    @BSNLUPWEST @BSNLCorporate I have BSNL prepaid sim and not latching with MTNL. Very poor service.Whole day I couldn't talk any one.

    Good to bad & bad to worst,regarding MTNL Mumbai especially after merger with BSNL,Since one month my landline numbers internet service has conked,on multiple online complaints,it becomes functional for few minutes,when person responsible to confirm the service has been restored

    @MTNLOfficial Team, I want to disconnect my mtnl broadband service. Your services are not upto the mark as they were use to be. Kindly tell me the process. Ur customer email I'd is not working. No 1 picking call @customer care. Pathetic service Complete waste of money.

    @jay__dangar @aajtak Govt should not let APMC fail like they did not support MTNL, BSNL n allowed corporate to take over telecom sector. u should read about why BSNL could not launch 4G service due to non support from govt.

    @CMD_MTNL Mtnlofficial After bearing with poor services fr 25 yrs, I am surrendering my tel & internet connection. Tel #27461394 . Regret that cable fault continues even after one month. Mtnl wants us to surrender.

    @MohdMusarrat6 @aimim_national @asadowaisi It's not about changing govt. People's mindset when the join govt is not changed, they take govt job for granted. See Delhi metro is private and they are not in loss and are always clean. I had MTNL till there were no private co. Their service was poor.

    @vaibhavhanduja @anvivud But many small service providers vanished like Uninor, mtnl, Aircel and many more. Idea & Voda had to merge for survival.
