    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @DoT_India I'm communicating to MTNL Mumbai regarding the said issue since 5 years and none of the time except paper work they haven't done anything. It's zero coverage at many parts of Thane-Kalwa- many areas of Mumbai. Hope DOT and TRAI will address issue No action taken yet though.

    @DoT_India # I am writing on behalf of Bank of Baoda's one branch, Chakala Mumbai. Our four telephone lines are not working since last one and half year but nobody is ready to resolve the issue. I have made various complaints to MTNL but result is zero. Pl do something.
