I'm sorry but the gov should genuinely reconsider turning VIL debt into equity. It is NOT the govs job to look after broken, lethargic biz models just to avoid a duopoly. We already have liabilities called MTNL and BSNL.

@MTNLMbiOfficial My complaint for my ADSL no 28151772 was not proper working from last month on dated 16 sep 2022 I m complaint so many times. In week 2 or 3 days my broadband not work & last 2 days my broadband not working. Pl resolve erarlier because MTNL hai to sahi hai

I want to become a user that means a new customer and if MTNL is not Evan having proper arrangements to have a new customer then what is the use . @AshwiniVaishnaw My MTNL LL attached to Darpan Xchange in Mumbai is out of order since 1year. No clarity on its restoration. So deprived of proper Internet facility. Have to depend on expensive mobile network or be at the mercy of unorganized sector local cable. Disgusting state.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Network in Mira Rd Naya Nagar still not restored MTNL tower on Hill View bldg turned off since 1st April 2022 nobody concerned? What should we do? Leave MTNL? Its 6 months now check my previous posts. No action taken no solution provided worst customer service.

Our @MTNLOfficial land lines been out of service, we complained. Today two men show (77158 86421 no reply) up from the operator and tell us the wire needs replacing. We didn't pay immediately and asked them to come back tomorrow. On checking with MTNL they said it wasn't them.
