    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Just now I have again complaint & the docket no is 2864 of landline no 28881094 which is not working from last 12 days & that time docket no was given 8764 & now it is 2864 very much surprised till now no one from MTNL official Has come to solve the issue

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India The customer service center (CSC)of MTNL at Sion Mumbai is one of the few kept open. But it has does not provide all services. Only 2 counters are open. Customers are asked to go to CSC Wadala for most of the service except bill payment

    From April, 2020 onwards my MTNL broadband connection is not working. From May, 2020 onwards my landline is dead. I have complained several times by writing email to MTNL, Mumbai but no response. I want to surrender by landline and broadband. Venugopalan, Landline NO. : 28687650.

    @BSNLCorporate Receive call this number 09421395094 name ajay belani ask network issues problem forward to mtnl network to 3G network lagta hai ki nahi ayega hamare area under in MTNL in Kandivali East to phir 2g hi chalega bus bsnl pls provide stable 3G network & fast internet
