    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @DoT_India Sir there is big problem for VSNL IDA pensioners. 6 yrs over no implementation of 3rd DPE scale wef 1.1.2017. No CGHS facility. No P-ID cards. VSNL now TCL, VSNL pensioners are alive. DOT must mention in their all orders to BSNL/MTNL that, it's applicable to VSNL pensioners also.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Unfortunate. Whether you and your officials are not aware that MTNL, Dolphin net and network is not reachable in any part of Delhi. Pl mend your way. Lakhs have migrated to other Mobile companies. Despite govt giving thousands of crores of Rupees as aid ,MTNL, Dolphin has failed

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Sir, As stated earlier, I am 84years old customer of MTNL Dolphin Service Number - 9968297297 for the last 10 years. I have taken Jeevan Saathi Plan(₹100 per 6 months minimum charge) from the initial stage and not taken any premium service till date.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial where to get MTNL sim. I have lost the sim registered complaint and blocked sim card.i want new sim but it's not available in Mumbai. Cnt believe your only business is telecom and you don't have sim card!
