  @MTNLOfficial Frustrated with MTNL service it's more than year we are paying full payment but our telephone not working. Multiple complaint raised but same get auto closed. Prompt for payment reminder but when it comes to service ....I will rate negative.

  @CMD_MTNL Dear sir, The landline no 25277233 working for Sushmsa Madan at B-5/138 upper ground floor, Paschim Vihar ndl is not working since last many months. The complaint no 124 is pending since last 43 days.the fault is pending due to faulty wire not available in mtnl store.

  @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial have registered complaint on 15 November through MTNL website that landline and broadband not working. Even tried calling MTNL but no one is responding. Still after many days landline and broadband is still not working. Docket number is 7788

  @MTNLMbiOfficial Sir my clinic telephone 23007177 is not working since august 2020. I contacted Mr. Deepesh Kumar from agripada mtnl office several times but no action was taken. It's a doctor's clinic number used for emergencies. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

  @mansoors2972 I use MTNL SERVICE... There is an online complaint service of MTNL. YOU CAN GOOGLE MTNL COMPLAINT... Engineer visits your home in 48hours...

  @MTNLMbiOfficial This is height of corruption. MTNL Mumbai is charging regularly for more than 12 months via ECS payment without provide landline service and broadband service. @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad

  @mansoors2972 Sir we faced same problem. Finally we just took a new internet service provider and suspended MTNL services. Why keep paying bills for no service? Go to telephone exchange and surrender your MTNL connection. Don't suffer.
