    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @DoT_India MTNL Mumbai renders poor data service in Mumbai. I have 12 Mbps data plan and I get between 5 and 6 Mbps speed. This is going on for years. No improvement inspite of repeted complaints to @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial It's been 4 days Phone is dead!!!, hence broadband too, in current work from home situation, it's really not helping!. There's no update/info from any helpline, both MTNL service and helpline service are really getting worse day by day!

    @DoT_India What action? haven’t heard from MTNL after lodging several complaints (fyi 3months, check ur IVR). No one bother to discuss even at the exchange. Bills are coming without fail for deadlines. Check and learn with our dear Prime Minister sir 🙏 how to work efficiently. @PMOIndia

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial,visited MTNL Deonar several times,no one there to attend to it. We are told that they don't even have 50 mts of cable to resolve the issue, MTNL service is going from bad to worse.we want refund for amt paid since Sep for a nonworking landline.

    @rsprasad my MTNL phone line is shut since 5 months... Whenever we call customer care they inform us that they don't have staff to send for repair... What kind of service is this...

    @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad ,sir, the condition of MTNL Building of Rajouri garden in west delhi is very poor. Plasters uprooted & iron rods can be seen from riding a metro train. Please repair it before any disaster. Thanks

    @MTNLOfficial 022-28218202 Landline & broadband both are not working and mtnl staff not responding my complain number 3834 My landline number was was 30 years old. & Bill was ECS. Now mtnl giving mentally harrassment to own customer It's better I can surrender my Number.
