    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLOfficial Landline phones are dead in Kalkaji & Chittaranjan Park area since last one year and MTNL is charging monthly rental on the dead landline number. It has been complaint multiple times but no response. Is there any resolution from MTNL ?

    @MTNLOfficial My mtnl number was surrendered one year back and today I was served a notice for due of more than 14000/- and was told to appear before lok adalat . please help us to understand this type of cases
