  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  @MTNLMbiOfficial My landline phone is not working for 6 months. Still no technician is coming to solve this matter. Kindly send a technician. It is very bad service given by Mtnl. Kindly send a technician and resolve the problem.

  MTNL is in bad shape . My telephone dead since last two months. The complaint site does not work. I urge Hon Minister to try himself and book a complain . MTNL chief should look into this. @MTNLOfficial @PrakashJavdekar

  @zerodhaonline you may be the no. 1 brokerage in India but when it comes to customer support zerodha is even behind government organisations. MTNL is easier to reach and prompt with queries and service.

  @MTNLOfficial Since last 1 year. Every month there is issue in landline. And no one is attending it. They just call and remove the complaint without solving the problem. I think it's high time that MTNL should shut down. Every month they send the bill even though it's not working
