@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

@TimesAlgebraIND 1 lakh 4G sites is not enough for the whole of India. They will need approx 2-3 lakh sites for sufficient cover to make BSNL usable else its just a waste of money. For eg. the financial capital of India does not have BSNL coverage and MTNL is defunct. So BSNL network is useless.

@JM_Scindia @mtnlmumbai Why for surrendering of land-line no 912226353807 Sr.Citizen customer has to personally visit MTNL Andheri (W). I sent letter with all required documents for surrendering was asked to Sr.Citizen has to personally come & submit.

He has been assuring me to visit my place for the last 7 days, but he never reverts and also does not attend my calls. If MTNL could not provide better service, it is requested to windup the company saving time and money of citizen. I hope this post fells on deaf ears.

@ArjunSi15936288 @bsnl_care I am from Jaitpur South East Delhi there is no network for BSNL/MTNL Since Feb. Had complaint many times but got reply All Towers are working fine. But actually there is no network.
