BJP Minority Face (@TrueEnlighten) reported@EconomicTimes @JM_Scindia Sir, it will take just 2 simple actions to make MTNL best investor company but everytime Govt takes back it steps. 1. Merge MTNL with BSNL so both can have synergies and overall expenses and corruption goes down! 2. MTNL land bank of 30000cr can be leased. @TRAI

BSNLCare (@bsnl_care) reported@msahluwalia Dear Sir, We understand your concern regarding the limited recharge options currently available to former MTNL customers in Delhi NCR despite various BSNL plans being promoted through messages, calls, and the BSNL app. We regret the inconvenience caused. Your feedback regarding the availability of additional prepaid plans and benefits for migrated MTNL subscribers has been noted and shared with the concerned team for review and consideration. We appreciate your valuable feedback and continued support. Regards, BSNL Care (Gopal)

Rahul Raj (@rahulrajsahay) reported@cb_doge @Starlink Suggestion : Instead of pitching it as a D2C thing, offer it as an uplink for BSNL/MTNL, the state owned operator who is the sole ISP attempting to connect these villages. Let them handle customer KYC etc + the last mile connectivity. Best of both worlds.

Bhanumurty Kolluru (@Bhanumurtyk) reported@ArunKum61029003 @mr_mayank BSNL and MTNL are still operative in some areas but where is the customer service, very poor! Vi is there. My point is for getting these networks massive investment and infra are required, that is why no new entrants.
