@MTNLOfficial Why is MTNL broadband down in Dindoshi (Mumbai) area? This is a recurring problem, I had complained on helpline. No callback @rsprasad Pls close down MTNL if you do not want to give service.

@thewolfofdalal @EconomicTimes Bro bcoz of jio ,BSNL MTNL ko 4g spectrum nahi mila other wise waha bhi achi service milti... samja..check when they got 4g or they havnt got. Waise reliance sabki bajata hain eg ongc,bsnl,mtnl.

@BankiMistry @mybmc @mybmcWardKE They never care.. in my area.. it looks like spider man was practicing... i am sure half the wires arent even connected anymr.. i had MTNL line n Hathway.. v had to remove n throw the wires.. they dnt bother... guess no money is made after disconnection so y bother...

@OfficeofUT I had to pay Rs 5000 for one month of private internet connection of very average speed, which is way higher than anywhere in India. I have been chasing the MTNL person for internet connection. But for no use. There is certainly a connection between the two. Plz help.

@PMOIndia @AGSawant @DoT_India To meet the Telecom Customers Right , TRAI n DOT must carry out Third party Audit of Quality of services provided by MTNL. Appeal to #MTNL administration is that Eiether provide d Quality service or better Shut down the services.

@rsprasad Dear Sir, our colony Mall Apartments Gate no 1, Mall Road, right opposite Delhi University North Campus is not served by any broadband connectivity. Repeated requests to MTNL, Airtel, Jio for optical fibre have not elicited any response. Please help. Students suffering.

@MTNLMbiOfficial our landline/broadband isn't working for past 3 months, service guys have cut the faulty cable 3 months back,no cable replacement yet, no staff to attend to problems,but MTNL has been regular & prompt in sending us the bills, and since it's ECS,bills are paid.
