Everytime same issue is raised and no genuine effort to rectify the same. The only solution is given this particular area is under MTNL.

Its a 15years old number, now there is zero signal since november 2019 in our area at house number 791 sector 10 faridabad haryana 121006. Several complaints but zero response.

Irrespective of BSNL or MTNL,concern is resolving petty issues of network stability & urgent attention needed. At the end users have to bear inconvenience.

I was young and naive. MTNL guy was corrupted and I had no help from family. He took our one line to transfer the other one. India has come a long way looking at those days.
