@PMOIndia @AGSawant @DoT_India To meet the Telecom Customers Right , TRAI n DOT must carry out Third party Audit of Quality of services provided by MTNL. Appeal to #MTNL administration is that Eiether provide d Quality service or better Shut down the services.

@thewolfofdalal @EconomicTimes Bro bcoz of jio ,BSNL MTNL ko 4g spectrum nahi mila other wise waha bhi achi service milti... samja..check when they got 4g or they havnt got. Waise reliance sabki bajata hain eg ongc,bsnl,mtnl.

@MTNLOfficial hello... my MTNL line is out of order and my Wi-Fi is not working since many days,since a few months I have been facing frequent disconnection issues... calling your toll free customer care number from mobile is very tedious as it is more than 10mins hold.

@JioCare It is more than 24 hours that the JioFiber connection for the area is down. This is unthinkable and unacceptable. Unfortunately we have paid for 6 months or I would have discontinued your service. Feels like I am dealing with MTNL.

@Buddhweiser Watched this final when I had mtnl broadband. Ofc it was horrible and **** had to restart every 2-3 mins to make sure it works properly and delay is no less then 40-45 secs. What a night. Moscow. 🫶

@hariom_twit R/sir, As per reply received from postmaster ONGC COMPLEX post office, it is to intimate that Complaint made to MTNL office . They assured to attend office within 2-3 days. Already complaint made with MTNL Authority vide docket No-3767. Inconveniece is highly regretted.

@MumbaiMTNL my home landline connection 8074586 cannot be reached from a mobile no. Also no calls can be made to a mobile no. The line was out for many days and was rectified recently by MTNL. on registering complaint MTNL staff keep saying that there is no problem in the line.
