    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @Brezzy_Drive @HT_Mumbai Its because there is no enough staff to monitor and inspect.... Back in 90s or early 2000 there used to be heavy petroling by MTNL throughout Mumbai,,,, forget about theft, even person couldn't even start excavation without permission of MTNL along with BMC.... what a poor state..

    @airtelindia My complaint number is 11032318198. No action since morning. When i contacted Khanpur, Delhi Airtel service store, they said our line man will come tomorrow. Such poor service. Kindly help. Even Mtnl's service was better than this.

We have received revert from the concerned department that currently, BSNL 4G services are compatible with a limited range of handset models. Customers are advised to verify their device compatibility before use. The updated handset compatibility list can be checked on the official MTNL/BSNL website for reference.     @twittosmj We regret the inconvenience. Heavy rain disrupted MTNL lines, causing a network issue at the Post Office and interrupting postal services. The network is now restored and all postal services are working properly. Members of the public are requested to avail postal services.

    @wegro_app Even with the Govt guarantee, this 'Rating Watch Negative' is a big red flag for MTNL. Their unsupported rating is already at 'CRISIL D' because of liquidity issues. If they keep missing the T-3 funding dates for the escrow, even the guaranteed bonds might face heat.

    @bsnl_care Answer: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is officially responsible for deploying and managing the 4G and 5G network infrastructure in the MTNL service areas (the Delhi and Mumbai circles). Msg 2 of 2.....
