There is no resolution to the problem by MTNL. Only they keep asking for bills to be paid everymonth with our fail. Is this what they expect.

Is it the beginning of winding PSU? Merge BSNL and MTNL, improve infrastructures and services for existence. @pib_comm The only solution.

They made me go to the exchange to return the splitter (for broadband) & router, where I was told that a cable is missing... I was using my own instrument anyway. But they deducted good amount for a non-wkg line.

Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.

Indian IT now faces its own disruption — AI is replacing billable hours with outcome-based delivery, reducing the need for large headcounts. They may adapt. But timelines are unclear, winners are unknown, and valuations are still not cheap. In disruption phases, hope is not a strategy. Only deep margin of safety (very low valuations) protects capital. Not every “cheap” stock is value — many are value traps in disguise.

Local cable network fiber internet is much more efficient in MMRDA area than these 2 companies & cheaper too.

Yr helpline asked me to go to BSNL office, Accounts officer who raised the bill mentioned mobile number not working. Other E mails sent are returned undelivered. MTNL was better in customer service and no option than opt out.
