  @bsnl_care I ported my sim to BSNL pospaid. I am unable to make and receive calls even after porting is successful. MTNL Vashi office is not receiving my calls. They do not receive the landline phone. I am helpless. Please register my complaint.

  @Indianinfoguide Latency: Jio led with 20.33ms latency - Airtel was actually worst at 43.76ms despite being second in download speed. MTNL 22.84ms, Vi 37.57ms. Voice quality: Jio topped voice quality with highest Mean Opinion Score of 4.36. Best call setup time at 0.56 seconds. Call Setup Success Rate: Jio and Vi both above 99%, Airtel only 97.22%. Airport route coverage: Poor signal on just 0.15% of Noida–IGI Airport route for Jio vs Airtel 0.41%, Vi 0.57%, MTNL 72.48%. Airtel paradox: Second fastest downloads but WORST latency. Upload speeds and consistency matter too.

The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.   @pramodkmr73 @MTNLOfficial Thank you Sir, apparently this is a problem with MTNL Mumbai sim even after coming back to Pune. Its really irritating when mobile phones have become part of our lives like Oxygen.
