@Airtel_Presence only understands the issue and apologises. Baki kuch nahi karta. Request to all the people opting for Airtel Fibre, MTNL chalu to he. I had given society NOC in 12th April. The router got installed on 17th May. But yet the service hs not started.

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial trying to reach toll free or direct number but no body responding. Poor service from one of the biggest govt PSU company like MTNL..very slow speed, frequently disconnect, no service.

There has always been problem with the service since half the time line is completely dead. I had called the technician Mr Pal in April he said that he has left mtnl and there is no one to fix the line since all of the staff have taken VRS. I dont need your service anymore.

@amazonIN @PMOIndia can you please make mobile phone as essential? My mother-in-law's phone has conked off and she is unable to remain connected since even mtnl landline is not working. Lives alone. We are trying to buy a phone for her but unable to do so.

@DoT_India At present the MTNL, Mumbai neither repair, replace faulty telephone instument nor provide new unit and advise to purchase from open market. Is it the beginning of winding PSU? Merge BSNL and MTNL, improve infrastructures and services for existence. @pib_comm The only solution.

More than a week now. Internet is down at home (and in the whole society). Lodged several complaints. No response. DMed on Twitter. No response. Sir @rsprasad if this how MTNL is going to work, then please disinvest in it quickly. Please don't waste taxpayers' money.

@MTNLMbiOfficial made an application for broadband connection against our landline no. On 25/3/21. MTNL not bothered and officials just giving different nod. Linesman blocking nos. If you call them again and again. Ridiculous service. No wonder private operators are thriving

@MTNLMbiOfficial broadband is dead since a month. Reason @mybmc cut the cable to build skywalk pillar. So, since MTNL has no solution, does the customer ask BMC to fix the cable or just switch to other broadband?

@MTNLOfficial My MTNL phone is dead for more than a month now. Horrible service, no complaints getting registered. When we talk about service level vis-a-vis pvt operators, they need to learn a lot from them.

@JioCare hello. Since jio has become the biggest tech company in india I expected better than them failing to restart the jio fiber network in mumbai for 13 hours since the cyclone. I had mtnl which used to work fine even in heavy rain. What's wrong with jio fiber

😡 to @MTNLOfficial My 50 MBPS FTTH speed as measured by FING. The attached telephone is unable to receive call. The outward call gets disconnected after 10 secs or so. MTNL Mumbai engineers are not ashamed of their skill of not understanding the issue since Feb 2021.
