Sandeep shah (@Sandeepshah62) reportedIs this fair treatment for customers? Jio has become so big that no one listens. We moved from MTNL to tata to Jio thinking we will have great service! Down the hill! @_MukeshAmbani

Sujeet Sharma (@SujeetSharma) reported from Delhi, Delhi@NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

BSNLCare (@bsnl_care) reported@tajar_grag Dear Customer, Our team is working on upgrading towers to 4G/5G. Meanwhile, you may see MTNL signals (In-Dolphin 3G or 40439 4G) and roaming. Reception may vary by location (indoor/outdoor). We appreciate your patience during this upgrade. regards, BSNL Care (Nishant)

Mantravadi (@Mantravadi007) reported.@JioCare #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.
