    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial MTNL FTH Broadband not working for a fortnight or so.. Complaint Docket No. 9465, 7338 on different dates. Connection under CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai) Exchange. Strange nobody called even (Landline working, Alternate number working).

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial last one month i am lodging complaint date. 08.09.20 dock. No. 5076 for our mtnl landline dead but not solve the problam and bill has been genrated for the month of september 2020. Please look at this matter and solve this query.

    @MTNLOfficial Why is MTNL broadband down in Dindoshi (Mumbai) area? This is a recurring problem, I had complained on helpline. No callback @rsprasad Pls close down MTNL if you do not want to give service.

    @rsprasad surrendering MTNL land line which was dead since 6 mts is a pathetic job. No one @MTNLMbiOfficial Malad office. Person on the counter didn't want to listen on argument he asked watchman to down the shutter with people inside & got off the seat and went away. Free salary

    @thewolfofdalal @EconomicTimes Bro bcoz of jio ,BSNL MTNL ko 4g spectrum nahi mila other wise waha bhi achi service milti... samja..check when they got 4g or they havnt got. Waise reliance sabki bajata hain eg ongc,bsnl,mtnl.

    @BankiMistry @mybmc @mybmcWardKE They never care.. in my area.. it looks like spider man was practicing... i am sure half the wires arent even connected anymr.. i had MTNL line n Hathway.. v had to remove n throw the wires.. they dnt bother... guess no money is made after disconnection so y bother...

    @PMOIndia @AGSawant @DoT_India To meet the Telecom Customers Right , TRAI n DOT must carry out Third party Audit of Quality of services provided by MTNL. Appeal to #MTNL administration is that Eiether provide d Quality service or better Shut down the services.

    MTNL Delhi totally failed to provide bsnl signals at Avantika Extn.sector - 2 Ghaziabad U.P.( Delhi - NCR ) behind Police Line Ghaziabad. There is no any network tower even 2G or 3G till now. So here always found immergency calls only on your bsnl sim .No any network & internet.

    @utkarshVLGS @DoT_India Nearest serving site to the subscriber location is working satisfactory. More sites are needed for further improvement of mobile network in customer area. MTNL shall plan more sites in this area in the next phase of expansion plan.
