There is no resolution to the problem by MTNL. Only they keep asking for bills to be paid everymonth with our fail. Is this what they expect.

Vivek Shah (CA, LLB) (@cavivekshah) reported@BabbleBauble @yatinmota Many years ago I tried MTNL Dolphin mobile network (in Mumbai), immediately once the validity was over, I did not continue. If Iโm correct, there were 7-8 operators at that time. Coming to MTNL landline now, I raised a complaint 5-6 years ago (or maybe longer) for disturbance in the connection. At that time Reliance Jio had just launched their free broadband and landline service. It was free for almost 2 years. Till date MTNL engineer has not visited. Eventually I stopped using that. Not sure if it was a coordinated fault in the telephone line.

ICICI Bank and Credit Cards are good starting point but as a bank the strategy is very apparent that they want to go the volume route than value. They would offer Sapphiro branded as premium as LTF to everyone but there isnโt anything premium there. EPM which is premium is frequently facing operation issues with vouchers taking as long as 48 hours at times. Not that there is anything wrong with it but in my mind they are getting closer to being a MTNL to BSNL (BSNL here being SBI and the reference because MTNL used to be a lesser evil of the two when compared to BSNL)!
