    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @JM_Scindia sir my ftth number 21403534 ftth number not working . I have tried to complain about MTNL websites and landline number 1130 but both are not working. Kindly direct to the concerned person to solve the problem.

    @MTNLOfficial The MTNL mumbai prepaid number for my father was not getting recharged initially. I had to go to BKC office from Pune for doing just that, even after that there is no network on the cell phone. What should senior citizens do for getting simple things done?

    @manojlatex Dear Sir, We have received remarks from the concerned department: The MTNL team has examined the issue and confirmed nearby sites are functioning well. To improve coverage, additional sites are planned in the upcoming 4G expansion. -BSNL Care (Ankit)

    @Jeetuburdak Private telecom companies gained popularity over MTNL and BSNL largely due to the latter’s inefficiency and poor service standards. If they now begin to follow the same path, it would certainly be a matter of concern.

    @jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.

    @KalingaGajapati I mean company name. I too used to face the same problem with respect to internet when we were taking the service from MTNL, but after changing it to Jio fibre, the service is quite good.

    @JM_Scindia Sir, MTNL customer care does not work. Nor I am able to port my number to other service provider. I have Rs 1800 in my prepaid balance despite that I am recharging monthly. I get this message. ur account balance you only have Rs.0.05 valid until 21-06-2026.recharge.

    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.     @TheSincereDude It’s not only scam but a private cartel jio/ airtel and to some extent Vodafone’s fleecing the subscribers helped ruling government in power presiding over the choking of BSNL and MTNL to help the private telecom monopoly to exploit the hapless citizens.
