    @MTNLOfficial Amazing there is no response from MTNL on any mode of communication. I have tried reaching them on all modes of communication and i failed. How is this business running with such a pathetic state of service level. The only tag that is saving this business from drowning is Govt

    I’ll never suggest for MTNL,FTTH broadbands. Useless either not working or working extremely slow. Service is extremely poor. Even @CMD_MTNL is non performer. Helpless man..

    @MTNLOfficial Hi my MTNL phone CN - 2053427632 (Rajouri, Delhi) is Dead since Oct2019. No one came to check the fault yet. Lodged online complaints, called up but no resolution. Bills are coming continue. Pls check.

    @MTNLOfficial impressed with the speed of service and execution of order. In less than 24 hours order was placed and a fully functional wifi and hand set provided by mtnl. Amit Gupta and his team deserve kudos for the impressive setup in Shankar Vihar Delhi cantt

    @MTNLOfficial what a pathetic service you guys are providing, My MTNL number 27242201 is not working from last almost 45 days, I have complaint many times but no one came to resolve the problem, but all the times it shows your complaint is resolved. But the problem is same.

    @MTNLOfficial Again sorry to state that it's been six days but no action has yet been taken on my issue. What to say, better to close down MTNL and bring in a more effective and efficient landline service. My whole colony is sick of MTNL.

On ground there are no line men to repair, no SPOC to contact... There were days when MTNL personnel's availability and execution had no comparison and today it's sad
