Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@OmronIndia . Horrible situation regarding after sales service. Repeatedly tried calling customer support number which keeps ringing and no one answers. Reminds me of the dark ages when we used to try and reach mtnl.

last two months. Although the mobile signal is visible but cannot call to any phone number or SMS or receive from others phone number. Before registering the complaint, I had told about the issue to an MTNL officer of CBD Belapur area on 19/1/2023 but he has not solved it.
