    .@reliancejio #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

    @Ananth_IRAS Went to Telegraph Office in Mumbai some time back. One of the floors is handling MTNL pensioners' issue. Early 80s I used to send Telegrams from here to my parents. Climbing up those circular stairs made me emotional.Lots of history embedded in those spiralling stairs ! Preserve.

    @NJain_2021 The govt knows better than US. Never know they come out w a good profit later. Or they merge BSNL/MTNL which costs than a whole lot more. Never know what their thinking isโ€ฆand some things are imp for national infra. So better to save than focus purely on interestโ€ฆ Eg: We shouldโ€™ve saved reliance defence coz it slowed down a couple of our key navy acquisitions.

    @JM_Scindia Sir, MTNL customer care does not work. Nor I am able to port my number to other service provider. I have Rs 1800 in my prepaid balance despite that I am recharging monthly. I get this message. ur account balance you only have Rs.0.05 valid until 21-06-2026.recharge.

    @reliancejio Jio connection air Fiber and Internet in Ghatkopar is worst then MTNL Hopeless staff , no communication, Advance payment made but no connection on promise time and no service , no call back. No one should take new connection in such pathetic service by local team.
