@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

@airtelindia why don't you run your bb subscription on BSNL and mtnl lines ? This will help others to get connection in such areas where airtel is not available/feasible. Same it happens in UK people take lines from BT and run their chosen BB as subscription.

@rsprasad Mtnl delhi has become a very very inefficient organisation My land line phone and wifi attached to it , is dead from 14.1.22, despite repeated complaint to Paschim Vihar exchange , NO ACTION

@MohamedHashirP1 @BSNLCorporate 2/3. Once it is done, wait for 15-30 minutes next you have to manually select the Vodafone or VI network and set your phone to 2G only mode for seamless connectivity and you can choose MTNL network too (if available).
