@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

@MTNLOfficial Phone 25633993, alternate no. 8800707763, city New Delhi, complaint: Broadband connection a/w all hardware surrendered at Dwarka Delhi MTNL exchange in October 2021 however MTNL has not stopped sending internet bills even till year 2022

@TRAI Hello @MTNLOfficial my prepaid number is 9969021807 and since two'months i am not able to send SMS to anyone. Due to this I can't avail banking services. I had replced new mtnl simcard then also my problem is not resolved. There is no person to help at exchange.pls help.

@suchetadalal It stopped working about 3-4 years back. Done DND with 4 service providers MTNL, Airtel, Jio and Vodafone. Not helping at all. Atleast 3-4 calls everyday selling cars, properties, loans, credit cards etc. I realise the guys calling are doing so for survival and so say a polite NO

@MTNLMbiOfficial I have given so many complaints at the MTNL office Charkop,Kandivali west from April,21. Telephone line is dead and there is no person to fix it till date.Even after numerous complaints, I haven’t got any response and it is really frustrating

@Dharma58546523 @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In the next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.
