    @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Who is heading genesis ftte, tell them not to make fool mtnl customer , we r paying money for services. Frankly telling mtnl genesis will loose its cuatomer soon if this cuatomer service prevails

    Sir..... I am from Assam, Now staying in Delhi for the purpose of UPSC Coaching. Can I able to buy MTNL sim on my Assam Documents in Delhi? How can I avail this? My existing operator works on roaming & has network issues. @MTNLOfficial please guide me on this matter.🙏 @devusinh

    man has taken an effort to resolve the issue. Had send you this message on 23/June/2022 @ 5.09pm But I appreciate MTNL feedback & service as no-one has bothered to call nor anyone has visited to solve the issue. It's better to go for Pvt operators for fix #landline 4get #mtnl
