@narendramodi Namaskar Modi ji. Sir in BSNL/MTNL WORST WORK GOING ON. Sir give some attention otherwise shutdown bsnl/mtnl. But why they torture customers no recharge available in shop/online no customer service support like this they will serve us. I leave AIRTEL & porting mtnl

@DoT_India I am not received Landline bill of Tel No. 022-25779770 either by hard copy or by email for Nov 20. When I approached Powai Tel Exchange I was told to go to Ghatkopar then I was told to go to Marol. Shamful service by MTNL as usual.

My no 28822739 is dead since May 2020.Made lots of complaints no.6376 & 4350 & many more & also given 2 written complaint at malad mtnl, but phone is still not started Above this i am receiving Bill every month & its paid till date @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial My mo 7666842221.

If U can’t resolve the problem pl let me know. In that case U refund my all money lying MTNL MUMBAI.Discontinue landline & broadband connections, take out UR modem.I will get other player for new landline & broadband connection.I think U also want MTNL Customers to leave.Regards

@MTNLMbiOfficial..@MTNLOfficial ..Landline is dead and No Internet Connectivity on Broadband since 21-12-2020 ie for last 17 days and MTNL MUMBAI never bothered to address the same despite repeated requests..latest COMPLAINT Number 7160...Should I hope, U act upon!...regards
