Jio provides no customer service, their app, chatbot is quite useless. It takes ages for problems to be solved. I am JioFiber, JioSim, VodafoneIdea and Airtel user. Sometimes I miss BSNL/MTNL.

@AshwiniVaishnaw I lost my DOLPHIN Sim Card since 19/10/22. I went to the MTNL(MBI) Kandivali(W),for new n the staff told me that the sim card'll be available in next 2 mths,I went today n they told me still not stock I'm facing problems due to this.Please help me in this. 🙏

@TanaysinghT Still their revenue increase ! Private 4g is good but they also now wAnt earn by price hike but not able to do because of bsnl/mtnl approx 9cr+ customer , VI with 4g also in loss and very soon mAy be defult on bank loan ( huge amount ) ! 4g is just technology !

Good morning Team #mtnl team came and fix the issue for one day only again all four lines are dead. See our digital development. There is no proper action taken by @MTNLMbiOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi its better sale to the private company who can serve better

Jio 199 n 198 is a machine, complaints dont get regd. BSNL/MTNL 198 n 199 were far superior, operator gv a complaint no.. vodafoneidea app is better, issues get resolved faster.
