@Vishj05 @rohini_sgh If this is true I am glad that I as tax payer won't burn cash on BSNL /MTNL inefficiency. It is not government but employees who have led BSNL to slow death.

I have a post paid MTNL mobile connection. I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Wonder why should it not be privatized ASAP. @Anurag_Office @Murugan_MoS @PMOIndia

@YusufDFI Not entirely true. Before RCom launches Mobile , Airtel & MTNL, BSNL etc used to charge Rs 18/-minute for outgoing & Rs 7-8/- for incoming. In a revenue share model. Present mess is mainly due to AGR dues which telcos didn’t provide in books. No denying multiple fees a problem.

@KhehraBobby @Amandeep_45 Why is business of airtel increasing? We have option between jio, airtel, vodaphone n mtnl. The choices r more n ppl keep switching between services when the service reduces. Now all give small packages affordable by common ppl.
