@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

@MTNLOfficial have reached MTNL office in Sion at 10:45. It’s 11:15 am still not a single employee has come. Queue of many people with grievances. Extremely poor service. Reckless and careless. @MTNLMbiOfficial

@CMD_MTNL @MTNLMbiOfficial I am receiving inflated ftth bill. In each billing cycle the opening meter reading is same.The closing meter reading is changing. causing inflated bill. No customer care responding. Tried nearest mtnl office. All are closed.
