    @raghurajs_hegde @AJayAWhy This is a never ending debate. I do think though that our policy makers have deliberately run down public services (MTNL comes to mind) to benefit pvt providers (hand in glove). That's not a level playing field. Now we have pvt monopoly which is as bad as far as call quality goes

    @MTNLOfficial Dear Sir Your mtnl Malad Mumbai 400064 exchange there is always an issue. Every month the internet goes off for few days. The guys don’t answer calls. I m left with online complaints only which are not attended for days. Please put an end to my misery.

    What's up @MTNLOfficial? Residence landline dead since 28.12.2020. Docket number 1543. No action taken. Now office landline dead. But this time even docket no. not being issued. Are insiders trying to shut down this organisation?? @PMOIndia @DoT_India #MTNL

    @DoT_India No response from MTNL MUMBAI... They are just not bothered to reply or close complaint. I have a landline which is not working due to fiber problem and it's been 2 months! Issue is pending with MTNL to resolve this!
