@BSNL_HR no. is registered under BSNL & I live in faridabad where BSNL provides services, now you guys r saying it falls under MTNL. Irrespective of BSNL or MTNL,concern is resolving petty issues of network stability & urgent attention needed. At the end users have to bear inconvenience.

@DoT_India 01126856285 not working since 4.5.19. Complaint ws logs wid MTNL on 5.5.19 by same was closed without resolving the issue. As such consumer had to lodge new complaint on 6.5.19 eve. MTNL trying to shield it's failr 2 resolve complaint n merely closing it.

@OfficeOfRSP Sir please revive them. Remove all the bottlenecks. I was a customer of MTNL but had to switch to other telecom operator due to frequent call drops and signal problems. It wud b better to provide signal towers and better connectivity and offers to challenge pvt coys.

Conclusion - Checked with Airtel, vodafone and Jio....it's not their issue. It's issue with MTNL. Not malad, it has started echoing at Sakinaka exchange lines too
