@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

@DoT_India Thanks. Expecting favourable action from Dolphin network , MTNL, Delhi. Will some one guide whether I have to change my Dolphin SIM to get a better connectivity ??? What is the procedure to get the Dolphin SIM changed?? We changed the Dolphin SIM approximately 8 years ago.
