Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@SukhdeoPrasad3 Reply from TSP-In view of the recent tweet made by the customer , MTNL mumbai unit talked to the customer. The number is working. As per the customer, there is some disturbance in the line. Yesterday MTNL staff visited the premises, but the customer requested to come next day.

@MTNLMbiOfficial , again 28957820 not working, weird sounds heard on ear piece, dialled from another MTNL landline or mobile, gets engaged tone. Phone line getting affected again and again. According to linesman, the underground wiring is old, needs change.

@TechnoRanveer Reply from TSP:- customer replied via twitter as follows: "Nearest serving site is down and due to that no outdoor or indoor coverage is there. MTNL team is trying hard to restore it. After restoring the site both outdoor and indoor coverage will improve.
