    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial #mtnl is gangraping loyal clients ad-hoc closing complaint dockets 1 day before bill generation. Surrendered 30+ year old line after trying a lot for ONE year. #mtnlmumbai is under #decimationbydesign by unknown(?) forces. Ordinary citizens do NOT matter!

    @DoT_India DOT CAN MODIFY RULES TO SAVE CORPORATES BUT WILL DO NOTHING FOR HIGH HANDED ATTITUDE OF MTNL MUMBAI TOWARDS IT'S CUSTOMERS. KOI SUNWAI NAHI FOR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. PAY YOUR RENTALS WITH NO SERVICES FOR LAST 3 YEARS IN GARODIA NAGAR GHATKOPAR MUMBAI
