    @abhinavtiwari36 @rsprasad @EconomicTimes Dear sir please make sure us our bsnl , mtnl never be closed in future. Give us more plan to combate with jio and other telecom company provide us new 4g,5g spectrum.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @TRAI MTNL does not listen and customer grievances are of no concern. Broadband connection 25200018 didn’t provide Wi-Fi , Bills charged , Connection made inactive, Notice to customer served . Paid all bills, Connection with Handset surrendered. Waiting for justice.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India The issue has been resolved after the MTNL Ground team fixed it from backend. I got the internal wiring fixed about 2 months back already, when I had lodged the complaint. I hope MTNL does not take this long to fix issues, going forward and I don't need to raise it here again.

    @MTNLOfficial My LL 022-26106058 is dead since many days & the problem is unresolved inspite of registering complain online. It seems Mtnl is not interested in resolving towards customers problems.

    @MTNLOfficial hope it stays like this last mth more thn half d mth it ws dead,though wid advent of cell phones usage might hv reduced,bt v always prefered MTNL,evn for broadband bt hd to dc BB due to freq dc,ws v sad bt cudnt help it,hope a big change comes in,to revive its glory
