  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  Today in AAR PAR debate only defeated and weak people abuse the medium like the Congress bumboo alka who said PM should talk on MTNL PHONE NOT JIO. This poor dim witted dense bumboo brought phone between the Kisan debate proving that weak and defeated people side track the issue.

  @kushalbhagia When Jio was aggressive acquiring subscribers in 2015-16 it was expanding at the cost of state run bsnl/mtnl and other private players. Was feeling very bad as bsnl/mtnl were slowly dying. But Jio has been the saviour at the time of COVID and related lockdown/wfh with cheap data.

  @kushalbhagia I am a firm believer in the fact, public sector cos (like bsnl, mtnl, etc) would never qualify when reliable service, good technology attributes are considered. You would always need a "Reliance" to raise the bar high

  @MTNLOfficial Mtnl Broadband server down under dilshad garden telephone exchange area since 3 am last night.Please rectify servers immediately.Not rectified till now after complaint.Facing problems in wfh.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial Since last few months mtnl deliberately avoids customer's complaints. Seems it wants all lines are disconnected due to noncompliance of grievances.
