    wanted and shameful of the Department concerned. If we are sometimes late in paying the bill penalty is charged and see our internet and phone is down now without any intimation but bill will come in routine as usual. This is a matter of great concern for the AUTHORITIES OF MTNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @drrupeshushelke In Mumbai Mira road East no connection on BSNL sim card, very pathetic situation. If MTNL can't serve you better make arrangements with other service providers

    @w_karve Very much. Still have ours. Though line is disconnected. In 2005 Mumbai floods, mobile services were down, but these MTNL phones worked

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Respected Sir Borivali Head Post Office banking service is down for lack of internet for last few days. Post Master is helpless as MTNL is unable to restore connectivity. Ministry should chip in.
