  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @MIB_India my friend lives within MTNL Mumbai and lodged a complaint of dead line in March 2022 till date no rectification but bills raised why don't you wind-up MTNL Mumbai and refund his deposit 1000 he is aged 70 the Sr officials are corrupt to core

  @pnbindia we shall be grateful if the working telephone nos. Of PNB, wazirpur, Ashok vihar and pnb KHRM school, are updated. The mtnl nos.are out of service since long. Even the branch manager have failed to redress the problem. what an awful service.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial i am Sr Citizen. My landline is dead from April 29. Made 3 complaints (Nos.3879, 6552 &2373) so far. On 1st 2 complaints got msg of it resolved, but phone still dead. 3rd complaint made on 3/94/22 still pending. Horrible service MTNL.

  @pnbindia Tax saving Fd matured on 3rd may'22 on OBC,wazirpur Ashok vihar( now PNB), has not been credited to a/c. All the phone nos. which are mtnl no. are now out of service for the past many month.This is a Bank without any phone. Very poor service.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial Finally the line fault was resolved. Got a call from MTNL on 2nd May. But now ADSL broadband doesn't work. It sometimes connects for maybe half hour and then again disconnects. Have called mtnl and filed complaint on 3rd May, but still internet doesn't work.

  @MIB_India sir, I am Dilip Desai senior citizen from Mumbai. My land line No. 28896640 is dead since 27-01-2022. I have been complaining but no response from MTNL Mumbai. Can you help?
