    @my_musings_ind @India_from_2014 Dear 6 years r very less compare to my case. My father applied for MTNL landline connection in 1993 when he retired from MbPT and never got connection till 2002. In year 2002, my again applied freshly for MTNL Landline connection in new scheme i.e. only incoming facility, we got.

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @MTNLOfficial @mtnl Netwotk is not available in Noida. I was having urgent work but due to network issue, failed to complete the task as OTP was to be received on MTNL number. Please do something to correct network issue in Noida..
