  @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

  @MTNLOfficial inspite of complaining to NHC( 2084546 ) COMPLAINT ACTUALLY REMAINS UNRESOLVED AND GUTSY MTNL CLOSES THE COMPLAINT. THIS NATAK IS GOING ON FOR PAST 6 months. U complaint they close. @TRAI @PMOIndia

  @rsprasad MTNL STAFF IS ADVICING PLEASE RETURN YOUR 50 year old landline as we have not received salary for 3 months so we will not listen to your complaint. My landline is not working for 6 mnth but every time i complain, comp is closed aisa toh cong hi kart
