On 1st 2 complaints got msg of it resolved, but phone still dead. 3rd complaint made on 3/94/22 still pending. Horrible service MTNL.

Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.
