    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Its a shame.Hav been complaining since last 2 months for faulty internet service&phone. Mtnl GM even doesnt answr mobile n office calls leave asided d senior delhi officers. But bills r always on time. Useless n shameless dept never wrkng properly.

    BSNL, MTNL first encouraged employees to opt for voluntary retirement and now want them back as consultants. BSNL still has more than 60K employees and has told DoT it is facing operational issues.

    MTNL should be ashamed to raise bills for the service that is not provided. If the officers of MTNL can't address the complaints then they should resign. I once again request the concern office to take interest and rectify the complaints immediately. 9820288478 is alternate No

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Hi Team, For many months our MTNL connection is down and hence not able to use landline & WiFi. Raised complaints several times but of no use I used to get only docket numbers. Request your to kindly disconnect our MTNL connection ASAP.

    MTNL is so poor in its work nowadays, reminds of dreadful times of Mr Sukhram. At least 40 phones are not working in Dariba Kalan, hundreds of lines are dead in Chandni Chowk.
