    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @PIB_India @JM_Scindia Total mess after the merger especially in billing. You guys are really making it hard for anyone to hold on to their MTNL landline. Bovine incompetence meets PSU shrug. A peer group comparison between consumer portals will reveal what Communism does to sarkari damaad Cos! Fail.

    @TanaysinghT Mumbai being the financial capital of India and the state/ government owned company BSNL has no network. When we call BSNL they say call MTNL and when we call MTNL they say service has been stopped. So Request BSNL office to please close down the service in mumbai.

    @MumbaiMTNL @CETTM_MTNL @MTNLMbiOfficial There is no proper mobile signal /connectivity at Anushaktinagar, Mumbai (Pin 400094) for last 2 days. FTTH also not reliable with frequent interruptions. Tired of complaining. No resp. focal point for resolution? End of MTNL in Mumbai?

    @MTNLOfficial MTNL connections in Navi Mumbai has got no response once it's get down. It's difficult to work with such network which has got no response for the customer.

    But while the debts of companies like @BSNLCorporate and @MTNLOfficial are being paid in full with the tax money of the people, BSNL and MTNL, both these companies have never performed well in their lives, yet their debts are being paid with the money of the taxpayers of India.
