    The footpath on S.V. Road Goregaon W, Madina Manzil, opp DLH, near MTNL, is used for parking of bikes by staff & customers of hotel & bank. Inspite of requesting them to help, they dont care. Regular way for students & residents. Pls help @mybmc @MumbaiPolice @RoadsOfMumbai

    Excuse me . Its ur road n Citizen r asked to request MTNL to fix this sunken chambers.. Y u hv allowed this on middle of roads.. close n level this permanently no such manholes needed on roads..

    @MTNLOfficial mumbai 23007906 complaint no.9003 not resolved yet. Line transferred but internet not working. Half work done for work order no.187590 dated 09.01.2020. What a pathetic service by mtnl. Disgusting.

    I am sick of complaining about the MTNL Broadband for frequent disconnections. When I complain, it gets started for sometime and then it again disconnects. To talk to customer executive consumes a lot of time in waiting!Happening since January @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Help!

    @mtnl my docket no is 888. Will you attend the complaint or be as lazy as gov dept. You don't have any responsibility. Since last 10 to 15days my LL is not working and have lodged the complaint but the department is sleeping. Need privatision of MTNL also.

    @JioCare I am sorry to say so, you guys are such a farce! MTNL is lot lot better than you!! It’s better you guys sell petroleum products. Customer service is not your forte. 10 days n not even an engineer visit!!! Unimaginable in today’s world!!

    @MTNLOfficial since day before yesterday some websites are opening and some are not on MTNL broadband. If I use other ISP all websites work! Complaint number 6910. Tried broadband helpline but issue not resolved. Please rectify immediately.

    @niravstoons There are taxes & cess for businessmen in India. India mein business karna paap hain. MTNL charges ₹250 per month to all businesses in Mumbai as service charge. There’s tax on Property, Sewage, Shutters, LED branding, Shops & Establishment, Health dept. 1/2

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Worst service by MTNL Mumbai... My landline is not working from last 1 month...i have registered complaint with MTNL...docket no. is 7640....But they closed the docket without attending it.....also they are providing regular bills ...but no service.....

All the time their phones r dead, internet down. Even after several complaints, staff don't bother. work as they doing favour to costomers.. I switched to airtel.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Request to MTNL again to repair landline which is dead for a month. Despite complaint & docket no, no action taken. Today there was a death in my family & they couldn't inform many senior citizens who don't have a mobile phone and were reachable only via landline

    @DoT_India @TRAI @BSNLCorporate The bsnl and MTNL cheating their customers they gave us BSNL 4G simcard but since one year but till now yet we are getting 3G network only sometimes 2G network, but BSNL collecting money plan in the name of 4G network

    @TelecomTalk @aswinivaishnav My sincere appeal to the new Telecom minister is to revive the BSNL as decided in Oct 2019 , Merge the MTNL with it , Prepare BSNL for 5G service rollout to compete with private telcos. Lastly ensure monthly salary payment / Wage arrears to Contract Labourers .
