    Hi @MTNLOfficial Our wifi has been out of service for last 3 days. We have made complaint on MTNL customer care on 18th July 2021 itself but still no solution till date. CA no: 2040394961 Complaint no : 7012. Expecting prompt resolution.

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial Despite repeated complaints MTNL delhi specially west delhi unable to resolve complaint. Frequent disruption of internet. Lodged complaint 7 days back. 01128013376. Fix temporarily sometimes. Online classes badly suffered. Why govt is bearing this.

    MTNL Mumbai not repairing faulty line since Sept 2020 despite many complaints and even approaching PMO portal for help. No commitment no service and still bills every month. Which regime it is ?

    @MTNLOfficial why most of the time no network in my bsnl number. When mtnl planning to launch 4g or we have manage with 3g only or directly 5g.

    @mtnldelhi Where can I get Micro Sim ? Went to Khurshid Lal bhawan, they only had big SIMs. They said they received 500 Big SIMs to sell. MTNL is still selling bigger SIMs when mobiles these days support MicroSims?
