  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

You want to talk about broadband speeds - let us compare what BSNL / MTNL provides with what Airtel provides. BSNL service is one of the costliest per Mbps speed, and one of the crappiest.   @DoT_India Dear @PMOIndia Please look how @BSNLCorporate harasses it's customer. For 3 weeks I am not getting internet on my BSNL number in Mumbai where BSNL uses MTNL network but they have not even contacted me to help. What's the use of being 5th big GDP if I don't get internet in Mumbai?

  @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial I have reg. a complaint for my no. 28803819 since 10 months. today i got reply from malad west office that we cannot spend lacs of rupees on cable for few lines. Is MTNL committed to give service or earn profits ??
