    @MTNLMbiOfficial My landline 022 27563460 was surrendered in Feb 2023 after being inactive for almost 4 years before that. Now suddenly I hv recvd the bill asking for payment. Someone in MtNL please help

The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.     This so called No.1 telecom company @airtelindia is going to find the same fate of TATA DOCOMO, VODAFONE, BSNL, MTNL, HUTCH, their every service is so called online, they simply register complaint, close & no action, at my place Airtel signal is almost dead! Shame on you buggërs

    @JM_Scindia sir my ftth number 21403534 ftth number not working . I have tried to complain about MTNL websites and landline number 1130 but both are not working. Kindly direct to the concerned person to solve the problem.

    @bsnl_care I talked with the staff at mtnl exchange from where the bsnl sims are being provided and they said they don't know anything about this offer. Then i called your toll free customer care number, and they confirmed that this plan is not available in delhi and Mumbai.

    @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.
