  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @AynavaramGopal last time I did this was at the MTNL office in 2013 when moving out of Bombay (landline was part of the net connection). got yelled at by the staff for some form/signature issue as usual. red tape nostalgia. 😢

  @DoT_India Thanks for response.GOI holds 56 % in MTNL &even the ADRSs listed in NYSE.What accountability does an entity like MTNL have.Y cant white collared higher ups in Bhikaji Cama exchange,responsible for more than 1 week outage in East Block be hauled up. No response from @MTNLOfficial

  @MTNLMbiOfficial @TRAI @DoT_India my phone # 28481399. I complaint regarding my broadband frequent disconnection & disturbance in line 3 times but everytime the docket was resolved w/o even informing this is very bad & show how negligent mtnl is pls help in getting this resolved.
