Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

Raghunathan tk (@raghunathtk) reported@JM_Scindia @Officejmscindia . My monthly FTTH Bill is about ₹700 from MTNL, Mumbai. Now BSNL has raised a bill for ₹1394 . They are asking for advance pmt for January too and paid by 19th January ie before utilisation. Is it fair to customer @BSNLCorporate .

It's a task to go thru IVR to reach real Human being in Customer Care just to find untrained staff. It's duopoly as voda is non existent and MTNL and Bsnl have been sacrificed.
