Please bring BSNL Land-line and Mobile service to Mumbai and Delhi to have seamless operation of the nation wide service. Also launch 4G at the earliest. Please do the needful.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
