@MTNLOfficial Today MTNL broadband bill receive on mobile via SMS. Sad. I haven't used it. For one month. For what I will pay bill. Continuously from 1 month I made a complaint with 1504 without missing one day. Till date my internet is not working. But bill I have to PAY

@MTNLOfficial @TRAI worst broadband ever. How many times I called and registered my compliant but nothing is changed. Telephone no. - 22574608. That’s the reason for Loss of MTNL. Customer move to another operator because there is no solution for customer problem.

Look at BSNL, MTNL, earlier Air India. Till the services of #VodaIdea aren't improving it's a sinking ship to board.

To buy a bsnl or mtnl sim you have to Google or worse go to their office which is closed on weekends and at the same time others company store are near your home and open 7 days
