    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @keith_ktz1 @ragiing_bull Totally agree. After 20 years of MTNL gave up for a local cable connection. Except for the bill on time no service whatsoever. Initial days of lockdown had to cancel many sessions due to net issues

    @MTNLMbiOfficial ..No Broadband internet connectivity for last 45 days. I have already placed several requests but you didn’t take any appropriate actions..I am disappointed with MTNL lacklustre attitude. Complaint Number 6986 still pending. Please act upon ASAP..regards

    @SachinDPatange @w_karve Waited for more than 5 Y to get a fixed line telephone when there was state monopoly. Customer services were poor. Had to bribe to fix the connection. Services were costly. Monopoly public or private is not good. MTNL / BSNL are continuously draining out tax payers money.

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial my internet connection is again down. I do not know how many complaints does it need for mtnl to provide a permenant solution.

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate sir mere area m me MTNL ke 2g ka network 1year se nhi aa rha ha or 3g m regular network nhi rhta ha fillal 1month se network nhi aa rha ha. Complaint krne pe sirf Bolte ha thk kr rhe ha. Paisa nhi ha. Add Premnagar 2 40foot road 110086

    @rsprasad Respected sir, my father is senior citizen, since September 2020 his landline number is not working, I have complaint online, off line in mtnl office, but no response, but yes I get call on my mobile to pay bills for deadline, do you think it's fair.

    Hathaway internet down for third consecutive day wondering whether I should stop their service. MTNL may be slow but their response is good. They restore service fast. Hathaway no service high price for zero quality.

    My telephone is dead of Mtnl mumbai from last 20 days & now the docket number is 425 & 447 no one from Mtnl office has taken initiative to resolve the issue look in to the matter urgently

    @MTNLOfficial My mtnl dolphin mobile network gets disconnected completely everday Please look into it
