  @reliancejio Jio connection air Fiber and Internet in Ghatkopar is worst then MTNL Hopeless staff , no communication, Advance payment made but no connection on promise time and no service , no call back. No one should take new connection in such pathetic service by local team.

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS BECOMING ANOTHER MTNL WHICH HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE A LINE MAN WILL DO YOUR WORK ONLY IF HE IS TIPPED. I AM PAYING RS 800 EVERY MONTH FOR JIO FIBRE WHILE HALF DE TIME IT DOESNT WORK AS THERE IS NO INTERNET OR THERE R ERRORS.CUST CARE DONT CARE?

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 No Network around Delhi and Delhi NCR of MTNL and BSNL mobile operator 😭😭😡😡 . I think that's Government services very poor 😭😭 . anyway it should clear all issues then publics automatically will be connect . Otherwise public go to private operators

  @NJain_2021 The govt knows better than US. Never know they come out w a good profit later. Or they merge BSNL/MTNL which costs than a whole lot more. Never know what their thinking is…and some things are imp for national infra. So better to save than focus purely on interest… Eg: We should’ve saved reliance defence coz it slowed down a couple of our key navy acquisitions.

  @jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.
