I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Cockroach (@genz_cockroach) reported@wegro_app Even with the Govt guarantee, this 'Rating Watch Negative' is a big red flag for MTNL. Their unsupported rating is already at 'CRISIL D' because of liquidity issues. If they keep missing the T-3 funding dates for the escrow, even the guaranteed bonds might face heat.
