Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. And the Engineer who was supposed to manage the network is send to manage itinerary. After this fiasco all these instructions will be oral.
