    Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

    Contacted many times on 25541300 even DGM number provided by customer care but never my call is attended.Dose MTNL forcefully want to reduce its customer base?

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I am from Mumbai. My MTNL landline is not working for many months but I am billed as some calls are made. Who is misusing my number? It’s a serious matter, which needs investigation. Please do the needful and confirm.

    @idesibanda @DrKumarVishwas @TheOfficialSBI Many public sector bankers lack Customer Care Skills. Generally these bankers often forget that these banks are build by public funds and they trouble public. Nationalised banks going MTNL way
