    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    @MTNLOfficial For the last three months, my landline phone is dead and also after numerous complaints, no one even bothered to resolve the issue. One thing is regular on MTNL part to send monthly bills despite of complaint of phone being dead.

    @MTNLOfficial Our Delhi mtnl no 011-24648601 has been not working from 10 oct'2021 we made COMPLAINT on 1130 and complaint no is 105 .we visited jorbagh exchange and met area manager on 15th Oct & 25th oct 21.Please make effort to correct the problem.our mobile no is 9811420222

    My telephone number 26281798 is dead since 14 Oct 21 Every time I placed my complaint I received msg from mtnl that my complaint is resolved however my telephone is dead. Today again I placed another complaint the docket number is 8611 My cell 9820288478 Pl resolve my complaint

    Why are you so silent @MTNLMbiOfficial ? Why this official fraud by mtnl of clearing complaint dockets as resolved on the date of billing (7th) without any actions in real life? You did it TWICE to us forcing us to SURRENDER line. DGM O P Soni tried hard to help without success.

    @srinicaps @MTNLOfficial They did it once. Unfortunately I was in Ballia then. Earlier too I had resolved MTNL related issues via SM. Most of their websites also not working.
