Satheesh Kumar (@saysatheesh) reported@poulasrion2dot0 No Sir In my opinion.. BSNL has good coverage even in valleys and hills, remote villages where no other network is available. I switched from BSNL to Airtel (with the same number) just because BSNL doesn't have their own network in Mumbai & Delhi and I have to depend on MTNL

TRP @ Kettle & Travel👪🏝🏔✈️🏢 (@KettleAndTravel) reported@credofly Well, I beg to disagree. ICICI Bank and Credit Cards are good starting point but as a bank the strategy is very apparent that they want to go the volume route than value. They would offer Sapphiro branded as premium as LTF to everyone but there isn’t anything premium there. EPM which is premium is frequently facing operation issues with vouchers taking as long as 48 hours at times. Not that there is anything wrong with it but in my mind they are getting closer to being a MTNL to BSNL (BSNL here being SBI and the reference because MTNL used to be a lesser evil of the two when compared to BSNL)!

Ocean Wave (@Dynamo_2024) reported@bsnl_care Shared the details via DM, but let me tell you that I have also been wasting my time doing this exercise, as for the last three years, both BSNL and MTNL have failed to restore even basic 2G network services, let alone 4G or 5G

Prasenjit | ಪ್ರಸೆಂಜಿತ್ | প্রসেনজিৎ (@jerremee) reported@Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

Bhanumurty Kolluru (@Bhanumurtyk) reported@ArunKum61029003 @mr_mayank BSNL and MTNL are still operative in some areas but where is the customer service, very poor! Vi is there. My point is for getting these networks massive investment and infra are required, that is why no new entrants.
