    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial We can use 0 if your service allow us to use the landline.I think you all have accepted that my MTNL line can’t be fixed since last 4 months,and given up, Now No MTNL exist, than you should stoop billing people if you can’t provide services.

    I now see that complaint no. 2582 has been closed by MTNL but my phone is still not working. I have registered 2 new complaints 5079 and 5082 for landline and broadband.

    @rsprasad @MTNLOfficial @PMOIndia. Gd mng sir. I m frm gtb hospital Delhi. Net not working since 15 jan. Nobody listening. I talked Mr. JAIN IN SHD MTNL OFFICE so many times. But nothing has been done. Its a govt office & handle salary for 2000 emp. Pls sir do something. PLS SIR

    @MTNLOfficial I seriously don't understand that since 9 months my office complex MTNL is not working yet they are sending invoices. This is ridiculous service.

    @MTNLOfficial MTNL Mumbai whats wrong with your broadband. Its pathetic, slow download and upload speed. When will you improve your british era technology. World is in fiber you are still in dial up.

    @Airtel_Presence Thanks Mansi, yes it's working now but it become operational as confirmed by line man a day before after 18 hours, not as per confirmation by u people or customer care. Mean to understand old traditonal mtnl line men's are back at Airtel. Hoping long found flicker problem resolve

    @MTNLOfficial @navimumbaicv Hello MTNL Team , I had logged a complaint (id 3096) for my Landline not working as expected . and No response is being observed from your end with regards to same. Bills are generated despite having the repeated emails and reminders .
