@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

Facalitating corporates by goving cheap land and tax cuts is ok but they do nothing for common people see hospital and colleges. Have you ever seen mtnl bsnl iti business melting down because of false elignation of 2g ghotala.

@airtelindia plz avoid airtel fiber connection it is now 4 days that static ip is not allotted and zero connect between what field engineers says and customer service says. Mtnl can be better.

My docket number is 4228 (MTNL Internet). My internet is not working since 15 January 2022. The person who is supposed to do our repairs has been deployed to another location. He said to inform MTNL to send another person to do the repairs. @MTNLMbiOfficial

@mtnl office Nobody is there @ MTNL FOUNTAIN OFFICE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE ONLY ONE OFFICER WHO IS TAKING THE BILL PAYMENT. I WANT UPGRADE MTNL SIM BUT NO OTHER OFFICERS ARE UNAVAILABLE AS I COME @ 10:30AM NOW THEY ARE TELLING US THE OTHER OFFICER WILL COME BY 11:00AM

@ShashankYerdoor @Nithin0dha Dear do you know why loop, idea, Vodafone, Airtel, MTNL, BSNL, rcom, aircel, tata docomo, Videocon are lost so many clients, shut down and decrease revenue just bcz of jio discount offer. If you think I'm wrong then I request you keep laughing and enjoy life.
