If you are not able to give us service than why are you charging us monthly rent & taxes. I have 3 office land-line number all are not working.

Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

It's been more than 15 days that the landline is lying dead and we have been given a complaint number but that's it. No action is taken. It's really awful to think of such useless service by MTNL in today's time.

We see it everyday. Shouldn't MTNL be pulled up for this? @barandbench @LiveLawIndia
