    @MTNLMbiOfficial My number mtnl 24712278 is dead since last 3 months . docket numbe ris 6296 ....NO one came to fix it . yet every month bill is comming for dead mtnl. what to do should i surrender or you coming to fix ? my alternate number is 9004844990

    @airindiain Your customer care number is a land line number that works from BSNL/MTNL landlines ? Seriously ? In this age and time ?? Why there is no mobile number that customers can use with in india ?? It is nothing but a nightmare to reach your customer care number

    last two months. Although the mobile signal is visible but cannot call to any phone number or SMS or receive from others phone number. Before registering the complaint, I had told about the issue to an MTNL officer of CBD Belapur area on 19/1/2023 but he has not solved it.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, Still MTNL Mumbai offices not received new SIM card for replacement. I am following up from last two months with MTNL office as well as with you. Pl help Sir urgently as my all financial trans based on adhar number is on hold due to my old card not working

    @MTNLOfficial @mtnl We are a hospital in Andheri west and MTNL lines are closed since weeks . Complaint no 02226282198 also not working . Our numbers are 26283600 and 26285700. How are emergency patients supposed to contact.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial ILooking to the pathetic service, have decided not to use MTNL further. Online booked for another private service provider @reliancejio . They have come within an hour and are installing their services.
