  @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

  Just shifted today from Faridabad to Gurgaon and facing extremely poor connectivity on my BSNL number. Residence: Amber 067, Ground Floor, Emerald Estates, Sector 65, Gurgaon, Haryana 122101. This is a three-storey building and surrounding houses are also only three storeys. My BSNL number is currently in roaming here and should be getting connectivity through MTNL. However, the network strength is extremely weak — even in the back bedroom signals are barely usable and calls frequently drop. BSNL Service Number: 94157758957 @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw Such poor basic connectivity in the national capital region is quite concerning. Request BSNL/MTNL to kindly review the network situation in this area and improve coverage urgently.

  @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate I have ported my two SIM cards from MTNL to BSNL.The activation timeline provided to me was 11 March 2026. However, the MTNL network is still showing on my phone and the BSNL network has not been fully activated yet. I kindly request you to activate

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @JM_Scindia Sir, MTNL customer care does not work. Nor I am able to port my number to other service provider. I have Rs 1800 in my prepaid balance despite that I am recharging monthly. I get this message. ur account balance you only have Rs.0.05 valid until 21-06-2026.recharge.

  @CNBCTV18Live REC and PFC management spread their legs to fund loans to fraud company Gensol. Also Rs 15,000 crore was sanctioned almost to bankrupt Shapoorj Paloonji group. REC PFC = BSNL MTNL Immediately these two companies should be shut down before they distribute public money 💰 like mandir ka Prasad to anyone and everyone.

  @Squeal MTNL ki story hi alag hai MTNL has not been sending paper bills for 2 yrs now. They expect uses to themselves Login online and download. And Local branches have stopped accepting cheques forcing to make Online payments. How will we give Address proofs of a telephone if needed

  @jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.
