It's been more than 15 days that the landline is lying dead and we have been given a complaint number but that's it. No action is taken. Mr.Pandey around 1.30PM nobody turned up-after 4.30PM again called up three times no response.

We are putting complaints from more than 6 month and everytime new complaint no. is given but no mtnl person come to attend complaint.

ICICI Bank and Credit Cards are good starting point but as a bank the strategy is very apparent that they want to go the volume route than value. They would offer Sapphiro branded as premium as LTF to everyone but there isn’t anything premium there. EPM which is premium is frequently facing operation issues with vouchers taking as long as 48 hours at times. Not that there is anything wrong with it but in my mind they are getting closer to being a MTNL to BSNL (BSNL here being SBI and the reference because MTNL used to be a lesser evil of the two when compared to BSNL)!
