@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

@DoT_India @mtnldelhi @CMD_MTNL sir my mtnl ftte is down from 30 may and i have been chasing from 30 may with mtnl ftte genesis team but no response. Without usage why should i pay 1300 for june. Mtnl service is pathetic. Pls stop to cheat customer. Mtnl response is also bad.

@AshwiniVaishnaw , i am pained to reach out to you because people in MTNL are simply not working. They say telephone wire has been damaged by thieves at Junction box. Thus my number 011.23640332 is not working. Can they not fix it please.
