    @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Our Haji Ali Post Office broadband 23536437 not working from one Month and we also raised docket in last week docket No 31 and several time visit to MTNL Cumball Hill Telephone Exchange and meet to Rakesh Kumar. But they not co operate with us.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Still no follow up by Mtnl engineer. Phone wire has issue which I believe needs to be replaced. Let me know if this can't be fixed so I will proceed with disconnection now. Sorry can't bear it as its been more than 2 months and I am regularly making payment for dead phone.

    @MTNLOfficial Shame on MTNL . A complaint for refund pending for past 4 months has still remained unresolved although mails , complaints registered with appropriate authorities. This is the reason why it is in loss as they don't care for customers , whatever is left.

    @MTNLOfficial I changed my broadband plan last month and opt for plan with higher speed. Haven't seen any "change" in speed but have received bill with bill with upgraded plan. I registered complaint for the same on 15th March, but haven't received any call from MTNL...

    @Officialbanker_ @PTI_News Woh toh time dekh ke kaam karega Mobile app except SBI all other banks ka are worst. Pehle introspect karlo why all PSUs like bsnl, mtnl didn’t survive. Monopoly tha na unka phir bhi Jiss din private wqlo ki taraf efficient kaam karna start kiya na profit automatically aayega
