    @bsnl_care @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl sir, a landline phone of mtnl Mumbai is taken by BSNL is not working. A landline is kept as many old contact still remember our no. In emergency it’s used, we pay bill regularly but don’t know when it’s not working. It’s in Dadar West Mumbai area.

    @bsnl_care I have visited Vashi sector 16, I was told that my reissue of nano sim be issued from MTNL/BSNL DELHI . It is very impractical solution . It is very difficult for me to go to delhi .

    @koolmihir @BSNLCorporate Please apply at the nearest customer service center with proof of identity/address and copy of cancelled cheque. If you have MTNL modem/instrument, submit it at MTNL office and take acknowledgment.
