@MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice The signal in Mhada Mtnl four bungalows if funny. From RTO to mtnl this signal has only 15 sec count. I hope minimum count should be 30 sec.

I am sick of complaining about the MTNL Broadband for frequent disconnections. When I complain, it gets started for sometime and then it again disconnects. To talk to customer executive consumes a lot of time in waiting!Happening since January @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Help!

Excuse me . Its ur road n Citizen r asked to request MTNL to fix this sunken chambers.. Y u hv allowed this on middle of roads.. close n level this permanently no such manholes needed on roads..

The footpath on S.V. Road Goregaon W, Madina Manzil, opp DLH, near MTNL, is used for parking of bikes by staff & customers of hotel & bank. Inspite of requesting them to help, they dont care. Regular way for students & residents. Pls help @mybmc @MumbaiPolice @RoadsOfMumbai

@niravstoons There are taxes & cess for businessmen in India. India mein business karna paap hain. MTNL charges ₹250 per month to all businesses in Mumbai as service charge. There’s tax on Property, Sewage, Shutters, LED branding, Shops & Establishment, Health dept. 1/2

@mtnl my docket no is 888. Will you attend the complaint or be as lazy as gov dept. You don't have any responsibility. Since last 10 to 15days my LL is not working and have lodged the complaint but the department is sleeping. Need privatision of MTNL also.

@shenoyn Haha. When we surrendered the MTNL broadband service in 2020, the 'concerned officer' said only broadband? Not the landline connection? Every day 10 people come to surrender the landline! (well after Cashmere,not surrendering that, will 'work' on the transfer)

Today I surrendered my @MTNLOfficial phone. I was forced to. It was dead for months, no one came to fix it and I was paying the minimum charges unnecessarily. There was a time when efficiency of MTNL could have taught a lesson or wo even to private sector.

@sssingh21 I also surrendered my MTNL phone some months ago. Starting 2021, much if their staff resigned, hardly any linemans to fix the issues. They even didn't come for collection of the instrument plus wirings, instead asked to come with the phone/wifi router & submit it at the office.

@sssingh21 While the office was more like an ancient ruins with people working on 2+ decades old computers, lots of files,babus working in lethargy manner. It was disappointing to see the fate of MTNL like this, problem was that they couldn't adopt to changing times & requirements.
