    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @BSNL_HR @CGMHRBSNL i am new customer of BSNL Haryana GSM & very irritated that no networks at my place at delhi while roaming in MTNL network. Why I am paying you money when there is no service? Will such service take BSNL in succesful direction in future? Why will we take BSNL?

    @MTNLOfficial @timesofindia the mtnl is down since 14th Nov20, in Thakur complex-Kandivali. Reason-cable theft and delayed funding. Reduced work efficiency due to non-availability of Wi-fi. Need urgent attention.

    24 hour passsed.. not even single rs. Back in my account?? Even where i send my money that guy r suffering with serious finicial issue.. can i know when my money back?? Why u gave toll free no. When no one entertain with my issue?? R u destroy bhim also like bsnl.. mtnl

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL Delhi, FTTH not working, complaint raised. Docket number issued (6713). No one has attended yet. Please look into this as I'm staying in an area where only MTNL is authorized to provide internet and online classes have got badly effected.

    @MTNLOfficial Surrendered landline in feb.2020. still waiting for deposit reimbursement due from MTNL. Numerous mails sent are not replied. Please help
