    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Landline No.022-24380636 of my office is out of order. Complaint No.1445 dated 18 Jan 2023. My business has affected. Shivaji Park Tel. Exchange No. is also out of order. Great inconvenience is caused. I hope MTNL will attend my complaint urgently.

    @SirJambavan @fukfukfukra @ramanmann1974 My dear friend, for that you can blame the Govt. They never let MTNL/BSNL either approach the market. They haven't even given permission to take part in 5G. You basically want that those guys with their hands tied behind should compete with these - 1/n

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial I have reg. a complaint for my no. 28803819 since 10 months. today i got reply from malad west office that we cannot spend lacs of rupees on cable for few lines. Is MTNL committed to give service or earn profits ??

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear sir, request to look in to mtnl fiber/broadband prices. Prices are way too high and not up to market standards.. there is a fup limit in all the plans..The competition (airtel, jio) etc offer a better service and low prices.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw This is to highlight my disappointment and frustration on the MTNL for total disregard towards it's customer probably they define customer as " जो कष्ट से मरे "since five months despite various online complaints my landline is not serviceable

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Network of MTNL on my mobile number 9868149627 located in Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi-110096 is found off occasionally. Can not initiate important bank transactions due to this. Such state of a public sector company that also in capital of India is not acceptable.

    @TheFactFindr And now these ***** have cornered the phone and internet market They're raising their rates and ARPU And are coming after everyone's money FAST I just hope VI and MTNL revive their balance system for phonecalls A lot of ppl still want that as a service including me

    @MTNLOfficial last 6-7 month my mtnl line line no not working I have completed online as well return also.also trying to comunicate with respative member still issue not resolved can any one help me pls Current location sion Pratiksha nagar mumbai . Fault location coroma shop.
