I am still waiting for the action. 6420001725820 was my complaint no which i received earlier. Now i can say why MTNL is lacking behind. I request to @rsprasad ji please take some serious action to improve it.

I think the harder question: does CIL's 82% market share represent earned dominance or just a legal monopoly that never had to compete?

It's a task to go thru IVR to reach real Human being in Customer Care just to find untrained staff. It's duopoly as voda is non existent and MTNL and Bsnl have been sacrificed.
