    @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

    @rsprasad Good Afternoon Sir since 10 Dec 2020 i am going mtnl office till same problem I am facing no staff and ever time servers down. What's happening really that is horrible. Sir here in BSNL/MTNL anyone person have responsibility sir plz tell someone to look this matter

    @BSNLCorporate It's been 2 year's of constant followup with MTNL. No improvment in the network state. Really disappointed.

    @MTNLOfficial I seriously don't understand that since 9 months my office complex MTNL is not working yet they are sending invoices. This is ridiculous service.

    @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia gd mng sir. My self wrkng in gtb hospital. Its govt & covid hospital. MTNL Net not working since 18.12.. i made lot of complaints to them. But nobody care. Pls look in to matter sir. Its account branch handling 2000 staff salary. I m requesting.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial my landline 24074463 is dead from 3 days online complaint booked but no response from mtnl so again i booked online complaint and again diiferent docket no generated. Can u pls help me in this
