  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  Complaint is hereby logged against MTNL of not giving signal to BSNL customers in Delhi and Mumbai Circle. Those who are working and are in roaming have to run from pillar to post for getting mobile signal. Only one Tower shows in Mobile. This does not work.

  @TRAI TRAI must take immediate action against MTNL of not giving signal to BSNL consumers who are in roaming and using BSNL SIM. It is compulsory to provide services by any operator to consumers. Only one signal tower shows in mobile in Delhi and Mumbai circle. Mobile does not work.

  @MTNLOfficial We want to surrender our broadband connection as for the last 1 month our complaint no. 3 not attended...no easy link on MTNL Delhi website, how will MTNL Delhi compensate for not providing services?

  TRAI must take immediate action against all those telecom operators of not giving signal to their rival companies. It is compulsory to provide signal to customers by every telecom operator. MTNL is not giving signal to BSNL customers in Delhi and Mumbai circle who are in roaming

  2nd backup line is only solution for this recurring problem. Your IT cell shud visit the branch and Mtnl DAHISAR east exch to know the ground reality. How will the staff and manager work ??pls be sensitive to this issue.

  @DoT_India dear dot, I am not getting bsnl /MTNL network in noida sector 66 for 6 days.. before every thing was fine ..I called customer care , tweeted to bsnl corp but no one is responding..pls do something
