    @MTNLOfficial tried contacting customer care to block one particular number number from calling my MTNL number. They can’t even assist with such small service. Please help with same

    @MTNLMbiOfficial it’s been almost 4 months since my telephone line has been dead. If you can’t restore it please say so. There are other providers that are more competent and are able to provide the service. Not everyone is as useless as MTNL Mumbai.

    BSNL to handle MTNL mobile operations from September 1. Poor staff strength, underutilized infrastructure, such as cell towers and wire networks, and depleting connections amid heavy market competition had hindered MTNL operations in Mumbai, like in other metros .

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Sir.  I am a Senior Citizen staying at Vashi Sector 22 , Turbhe Village Post office road. the problem is area MTNL/BSNL not available mobile network not getting MTNL mobile network we complain so many time .6 month there is no response.

    @DAKSHGarhwali The MTNL was taken over by BSNL but only few offices which are on government land are operational in Delhi & Mumbai. If u r a govt employee then you have got it by chance not by choice. Also the health of BSNL is not even good, it'll also shut down in near future like MTNL.

    @meNitinNYadav @MumbaiPolice @MahaCyber1 MTNL will never sms/call/Whatsapp for Tele. verification of your KYC. Do not download Apps suggested by fraudsters to avoid any financial loss.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial I am getting mtnl bill from last year even though my connection not working from last 1.5 yrs.tried everything like email, tweet even visited goregaon west office but still no one is understanding my problem and they r suggesting to pay whole bill
