3. Why are roads dug up after being built? Because gas, water, telecom, PWD — all work like strangers. PWD builds the road. Then GAIL comes. Then MTNL. Then some OFC guy at midnight. 📍 Delhi gave 30,000+ dig permits in 2023. Half never fixed the road back. #yethikkarkedikhao

@REDBOXINDIA @invest_singh The relief on spectrum usage charges is likely for government departments like Defence, Armed Forces, Paramilitary, and Science & Technology, due to their non-commercial spectrum use. BSNL and MTNL, while government-owned, aren't specifically mentioned for this relief in June 2025 reports. They’ve received other financial support, but it’s unclear if this waiver applies to them.
