I complained but no one is interested. The docket number is pending from more than a month. Still no resolution.

Request to all the people opting for Airtel Fibre, MTNL chalu to he. I had given society NOC in 12th April. The router got installed on 17th May. But yet the service hs not started.

I had called the technician Mr Pal in April he said that he has left mtnl and there is no one to fix the line since all of the staff have taken VRS. I dont need your service anymore.

Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. ICICI Bank and Credit Cards are good starting point but as a bank the strategy is very apparent that they want to go the volume route than value. They would offer Sapphiro branded as premium as LTF to everyone but there isn’t anything premium there. EPM which is premium is frequently facing operation issues with vouchers taking as long as 48 hours at times. Not that there is anything wrong with it but in my mind they are getting closer to being a MTNL to BSNL (BSNL here being SBI and the reference because MTNL used to be a lesser evil of the two when compared to BSNL)!

Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.
