    Bought new prepaid sim and unable to use mobile data at all 9868313633 mtnl delhi. @TRAI @MTNLOfficial tried calling to their customer care but I believe they don't work on weekends. Although I can make and receive calls.

    @MTNLOfficial It is the 3rd time in a span of 10 days , that a complaint for a dead phone lodged on the mobile app has been shown as Resolved after 2 days , even though the phone remains as Dead. Why is MTNL resorting to such tricks. I have sent DM also

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My MTNL landline at Mumbai 23612915 has stopped working for several years. The telephone exchange at Malabar Hill is not approachable. I am getting bills with 0 value for all these months. Let me know what am I supposed to do to make it workable or cancel.

    My Mumbai MTNL Landline telephone no. 28264768( Jogeshwari East) is defective since more than a month. Docket No. 5623. Please help for its restoration. Ive regularly paid all the MTNL bills and nothing is outstanding against this number.@PMOIndia @MTNLMbiOfficial @narendramodi
