUCH INORDINATE DELAY???

    @BSNLCorporate @RamSahu29474249 Dear, Bsnl is of govt . Govt supported pvt telecom companies and Ignored BSNL and MTNL. ALL infrastructure belongs to bsnl but govt has no interest to revive BSNL. Many a times employees go for strikes but who cares. Kindly support Bsnl.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL people told still more 10 days require to repair fault so total stopped from 2/9/2022 till date require reversal of paid bill by giving credit compliantly. ALSO MTNL SHPULD GIVE QUICK SERVICE TO MAINTAIN CUSTOMER like PVT competitors.
