    @DoT_India At present the MTNL, Mumbai neither repair, replace faulty telephone instument nor provide new unit and advise to purchase from open market. Is it the beginning of winding PSU? Merge BSNL and MTNL, improve infrastructures and services for existence. @pib_comm The only solution.

    Hi @MTNLOfficial Our wifi has been out of service for last 3 days. We have made complaint on MTNL customer care on 18th July 2021 itself but still no solution till date. CA no: 2040394961 Complaint no : 7012. Expecting prompt resolution.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial trying to reach toll free or direct number but no body responding. Poor service from one of the biggest govt PSU company like MTNL..very slow speed, frequently disconnect, no service.

    Trying to pay @MTNLOfficial Dolphin bills. Quick Pay option on the site not working. It's 2021 and no QR Code on the bills. Nobody's receiving calls on helplines. Govt wants to 'revive' MTNL like this.

    More than a week now. Internet is down at home (and in the whole society). Lodged several complaints. No response. DMed on Twitter. No response. Sir @rsprasad if this how MTNL is going to work, then please disinvest in it quickly. Please don't waste taxpayers' money.

Finally in my last tweet #MTNL said cable fault but other MTNL ph wrking in same bldg, failed to understand, where d cable fault? n why it is taking months to repair? Simply wastage of public money

    @MTNLOfficial the telephone lines are dead now since almost more then three months between MTNL office and Patkar college Goregaon. There is no resolution to the problem by MTNL. Only they keep asking for bills to be paid everymonth with our fail. Is this what they expect.

    There has always been problem with the service since half the time line is completely dead. I had called the technician Mr Pal in April he said that he has left mtnl and there is no one to fix the line since all of the staff have taken VRS. I dont need your service anymore.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial my landline no 25148537 is not working since last six months. Mtnl maneklal exchange is not taking any action even though complain are made. Mtnl mumbai is sending bills for non working landline and they have been paid. Request urgent action

    @harshaag_15 @fgautier26 That's why disinvestment and privatization is required, I got my MTNL landline disconnected, 11.99 months it never worked but i was paying the bill for 12 months.. Sad state..

    @MTNLOfficial guys it's almost from the time lights went off in Mumbai .. after which your network in Mumbai Suburban is very very very poor. No customer service team to address Raised a complaint almost 100 times. @BSNLCorporate guys you really now need to step in to save MTNL

    Though mtnl landline is not working since last six month mtnl mumbai is sending bills. Mtnl mumbai maneklal exchange is not taking any action If landline is not working why mtnl tis sending bills All complain goes deaf ear. Written email complain no use.

    The government wants at least 3 private service providers in the telecom sector. The government of India is already managing loss-making telecom firms #BSNL and #MTNL which are yet to post profit after a relief package of around Rs 69,000 cr was granted to them in October 2019.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My telephone number 26281798 was dead since 08.11.20 till 30.07.21 As a good citizen I paid all bill from November 20 to July 21 inspite of no service received from MTNL The amount is approx Rs 7500 I write an email in August about this amount to MTNL 1 of 3
