@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

@mtnl_delhi Have been trying to log a compliant complaint about a dead phone:26251689 at MTNL's online site since last evening with no success. The complaint does not et registered and no docket number is assigned. The number belongs to senior citizens, pls help fix the phone.

The number is under cable fault. Due to the complex type of fault, the restoration will take time. Inconvenience caused is regretted. The above reply from MTNL have come after 14 days. Yet MTNL is not in position lines of affected area Pathetic service continues. @PMOIndia @TRAI
