    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial my complaint no 1386 regarding no internet remains unattended for over 12 hrs. This is the second time this month. Your MTNL Malad Mumbai 400064 exchange is incompetent to solve issues and leaving SENIOR PENSIONLESS CITIZENS IN LURCH.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial made an application for broadband connection against our landline no. On 25/3/21. MTNL not bothered and officials just giving different nod. Linesman blocking nos. If you call them again and again. Ridiculous service. No wonder private operators are thriving

    @ThaneCityPolice @MTNLOfficial I had lodged written complaint to MTNL,Charai Exchange earlier but they hv not acted on complaint. So I had requested them for abt 8 to 10 times to hv an instrument with caller id thru which i can revord incoming number where they always reasoned that out of stock.

    @MTNLOfficial MTNL mumbai landline which was not working since one year. hence surrendered it and got signed acknowledgement. but phone bills keep coming and written to all authorities but no response we hate privatisation yes we do

    @MTNLMbiOfficial ..@MTNLOfficial ..Complaint Number 6986 (MTNL Mumbai) still not attended. No internet..No Phone Connectivity..For last 04 days..Helpline of MTNL is not helping and email gets no acknowledgment even....Pathetic!!
