  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  Recently we raised an issues with @MTNLOfficial (Sakinaka, Andheri. Mumbai) for their Broadband services. We were asked to wait as #MTNL was supposed to send someone to check the problem. It has been more than a week and nobody from @MTNLMbiOfficial has visited.

  @Mastersn108 @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Very true. I also just tweeted to MTNL. It's really frustrating. OTPs are not coming. V. Imp banking transactions are withheld due to no OTP. Facing tremendous problems. I am in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. MTNL shud do something asap. Pls do a thorough check of network across the city

  @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India They are not my numbers. Kindly look at the picture enclosed in the original tweet - they are MTNL numbers of Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai! Even a promiment hospital's MTNL lines are down!

  @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India it's been 2 years waiting now for refund of security of Rs.2500 for landline phone in Delhi. Every 3 month, i visit MTNL regional office at Bikaji cama place, they say No money for refund. It's hard earned honest money, please refund immediately. HELP.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL landline connections and ADSL broadband internet for everyone in the area is down due to line outage, not just me. All landline phones are dead. Almost every MTNL subscriber in the are has lodged a complaint. The area is A.V Nagwekar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025

  @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial @narendramodi Please find grievance no. DOTEL/E/2022/04953 raised on central public grievance portal and closed by MTNL - AGM PG and A without any resolution. Neither phone is reactivated, nor bills reversal for last 3 months & new bill still generated.
