Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

Raghunathan tk (@raghunathtk) reported@JM_Scindia @Officejmscindia . My monthly FTTH Bill is about ₹700 from MTNL, Mumbai. Now BSNL has raised a bill for ₹1394 . They are asking for advance pmt for January too and paid by 19th January ie before utilisation. Is it fair to customer @BSNLCorporate .

I have to go to the Ghatkopar MTNL office just to get an otp. Had to switch to Jio unfortunately. And have an SIP of 350-500 every month now in Jio.
