I had called the technician Mr Pal in April he said that he has left mtnl and there is no one to fix the line since all of the staff have taken VRS. I dont need your service anymore.

Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.

But timelines are unclear, winners are unknown, and valuations are still not cheap. In disruption phases, hope is not a strategy. Only deep margin of safety (very low valuations) protects capital. Not every “cheap” stock is value — many are value traps in disguise.

Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

I have to go to the Ghatkopar MTNL office just to get an otp. Had to switch to Jio unfortunately. And have an SIP of 350-500 every month now in Jio.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
