Today I received a call from MTNL for outstanding bill of Rs 4600 in 2005 -2006.i don't have landlines for last 4 years. they wake up now and expect to pay . Told them not going to pay.

    @MTNLOfficial I think MTNL should close their services. They are not able to provide services to their customers even after so many complaints and tweet. This is worst service which was provided by MTNL mumbai.

    @MTNLOfficial my MTNL phone line has not been operational since June. Hence no service of the internet connection from this line. We have paid for whole year in advance for the unlimited uninterrupted internet connection..this is the third month of no interest service from you.

The Goregaon MTNL signal on S.V.Road has been a permanent place for a group of beggars. It seems they are working under some syndicate. But how come it is not noticed or ignored by authorities.

    The @mtnl landline service is absolutely horrible. The phone is not working for 3 weeks. Time to shut MTNL lousy service. Have a complaint put in on 26-Aug-2019 no one has bothered to attend on it. @MTNLOfficial

    @stockifi_Invest I agree that most PSUs are worth a sell.. However in the case of BSNL, Consider this as part of our Defence / national security budget as it’s imperative to have a government owned network for our National security establishments & armed forces.     @MTNLMbiOfficial, I tried registering complaint for CA 2060051766 - Phone No - 26285841 via email, however the email bounced back stating email box of #MTNL full. Kindly look into this. Also with reference to the complaint, Our lines are inactive for over 2 years now.

    @DoT_India Hope it will properly take place. Because of this, as a customer we are unavle to connect with exact bsnl exchange offices. So customer care should provide the all bsnl and mtnl offices contact number to contact if we need to take new broadband connection or any other purpose.
