    @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @CMD_MTNL Since last 10 days i.e.from 03rd April morning my landline telephone & broadband are not working. On 5th Apr I met Sub Divisional Engineer Mr. Gupta at MTNL Malad West, Mumbai and he registered my complaint online and gave me docket no.2943. (1/2)

    @PMOIndia @OfficeOfRSP 4G net speed is very...slow after 10 year. jio,vi,airtel,telecom every day is time 6pm to 12am no net speed . ( MTNL NO network ) all telecom service provided net speed issue no action. pawan verma 9990957499 main market kamal vihar burari delhi -84

    @royally_fiery Focus on GMV only, not consumer experience. Treating consumers pretty much how MTNL BSNL used to treat users, until Airtel came in.

    @AnasShareef93 @MTNLOfficial MTNL down since many months and i have followed escalation matrix and reported the fault to all concern dept from top to bottom, but no difference, they are least bothered about it due to confusion within department.

    @MTNLOfficial from 1week mtnl line is dead due to some internal fault in paschim vihar. Will MTNL debit it charges from the monthly rental. Because no action have been taken after the complaint. (25256155) Its time to upgrade MTNL @rsprasad
