Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@aktupidit @PappuItaly @SHIju513 Bsnl servicr eas disgusting in other part od India..so as MTNL..having said that if you dont like jio you can use other network..similar to this the new law will give you option if you dont want to sell your produce to someone you can sell it to others

The way #JIO did disruption in telecom sector recently, similar disruption was done by the public companies #BSNL and #MTNL in 90s. With Government support, mobile calling cost was reduced by 50% of what pvt cos were offering. If you want detailed thread, then like and retweet.

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @jagograhakjago poor service from MTNL at Borivali West, Mumbai. Have been paying bills even when the line is down and the complaints made are reverted stating that the fault is fixed. However we are not able to receive or make any calls from our phone.
