    I beg to differ, as I have just in-boxed a complaint to the MTNL Chief that it’s been a week and my landline is still not working..their inefficiency reminds me of the days government had a monopoly.

    Customer care is never functional and leavingno choice insisting customers to choose this platform to get an attention. Everytime same issue is raised and no genuine effort to rectify the same. The only solution is given this particular area is under MTNL.

    @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP If you have BSNL no and you are coming to Faridabad till 9 sector you will not find any problem but as you enter in sector 8 residences signals disappears.Merging MTNL with BSNL is the only solution as MTNLwill never solve this2/2.

    @MTNLOfficial My telephone 011-29521310 has incoming problem more than 1 month. Have been running from pillar to post no help. Please save MTNL by giving better services to the existing customer before they run away

    @MTNLOfficial @TRAI worst broadband ever. How many times I called and registered my compliant but nothing is changed. Telephone no. - 22574608. That’s the reason for Loss of MTNL. Customer move to another operator because there is no solution for customer problem.

    @rsprasad Sir MTNL delhi numbers 26842711 , 26830497 & 26915303 with Landline & broadband are not working properly continuous disturbance on landline & dead & modem lights not stable broadband not working.

    @airtelindia I have a problem of disturbed connection since long. Last week they said change hotstar & I paid INR 2k. No improvement. But Airtel staff advice. Do what you do in MTNL. I asked, his reply sewa dho &8 number do. Staff asking for bribe is Airtel policy

    Now it’s getting on to be two weeks my landline is not working! Shocking, if this is the state of affairs in the capital. I insist the GM of MTNL writes a formal letter , so I can forward to the telecom minister for your apathy. Appalling service.

    @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP Yesterday I wrote problem of the residents of sector 8 Faridabad.We are not getting mobile signals in our residence,It is all due to MTNL .This organization has never been interested in solving this problem,Send anybody to check it1/2

    @mtnldelhi @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL @mtnldelhi My no. is 22831737 & my telephone set is not working. After exchange of telephone set with another one, MTNL employee gave old telephone set which is also not working. My no. is 9871420687. Why they don’t give proper working new set.

    My mother, who works in MTNL, hasn't got her salary in last 4 months. My cousin sister, a teacher in MCD school, hasn't got her salary in last 3 months. My company has started job cuts. If you still think that our economy is not crashing down, then god bless you & this nation.

    @MTNLOfficial I purchased new MTNL Dolphin prepaid connection and done FRC151 Rs by MTNL sanchar Haat. After that my incoming and outgoing are running but my internet services not going on. I have many times contact to 1503 and sanchar haat but no body solve my issue 9013104415

    @indlawyer MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc. ,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud , hence you are requested to ignore such messages.
