Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

Complaints have been lodged with MTNL complaint centre and have been sending message to GM nehru place as well as other offices involved. Please restore the fault.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

I think the harder question: does CIL's 82% market share represent earned dominance or just a legal monopoly that never had to compete?
