    @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

    @KVinod2007 @ANI After reliance jio where stand MTNL and BSNL? 1st few yeras they may give good price as they can afford losses, but once captured market they start looting like Jio 1st started with free service , now today they are charging heavily. Today do we have any option except Jio?

    @MTNLOfficial We have been experiencing trouble with our broadband connection 28051181. Tried to call MTNL Customer Care, they received after 25-30 minutes and then kept me on hold. I was overhearing their personal gossip. What to do now?

    why dont u copy whats done by other utility.providers like afani tata airtel. they have registered mobiles where they send updates. mtnl will slp through long weekend secure that mothing will happen to their salaries n come bk on tue to c why their net service is failed.

    @MandarSawant184 @Rajendr39947069 Even I had MTNL broadband inspite of having Tata Sky . Used to work one day and no service the next day . No way of complaining . Put up with for 2-3 years now finally cancelled

    @reliancejio very poor service on reliance Jio phones u need to up grade eve calling through reliance fibre system does not put calls through leave o alone mtnl very sad my Nos 9560197368/9818478676 revert the reasons immediately

    @MumbaiMirror our internet from.mtnlmis down since 28th nov nite. till todate no one is bothered to tell us whats wrong or when will we get the net. help us since we wortk from home n this attitude by mtnl is hurting many .niranjan

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Complaint no 3652 ( MTNL Mumbai) is pending since many days. Should I still pay the monthly bill inspite of phone not working ? @DoT_India
