    @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My landline not working since july 2020 Have MTNL offices closed because of the lockdown. Not getting any response from MTNL. Please give deposit refund.

    @MTNLOfficial Telephone No. 26822783 is out of service since last 2 months. Nobody picks up the phone in MTNL Telephone Exchange Nehru Place. Got complaint registered on 198, (complaint no. 24) on 30th April. The phone is installed at a senior citizen’s place. Very poor service.

    @Airtel_Presence only understands the issue and apologises. Baki kuch nahi karta. Request to all the people opting for Airtel Fibre, MTNL chalu to he. I had given society NOC in 12th April. The router got installed on 17th May. But yet the service hs not started.

    @MTNLOfficial I am using mtnl dolphin. I am unable to connect from 15 days to customer service 9869012345 to change my plan and also to check my bills. my bills are not coming to me. BKC account nos are also showing disconnected

    @Airtel_Presence Issue is not resolved, we don't know whom to contact locally in Ballia to come and rectify. It seems we are working still on MTNL era. Line is down from last three days and nobody came to check after complain.
