@rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP I had complaind regarding non availability of BSNL mobile signals in the houses of sector 8 Faridabad but no action has been taken.Being in NCR ,MTNL is the signal provider and this MTNL is responsible for all the trouble we are facing

It’s not even a week shifted from Vodafone. Having full trust on BSNL. Surprisingly cannot contact customer care no. Got several queries on recharges. Specially when using network in Delhi mumbai as they have mtnl. @BSNLCorporate My no.9004101969

@DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP If you have BSNL no and you are coming to Faridabad till 9 sector you will not find any problem but as you enter in sector 8 residences signals disappears.Merging MTNL with BSNL is the only solution as MTNLwill never solve this2/2.

@libertariandesi MTNL & BSNL r paying the price of digital India. Modi Govt has forced them 2 invest in broadband network in rural india. Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

@BSNL_HR no. is registered under BSNL & I live in faridabad where BSNL provides services, now you guys r saying it falls under MTNL. Irrespective of BSNL or MTNL,concern is resolving petty issues of network stability & urgent attention needed. At the end users have to bear inconvenience.

Customer care is never functional and leavingno choice insisting customers to choose this platform to get an attention. Everytime same issue is raised and no genuine effort to rectify the same. The only solution is given this particular area is under MTNL.

My mother has balance of Rs. 650 with Dolphin MTNL Prepaid card. To utilize this money, there should be network. Now, there is no network of Dolphin, so money cannot be utilized, so Rs. 650 remains safe with Dolphin and because of balance of 650, porting is only option with loss.

Never seen @mtnl in such a bad shape. Its help line is useless, all sr officials dont take calls or solve issues, don't know why we waste our taxpayers money on them. MTNL trying to recover amounts when landline and broadband is defunct. It's shame. @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial

@muglikar_ Even Jio example is a trap for LWers.. these people should be asked, even after knowing the devil the Jio is, will they want to go back to times of only BSNL/MTNL with high prices, poor service and limited reach.. RW are failing big time in countering arguments.
