    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India - Mumbai MTNL Number 2513****4 has been dead for 1 year. A complaint was raised in 2020 but that has been closed without being attended. A new complaint has been put - docket numbe 7217. Please look in to it with urgent effect.

    @airtelindia It is a painful experience living in Delhi with Airtel in New Rajendra Nagar area . Mobile connectivity is so darned poor that I feel like smashing the phone. Last five years have been just painful. #MTNL has been sent packing by the Govt. #DigitallySmartIndia

    Government shud NEVER be in the Business of Doing Business That’s why Air India, MTNL, BSNL, United, Oriental, National, PSU Banks & Railways loosing money It shud ONLY be in the business of Controlling & Regulations through IRDA, TRAI, DGCA & RBI Why waste Tax Payer’s Money?

    @MantralayaRoom today I tried calling the Covid help line number 1705. The response is as usaal aa like any government organization. I felt as if I was calling MTNL. After some time the call gets disconnected. It is shamefull. We have to take care our self. The government is not

    @MTNLOfficial Hello, I'm a MTNL Delhi customer, my wifi is not working properly since January 2021 and I've complained about this issue multiple times but the issue still persists. Can you please look into this matter and resolve the issue.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Need to change my current landline plan to lowest tariff plan with incoming calls only and want to deactivate broadband. Please assist. Have mailed the request also but I am told to physically visit MTNL office and submit letter.Please help resolve
