    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    It's been a week since all my 3 mtnl numbers have got no network. Can't even complain it to the customer care since the call has to be made from mtnl number. This is ridiculous and all we get is system generated replies @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial

    @BSNLCorporate @MarkivTima Will 4g service work in roaming in Mumbai? I have bsnl card and i m in roaming with NO Signal from MTNL will this issue solved once you roll out your 4g service?

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for replying. My BSNL sim is working now but only when I am in BSNL network area. So, basically the problem was not with sim. Rather actually there is no signal at all for @BSNL/MTNL in Q1 Block, South City 2, Gurugram. @BSNLCorporate, any timeline to fix this issue?

    Indian Public Telecom operator specializes BSNL and MTNL is playing fuel rolling you have a Eadtern Zone or Cebtral zone number you cannot get through in Delhi or Mumbai due to MTNL blocking instead you had to choice VI Network. What a practical joke

    @DoT_India I got a call yesterday that my phone no. Is stopped due to none payment of bills, however the Mtnl has stopped my phone more than 2years when I was paying the bills, I have ask for itemized bill for last 2years to prove that phone is not working, which mtnl is not providing.

    @PMOIndia @narendramodi Sounds nice. But a reality. My MTNL land line has been out of order for >2 months. No clarity on its restoration. MTNL says Metro work has damaged cable. Being billed for Broadband not in use as LL is not working. Is this the way to develop? Create hardships for the common man?

    @MTNLOfficial Landline phones are dead in Kalkaji & Chittaranjan Park area since last one year and MTNL is charging monthly rental on the dead landline number. It has been complaint multiple times but no response. Is there any resolution from MTNL ?

    @PMOIndia @MTNLMbiOfficial @narendramodi Wah ..India is Progressing.. Almost Since last one month my landline not working .. Inspite of repeated requests and complaints.. Very very bad. It is Not The GM mtnl responsibility to look into this.. Who is responsible fr this..
