  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @MTNLOfficial Can anyone respond to my complaint? My Land Line connection has been dead since November 2020. I have registered numerous complaints on the 198 helpline. I have even visited the MTNL personally to complain about this but there has been no resolution to the problem.

  Dear @MTNLOfficial and @rsprasad , You should close down MTNL or hand it over to any private carrier. Or allow landline number portability. I am tired of paying the full bill every month when the services are down for more than half the month. Also the customer care is down....

  Our MTNL, Delhi phone no. 011-26104890 is not working from the past 6 months.We were informed that the cable was stolen and cable will be replaced, the bills will be waived off for the period cable is restored. Please help, no action is being taken on our complaints @DoT_India

  @MTNLMbiOfficial Dear Mtnl, I am having frequent disconnect of Broadband ( Telphone no - 28896069) from last 10 days, complaint (Docket) no 3886, not yet responded, it was earlier too for almost 6 months & I paid full rent for none usage of services. Pls do help @Malad exchange

  @Airtel_Presence R SOCIETY IS FED UP WITH THE PATHETIC NETWORK COVERAGE INSPITE OF TOWERS IN OUR PREMISES. EITHER RECTIFY ASAP OR WE SHALL DISMANTLE UR TOWERS N SCRAP IT AND BAN & BLACKLIST ALL THE AIRTEL SERVICES FOREVER.!!!! SURPRISINGLY, MTNL NETWORK IS MUCH BETTER THAN AIRTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  @MTNLOfficial @GWesttwo mtnl mumbai south, its been 15 months since our mtnl landline is not working, am complaining regularly every month and the bills keep coming, my mother who is a super senior citizen is being greatly inconvenienced. Am told all have taken vrs and there is no one available. TIA
