    complaint of WiFi but without any result. It looks as if the whole dept of MTNL of Janakpuri or Rajouri Garden have gone for holiday tours. If it is so then should we close WiFi of MTNL. Then it will be unfortunate of Dept. of MTNL . Hope you will look to this problem for Dept.

MTNL Managing Director, GM and other officers should be ashamed to take home their salaries for not providing basic service of maintaining working of telephone connections.     With great disappointment, I regret to Say my MTNL telephone 24622767 has been DEAD from two month. But MTNL did not take any action on this. None of MTNL number is working & customer care don't want to listen our complaint.

Finally in my last tweet #MTNL said cable fault but other MTNL ph wrking in same bldg, failed to understand, where d cable fault? n why it is taking months to repair? Simply wastage of public money
