@abhinavtiwari36 @rsprasad @EconomicTimes Dear sir please make sure us our bsnl , mtnl never be closed in future. Give us more plan to combate with jio and other telecom company provide us new 4g,5g spectrum.

@hrmtnl @MTNLMbiOfficial Sir Resident of khar and bandra has lodged complaint regarding dead landlines . Mtnl mumbai is collecting payments from us but they are least bothered to help us by repairing the cables . we are having dead landlines since months and months

why dont mtnl mumbai send official letters to all resident of khar bandra with such transparent information .this way we are free to decide whether we want to wait and be a customer with mtnl mumbai or we can decide to disconnect the line . there should be some form of dialogue.

@iam_juhi Juhi looking magnificent but what an experience it used to be picking the phone & never knew who is on other side or short supply of devices meant one had to finish conversation in hurry or phone goes down when important point is to be talked as it was MTNL or BSNL network

@ARanganathan72 Like in Telecom, we know that BSNL/MTNL never provided services as Airtel, Jio, Vodafone provided . Every time when a complaint is raised the govt employees are very slow to respond plus need bribe to work whereas service in private companies are undoubtedly very fast and better
