@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

@DoT_India This is regarding MTNL MUMBAI. Requesting you to help small businesses such as restaurants which are still dependent on landline phones to port their landline numbers onto a mobile networks. MTNL numbers do not work during rains. Complaints are unattended for months.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, with due respect I honour few lines for your reference and necessary action. My mobile number is 9869379734 of BSNL. Last three days i am unable to find signal of BSNL in Mumbai. I approached BSNL Santacruz .They informed that MTNL Towers are old .

@greatbong Apparently takes a week getting a broadband in West. Reminds you of days of tyranny of MTNL linesman. Here you have 5 companies falling over themselves to get your business & service is up and running within a couple of hours

@paststat What Reddy ji? Too much reading between the lines! As Rishi said, "major" addition was around 22.. The ratios at which he added #MTNL at 32 : 25 : 22 could be 1 : 2 : 7 I guess we're just dwelling in to damn sh!t with no reason.. 😳

@MTNLMbiOfficial my pre paid number 9869788824 is all of sudden deactivated by MTNL. Now I want to reactivate the same . Guide me. Tried to recharge with smallest amount but validity is expired. Customer care number is also not responding. What to do?
