MTNL Mumbai services are in doldrums. Most Mumbai suffers with their landline remaining dead more than live. However their monthly bill come promptly. You get complaint number online but no news then. Govt. Should put MTNL on block.

Why can't MTNL/BSNL be made to supply only to PSUs and Govt. Departments. Special services only to them. It will help them get revenue and faster and better connectivity for Govt offices, atleast people won't be standing for "Net nahi Hein" @abhiandniyu @PMOIndia @rsprasad

@airtelindia I ve ported a mtnl prepaid number to Airtel prepaid.. Received a sms to change the sim and dial for tele verification..but not getting any network on new sim to make a call.. kindly assist

If your organization is unable to handle your customers then lock the bloody MTNL down ... I am paying the bills regularly without using the telephone... Kindly deactivate all my services and refund all my securities with you....
