  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @MTNLMbiOfficial It is to long night 3 days server of MTNL is down and MTNL could not register complaint regarding landline. That MTNL fail to provide Customer services. Somebody has to look after this situation.

  Why can't MTNL/BSNL be made to supply only to PSUs and Govt. Departments. Special services only to them. It will help them get revenue and faster and better connectivity for Govt offices, atleast people won't be standing for "Net nahi Hein" @abhiandniyu @PMOIndia @rsprasad

  We ALWAYS ask one of our friends to recharge MTNL DOLPHIN ONLINE. On 18 May 2020 morning he started. Your department accepted Rs 98 [& NEVER EVER REFUNDED IT TO OUR FRIEND/us ] . So we emailed this problem to your department

  @BSNLCorporate I already mentioned my mobile numbers belongs to #BSNL and telephone by default belongs to #MTNL . So please look both issue on priority as @MTNLOfficial #Mumbai work under your umbrella. So you need to solve and give better services if customers reaches you team.
