India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@SAMIR_MUSCAT We regret the inconvenience. Network services were disrupted due to a cut in MTNL’s fiber wire. We have addressed the issue with MTNL, and services are now restored. We kindly request the public to utilize postal services.

I think the harder question: does CIL's 82% market share represent earned dominance or just a legal monopoly that never had to compete?
