@MTNLMbiOfficial My landline ( 21710257) at Laxminarayan residency, Thane dead since last 2 weeks. Complaint lodge ( docket no 5093) but no action taken and yet complaint closed by MTNL. Is this a joke and MTNL taking customer for a Ride.
