    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial The following panvel region numbers are not working 27451625, 27459773 and 27459774 many times registered complaint in Panvel MTNL Office still they not resolving it. Please look on this.

    @shri_v BSNL/MTNL are already under government, they have been incompetent since their beginning. Perhaps you are not old enough to know how bad they used to be before Indian bankruptcy of 1991 and subsequent introduction/competition of private players.

    @ANI replenishment of BSNL not wise MTNL and BSNL have become white elephants and are praying only on government support oxymoron when many private Telekom operators made their hey days and encashed technological advancements these PSU never took any initiative to remain in the market

    Respected sir our mtnl landline number 011 22007099 is not working from past 2 months and i have complained manier times through call and by even going to the mtnl offices,they are not cooperating with us and are not taking actions for our problem,sir please resolve this problem

    @narendramodi On one end GOI is selling bad and good PSUs for limiting its liability. On the other end it is sinking 1,64,000 crores in reviving doomed BSNL AND MTNL. I am not able to understand intent of GOI. And no one is question this. Tax payers money is being sunk in NPA.

    @HDFC_Bank Extremly poor service Imperia toll free no does not work from MTNL or mobile, your agents have no clue , your RM doesnt bother to help if not related to MF investments . netbanking platform fluctuates @rbisays also no email contact for Grievance redressal officers
