Can you believe this? I am having @BSNLCorporate number for which @MTNLOfficial is service provider in #delhincr.There is no network of MTNL in Delhi and NCR at majority of places. Roaming like madman searching for network to get OTP to make an urgent payment. @TRAI

@BSNLCorporate No mobile signal in Sector 8 Faridabad Since last 10 years except for 2014 to 2019 period Being in NCR This area comes under MTNL and a tower is needed to transmit signals in sector 8. MTNL is not taking any action my mobile no is 9467904981

@libertariandesi MTNL & BSNL r paying the price of digital India. Modi Govt has forced them 2 invest in broadband network in rural india. Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

@DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP If you have BSNL no and you are coming to Faridabad till 9 sector you will not find any problem but as you enter in sector 8 residences signals disappears.Merging MTNL with BSNL is the only solution as MTNLwill never solve this2/2.

@PrakashJavdekar dear sir we have one mtnl mobile no 9868558174 on my father name Shri M. L Sharma. Its a 15years old number, now there is zero signal since november 2019 in our area at house number 791 sector 10 faridabad haryana 121006. Several complaints but zero response.

@DoT_India Tell me one thing, Why in Noida,MTNL signals are existing everywhere .It is only happening in Faridabad that to only in Sector 8 It seems that there are no telecommunication Engineer inMTNL who can solve this problem. Only erecting atower in sec8 .

Just heard that Adani bought BSNL. It’s close relative MTNL is awaiting certain corporate demise. I have been witnessing the slow and deliberate strangulation of MTNL over a period of 5 years and more. A method in the madness; slow and steady… the same must’ve happened with BSNL

@milinddeora Let’s be serious Milind ji, successive governments have worked to destroy the intrinsic value of both BSNL & MTNL to benefit private players. Unions were used as vote banks while companies behaved as they were doing some samaj seva by giving service to the customers

@PMOIndia @CimGOI A suggestion, surrender MTNL & BSNL to private vendors for managing complete services. I have had troubles for total of weeks between April+July with no internet & voice services. Maybe privatization is a better solution here because training is out of question.

@Archana071114 The PRS counter (Railway Booking) was closed since 20.07.2022 due to link failure, MTNL connectivity issue. Today i.e. 28.07.2022 MTNL lineman visited Powai IIT Post office and resolved the issue.

@Cryptic_Miind It's a virtual squander of huge precious resources. Inspite of this massive capital infusion I don't see BSNL reviving anytime unless it's management & staff become more professional & customer focussed. BSNL & MTNL are fit cases for privatization on the lines of Air India.
