@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

@Bhagal_Sanjuu Once after I shifted my residence, applied for shifting telephone landline. MTNL as usual their services 😡. Faxed complaint letter to CMD office Delhi. Within 2 hours service was provided.
