  @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

  @SAMIR_MUSCAT We regret the inconvenience. Network services were disrupted due to a cut in MTNL’s fiber wire. We have addressed the issue with MTNL, and services are now restored. We kindly request the public to utilize postal services.

  Best Voice Quality: Jio (MOS 4.51) & Vi (MOS 4.47) delivered "Excellent" voice clarity, followed by Airtel (MOS 3.9). MTNL recorded very poor, with only 21% call setup success & a staggering 45% call drop. MTNL users experienced "Ltd Service" highlighting severe coverage gaps 2/2

  @ajeetbharti @Politix_ind Govt always overcharges and under delivers in every service. Look at the **** that mtnl is now but their babus will behave as if they are doing you a favor if you apply for a connection

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @bsnl_care sir my no of delhi circle but my address of ghaziabad but sanchar haat refuse to port it from mtnl to bsnl 4g in delhi circle as there is no system there to accept address of Ghaziabad plz provide solution regarding the solution

  @JM_Scindia Sir, MTNL customer care does not work. Nor I am able to port my number to other service provider. I have Rs 1800 in my prepaid balance despite that I am recharging monthly. I get this message. ur account balance you only have Rs.0.05 valid until 21-06-2026.recharge.
