I have a post paid MTNL mobile connection. I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Wonder why should it not be privatized ASAP. @Anurag_Office @Murugan_MoS @PMOIndia

@Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

@rsprasad I would humbly request you to please enforce landline number portability so that I can port out of MTNL as their service is in TOTAL DISARRAY - Dead lines for months, no response on complaints, poor customer service. Or please fast-track its privatization.

After #cyclonetauktae my office buildings MTNL lines are down and still not functioning. Wonder if MTNL is not going to charge me for this period for landline and broadband 😡😡😡

@rsprasad @MTNLOfficial Sir, We are working from home and last 8 days we are not getting internet. Few days back I messaged and mtnl officials gave all assurance to clear this fault. We complaint everywhere. But ftth problem not solved yet.

@rsprasad @narendramodi Sorry to inform but issue not resolved of my complaint of MTNL-Gamdevi Exchange Mumbai...linesman least concerned..no wonder customer r deserting MTNL & ministers r more interested in pushing the hidden agenda & playing the British game of divide & rule.

MTNL Broadband problem. I have MTNL land line connection phone no. 01123964195 which works only 4 days a week. After four days the broadband is up without complaint. Tis Hazari Exchange people do not care. Please help.
