Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@MTNLMbiOfficial Your team has diligently tried to address this issue through communication but the ground of field employees just are not doing what they should, I've subscribed for the internet service as per my plan and that was the issue to begin with, but MTNL just can't replace router

@MTNLOfficial we have been facing issue on out MTNL number for few weeks. Have been complaining but no response till today the lineman come and tells me I will have to take a new cable from some junction at 14th road to my building. Kindly respond to this my number is 26481259

@Airtel_Presence Committed a blunder having ported my number from Jio to @airtelindia. Despite calling to customer care number not yet activated. In a similar port case last month from MTNL to Jio had no problem. It was seamless. Now I understand why jio is prefered over others

@MTNLOfficial @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw 3 months the MTNL lines are down no one to attend but reminder call for bill payment for dead non functioning phone is continous. Subs No : 2100347381 For adding services it's online for discontinuing it's physical no one to attend.

What an Irony.... The customer care number of MTNL Mumbai on their website is Invalid!!! No link to download a form for cancellation No doubt this entity has lost the game long ago #mtnl #MTNLMumbai #TelecommunicationIndustry
