    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial We r MTNL customers for more than 20 years. Why are u doing this to us.? Our SMS Roam is still not working in USA . We still get No Service on our MTNL Sim. Can u atleast tell us what is wrong and when will you resolve it.? 9820652816 and 9892630318.

    @MTNLOfficial Our consumer number is 2020098410 User- Harish Joshi & Co. We're not receiveing calls on landline since weeks; despite ring going through on other end. Have followed up with local MTNL office but no one is coming to fix. Our work is suffering greatly. Please help.

    @MIB_India the subscriber of 25342155, MTNL Mumbai is a Sr. Citizen of 75+ staying with a physically handicap daughter of 55 years. The phone is not working for more then 30 days. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Kanti Faria Mob. 9821374444

    The private access service providers like Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodaphone Idea held 89.74% market share, of the wireless subscribers whereas, BSNL and MTNL, the two PSU access service providers, had a market share of only 10.26%.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India MTNL dolphin network down since 19/04/2022 night in NL complex, Dahisar East, Mumbai-400068 area. This is happening for second time in a week. Requesting early resolution of the issue

    @MTNLMbiOfficial dear MTNL have cleared all payments last month for 02226422595, till date the connection is dead. Nor the complaint number works nor website complaint portal. Kindly expedite to restore the connection.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial It’s been over 2 weeks since complaint was raised to MTNL Mumbai regarding shifting of cables passing through my Premises. No Action has been taken yet and due to this we are unable to proceed with work ahead.
