I have been chasing the MTNL person for internet connection. But for no use. There is certainly a connection between the two. Plz help.

And I’m okay with one more change now to VI. They’ve provided good service right through. Today also, their hotspot rescues me from a very unreliable and flaky MTNL fibre!

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
