MTNL Complaint 1130 refused to register asking to dial 22221507 which kept me waiting more than 10 min but couldn't register complaint. @CMD_MTNL @mtnl @DoT_India Kindly look into.

Now we have only Jio, Airtel & Vi. BJP built monopolies to help a few.

Remaining: Jio (41%), Airtel (34%), Vi (17%), BSNL (8%, govt-owned, MTNL merged in 2025). They survived via scale, investment, or state support.
