@irfhabib @MTNLOfficial Once we faced almost similar problem from MTNL. But when i complained at the head office of TRAI . They fixed it before i reached my home from complaining.

@PrakashJavdekar dear sir we have one mtnl mobile no 9868558174 on my father name Shri M. L Sharma. Its a 15years old number, now there is zero signal since november 2019 in our area at house number 791 sector 10 faridabad haryana 121006. Several complaints but zero response.

If MTNL,MUMBAI CAN NOT HANDLE ITS SUBSCRIBERS AND SERVICES, PL HANDOVER IT TO BSNL OR ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS.MTNL MUMBAI IS TORTURING ITS SUBSCRIBERS.
