    @piyush_trades Bsnl, mtnl has been vleeded by pvt cos only. Tk example of docomo in japan ,its a govt co & running healthy bcoz they r gvng genuine service to its ppl & ppl are using &supporting it.

    @bsnl_care I dont have MTNL SIM. I have BSNL 4G SIM. Handset is Realme Narzo 90x 5G, launched just recently. Jio and Airtel VOLTE is working fine in same handset. Why is BSNL VOLTE not working?

    @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @my_musings_ind I don't get it. What kind of comparison is this. Yes, MTNL , DoT yes we stood in line for 3 years...that's was bad. You getting passport in a week is correct, and the normal...you should say, our time , olden time was bad...Newer time, today is OK...it's not heaven...ITS NORMAL... nothing more..

    @AjeetBhartii Old guards BSNL / MTNL couldn’t do much. Hope that incidental govt investment in Vodafone works out something soon to become an alternative to poor service giants Jio / Airtel. Govt must truly revive BSNL to competitive level and let Vodafone give some jitters to duopolistic companies.

    @bsnl_care What is the update on this complaint ? I had informed you about being unable to use the BSNL network in mumbai. Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.

    @BSNLCorporate My MTNL landline is dead, BSNL says no feasibility. Horrible
