    @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

    @MTNLOfficial have reached MTNL office in Sion at 10:45. It’s 11:15 am still not a single employee has come. Queue of many people with grievances. Extremely poor service. Reckless and careless. @MTNLMbiOfficial

    @rsprasad I'm big supporter of BJP. But ur the worst minister in telecom I switched Of Airtel I want come in Mtnl no staff do everything private but first create infrastructure than do it very disappoint work from your minister shame really shame 😡😡😡😡

    @CMD_MTNL @MTNLMbiOfficial I am receiving inflated ftth bill. In each billing cycle the opening meter reading is same.The closing meter reading is changing. causing inflated bill. No customer care responding. Tried nearest mtnl office. All are closed.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @rsprasad : MTNL internet is not working since the last 3 days. No official is concerned about helping to restore the services, only promises but no action so far. Shri Ravi Shankarji : Can we have state owned companies operating at some minimum service levels?
