My area is Amrit nagar, south ex part 1. I have done complaint many times but they have not give solution & close the complaint. Pls give the solution to me.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

It's been more than 15 days that the landline is lying dead and we have been given a complaint number but that's it. No action is taken. It's really awful to think of such useless service by MTNL in today's time.
