Request to all the people opting for Airtel Fibre, MTNL chalu to he. I had given society NOC in 12th April. The router got installed on 17th May. But yet the service hs not started.

I have to go to the Ghatkopar MTNL office just to get an otp. Had to switch to Jio unfortunately. And have an SIP of 350-500 every month now in Jio.

Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
