Now got to submit the request form in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. Why????? Fine reached MTNL Hauz Khas at 10:00AM. Still waiting to submit the cancellation request form.

Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

No body is bothered to attend to the complaints. Phone lying dead for the past so many days, only complaint number has been given, 21, rest all dead.
