    @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

    @BSNLCorporate Porting out of bsnl after 22 years. No sign of improvements in service mtnl should be shut down if they are not having infrastructure and manpower to provide services.

    @ACTFibernet No signal, mostly poor signal internet doesn’t work.Loose wirings in the service lanes warped with electricity and telepone poles of mtnl. Lose wiring in the lanes to be removed. people paying every month but bad service.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial refund of MTNL landline 022-20854844 is long-awaited. We surrendered the connection on 6July but when we call office they say its long process. Pls help
