And this is repeated done by MTNL. I request @rsprasad please help and improve the MTNL service. I see a hope of ray in your govt.

I am billed every month. No action has been done on my complaints. Kindly look into the issue asap and take strict action.

It couldn’t put funds into a special escrow account for the next interest payment on its bonds due to not having enough cash.
