@MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Multiple times I have shared number, your staff calls after 15 days they acknowledge the issue but fix is never provided. Better to shut #MTNL completely so that @BSNLCorporate can cover Mumbai city, I am #BSNL customer and suffering due to #MTNL NO Network issue.

@PMOIndia @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial From last one month our mtnl connection is not working. So many complaints registered on #CPGRAM. A call is done to the area manager Mr. Goel he misbehaved with the father says”baar baar phone krke preshan mt kro jb cable aayega thek ho jayega”.

I have taken new SIM card I Have already informed MTNL team to deactivate the SIM.. Still smone uses that SIM thn MTNL will be responsible.

@MTNLMbiOfficial we have complaint regarding my telephone is dead 03rd November 2022 Docket No. is 9700, BUT still my problem has not resolved. I have personally visited the MTNL office, they have replied that, we have outsourced to the private person, and it's not in our control
