    @rsprasad an elder lady age 80 living alone, delhi.we can not content her coz her number 27346200 is not working atleast 10 complant no action is taken by mtnl. How can she be approached in this corona pandemic. You are the last hope for old lady. I hope you will help her.

    @MTNLOfficial raised a complaint regarding faulty telephone (landline) on 22nd May 2021, complaint number 259. Haven't received any support form MTNL till date. Kindly rectify the fault.

    @rsprasad @MTNLOfficial Sir, We are working from home and last 8 days we are not getting internet. Few days back I messaged and mtnl officials gave all assurance to clear this fault. We complaint everywhere. But ftth problem not solved yet.

    @CMD_MTNL Broadband MTNL connection no. 23214026 installed in INSA staff quarter at Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg New Delhi is not working from last around 20 days. Nobody is attending the complaint despite of my frequently follow up with Area Manager, SDO and Lineman. Please help.

    @rsprasad I would humbly request you to please enforce landline number portability so that I can port out of MTNL as their service is in TOTAL DISARRAY - Dead lines for months, no response on complaints, poor customer service. Or please fast-track its privatization.

    From past 5 months my MTNL no 011-23287549 is dead and i have complaint many times but no one is there to look up. I think i should also get this number closed. @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India
