@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

When the world is making plans to move to 5G network and ultra fast internet, @bankofbaroda @BankofBarodaCEO is still stuck with 2000s MTNL internet. Literally waste time when I have to visit the branch (sadly all things don't happen via i-banking).

@Rahul54267407 @DoT_India Dear Customer, The serving sites (Wbts_4297 is 264m away and Wbts 1279 is 764m away) in Nangloi area are down and due to that you r facing the network coverage problem. MTNL team is trying to resolve this at the earliest.

@OfficeofUT @AUThackeray @priyankac19 There is barely any help from MTNL. No one in the office seems to care. Most people have left the job and numbers are dead lines most of the time. Please help. I hope there is a plan to help revive Mumbai’s landlines.

@MTNLOfficial MTNL a bloody rogue company. I am fed up with my no 011-29916751having broadband. Every Month compelled to make 3-4 complaint and takes 3-4days for repair. Behaviour of lineman Munna Kumar is also very bad. Planning to return. Suggest not to go for mtnl. Disgusting

MTNL has been rightly named "Mera Telephone Nahin Lagta". Nowhere in the world does: 1. a connection crash and remain unattended for 5 days; 2. The complaint portal doesn't work and 3. the toll-free no. is out of service. Ab bataiye!!! @MTNLOfficial
