    tried multiple times call to call center but there are phone is busy like buisness man.. auto answer.. Sir we do payment for your service so we have right to asked why MTNL service is being bad to worst day by day.. And why do you charge for those days when don't provide service

    @MTNLOfficial impressed with the speed of service and execution of order. In less than 24 hours order was placed and a fully functional wifi and hand set provided by mtnl. Amit Gupta and his team deserve kudos for the impressive setup in Shankar Vihar Delhi cantt

    @MTNLOfficial our MTNL telephone is defective for 15 days and we have complained 4 Times. Every 2 / 3 days, they clear the complaint with out rectifying. Please help me to resolve the issue

    Respected Sir .. I think you should work on to improve Mtnl services so far mtnl is not fulfilling customer services. Customers are leaving mtnl and opting other service providers just because of lack of customer commitment

    @rsprasad @DoT_India it's our compulsion that we are using MTNL service due to network coverage issue in Delhi. It's 7 days passed of my complaint against Dead phone.. no lineman came to check what is fault..

    @rsprasad my mtnl no is 23815123. My phone and internet is dead for since commencement of lockdown. My modem stopped working. I am billed every month. No action has been done on my complaints. Kindly look into the issue asap and take strict action.

    @MTNLOfficial My office is 500m away from the paschim vihar exchange still no action has been take. Even nobody had visited regarding the problem. This is why MTNL is lacking behind. @DoT_India @rsprasad

    Almost all the District Court Judges have MTNL Broadband/FTTH Connection at their home or in the court and 8 out of 10 judges have connectivity issues due to outtage during virtual hearings. We see it everyday. Shouldn't MTNL be pulled up for this? @barandbench @LiveLawIndia

    @MTNLOfficial Is there no one to listen to our complaints? It's been more than 15 days that the landline is lying dead and we have been given a complaint number but that's it. No action is taken. It's really awful to think of such useless service by MTNL in today's time.

    @rsprasad @MTNLOfficial I registered a complaint with MTNL for their broadband services on 5 Aug 2020 docket no 6134....no response yesterday called up 23782368. Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

    Also, none of the helpline number of mtnl is in existence. Customers like us are suffering. We are paying bills without having any service. Sir, if the restoration of connection is not possible I request you kindly refund my money.

    @tranquilmallard @chennaihari @thekaipullai I got my MTNL connection in 6-7 months and I was considered lucky because the exchange near my home had spare lines (how bad!!). One year after Airtel came, MTNL employees were seen visiting houses asking if they needed a connection. And people enjoyed telling them to eff off.

    @narendramodi Mtnl is a government organisation but is no help to the public. The employees work as if they are doing us a favour, bill comes every month without fail but if there is a compliant, it is not resolved, I have been begging them for months now and no reply!

    The incident happened at the MTNL Junction/Arm in BKC about 4:40 AM. 14 workers were injured in this incident and there were no casualties. They were taken to V.N. Desai Hospital Santacruz (East).

    @HingeNivrutti BSNL was everything , yes I'm not denying that. Instead of giving these kind of statements, why not answer questions? Pls compare number of employees vs customer base. How do you justify the variance? What are your plans? MTNL is a listed entity, any plans for BSNL? #BSNL

    @DisaffectedPod I wonder if it depends on the relationship dynamics. I don't remember my mtnl nans voice, all the moments in time spent with her were fraught with anxiety about how to dodge my sicko grandfather. I was never fully present with her & visits were always brief. My mum hated him too.
