    What about #Bsnl and #mtnl @BJP4Telangana @drlaxmanbjp, #telanganabjp must have knowledge about the @BJP4India working style in Central after that u may proceed to the State matter. Simply by twitting, saying we support #rtc doesn't make any sense..

    @ZenNivesh MTNL was the first telecom operator in India to launch 3G service in December 2008. BSNL launched 3G services in Feb 2009, while Airtel and Vodafone Essar launched their respective 3G service in early 2011.

    @manoj_216 That's been the business model. Build Infra using public funds through PSUs. Then Keep PSU companies at loss eg Indian railways, MTNL/BSNL, AirIndia and give poor services like railways accidents, poor management etc.

    @theskindoctor13 And they will not allow privatization as it will expose UPPCL's inefficiencies. Whenever we have monopolies, customer will suffer. We need competition in every sector else we have MTNL and BSNL as examples.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_MH my landline in andheri west Mumbai is dead since more than 4-5 years due to breakdown of line in area. Also MTNL sim with no network since more than 2 years. What steps are going to be taken ?? You promote other services ??

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Need your urgent help in porting out prepaid MTNL Dolphin SIM to another operator as no MTNL Dolphin signal in my area for weeks/months. Please help me by telling me what to do. Where to visit to port out the SIM or get UPC code for porting @CGM_MH_BSNL

    @AshwiniVaishnaw After filling FTTH complaint fields on MTNL complaint dropdown on website & using Submit button,whole thing vanishes without displaying docket number etc. Why don't you shut down this website to save the customers from trying for hours to register a complaint.

    As of July 2025, BSNL shows recovery with Q3FY25 profit of ₹262 crore (first in 17 years), 7.8% revenue growth to ₹20,841 crore, and 7.4% market share, aided by govt revival packages and 4G/5G rollout. MTNL is in crisis, defaulting on ₹8,585 crore loans, with ₹34,484 crore debt and FY25 net loss of ₹33.27 billion; govt plans to hand operations to BSNL sans merger. Decline stems from high employee costs, debt, delayed 4G, and competition from private firms like Jio. Responsibility: Shared between inefficient PSU management/unions, successive govts' policies favoring privates, and market shifts. Current BJP govt's packages help BSNL but haven't saved MTNL.
