    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @CycleIndia_ As per response received from concerned po it is submitted that on date mentioned, there was a technical issue due to server down at Delhi circle level. The issue was affecting all post offices under the circle. A ticket was immediately raised with DC mumbai MTNL Vide Ticket No-TIC5847550 and the matter was escalated to higher authorities. The server issue has now been resolved and all counters at Vikaspuri Sub Post Office are functioning normally w.e.f All public transaction including POSB, PLI , Speed Post etc are being attended to. The inconvenience caused to the public due to this technical glitch is regretted Normal services have been restored.

    @Indianinfoguide Latency: Jio led with 20.33ms latency - Airtel was actually worst at 43.76ms despite being second in download speed. MTNL 22.84ms, Vi 37.57ms. Voice quality: Jio topped voice quality with highest Mean Opinion Score of 4.36. Best call setup time at 0.56 seconds. Call Setup Success Rate: Jio and Vi both above 99%, Airtel only 97.22%. Airport route coverage: Poor signal on just 0.15% of Noidaโ€“IGI Airport route for Jio vs Airtel 0.41%, Vi 0.57%, MTNL 72.48%. Airtel paradox: Second fastest downloads but WORST latency. Upload speeds and consistency matter too.

    @bsnl_care Very sadly inform to you government of India company BSNL MTNL mobile service unavailable but just opposite private company network available in all over Mumbai think and decide this is directly revenue loss of Indian government and Indian people

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL FREE SIM ? Very very unprofessional =BSNL I am 25 years old customer of MTNL/BSNL from DELHI; MTNL has transferred shifted to BSNL. But customer service has become very very bad after BSNL taken over. Unable to lodge complaint to 18004444, NO RECORD AVAILABLE WITH BSNL.

    @bsnl_care You need to tell 1. When will network be restored Already since many days, there is network outage 2. Since so many days, what has been done by BSNL Team - I spoke with Mr. Garg, local BSNL chief. He said that "He is forwarding this to MTNL" - This is a deflection, unacceptable
