    @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

    @Ranjeetjs As per the area unit team, there is concealed wiring issue in customer's building. The line is ok from MTNL side. The customer can check the concealed wiring issue with his electrician. @DoT_India

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Sorry to say but No one from MTNL visited our office or Building ,No one contacted us and tried to understand our issue.. So please stop making the same age old excuses sitting in your office .

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw 120 hours/5 days but still no one is there to coordinate/resolve the dead Landline issue. The whole MTNL Rohini Circle is helpless and can't fix one Landline? What a shame...
