  Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

  Today it is about Rs 25, tomorrow it is going to be for Rs 2500/-. I see there is zero customer care by MTNL Delhi. There is not even an email id to write to. Website is hopeless and not even updated. I tried to complain in the online form but that didn’t let me describe issue.

  @CMD_MTNL We have two telephone of MTNL-29212749 &29222004. These phones are out of order for 10 days in a month This can be verified from complaints lodged. The billing comes promptly. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND THE PHONES FOR EMERGENCY IS REQD TO BE OK. Pl attend

  @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial I pay all Mtnl Delhi bills online n on time. Still this time I received bill with late payment charges. Last date was 29/08, I paid on 17/08. For past 2 hrs, I m trying to call to complaint but either no.s are not picked or customer care has no info.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial By when it will be resolved? Till now I haven't received any refund, nor any call or email from MTNL for granting refund of Rs. 2,280/-. MTNL is so smart in billing to customer on time when phone is dead, and highly ignorant while repaying security deposit refund.

  @ALIZASHAMS @MTNLMbiOfficial No one in MTNL Mumbai listen, care about customer. Customer bleeds , MTNL remain immune and non responsive.
