    I have a post paid MTNL mobile connection. I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Wonder why should it not be privatized ASAP. @Anurag_Office @Murugan_MoS @PMOIndia

    @Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

    @dhanyaasher @MTNLOfficial Don't Worry. @MTNLOfficial Will Sincerely Apologize. It Did So With Me 10 Days Ago. Reminder Given. No Action. Internet Speed The Poorest. Even Now I Have Put The Receiver Down From Phone-set. Still Internet Goes And Come Back Intervals. Looks I Will Have To Quit MTNL.

    @MTNLOfficial @hrmtnl @TRAI MTNL didn't treat a senior citizen well and have asked the senior citizen to go to the office and submit the request. How can you expect a senior citizen to go to office in this pandemic when he has already been infected with Covid once.

    Nod for 5G trials DoT gave permission to Telecom Service Providers to proceed with trials for use and application of 5G technology.Bharat Airtel Ltd,Reliance JioInfocomm Ltd, Vodafone Idea Ltd and MTNL are the companies applied.
