  MTNL Broadband problem. I have MTNL land line connection phone no. 01123964195 which works only 4 days a week. After four days the broadband is up without complaint. Tis Hazari Exchange people do not care. Please help.

  @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Sir, it has been almost 6 months since my landline is not working and also registration of complaint. But the MTNL hasn't done anything and they keep sending the Telephone bill. Kindly look into this matter.

  One heavy shower and MTNL Broadband is down. Nobody knows as to when BSNL & MTNL are going to work like commercial organizations. Does the Telecom minister know it? I doubt it.@rsprasad

  @rsprasad an elder lady age 80 living alone, delhi.we can not content her coz her number 27346200 is not working atleast 10 complant no action is taken by mtnl. How can she be approached in this corona pandemic. You are the last hope for old lady. I hope you will help her.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial last 4 months the Landline service has been disrupted in the entire building. When approached mtnl reasons given are wiered, mtnl is in loss, no funds to maintain etc. people sitting in the office have a laid back attitute with no solution. Tel no 28798469

  @MumbaiMTNL landline not working since months gave many complaints on the MTNL portal request you to please suggest what to do???
