    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @CMOMaharashtra Since i have experience that when Mumbai MTNL has been migrated to BSNL service is getting worst first toll free help line is not working properly when we speak with customer care they dont have attics to speak with the customers.

    @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @DoT_India @JM_Scindia My #MTNL postpaid number has had no network for the last 2 days. I'm unable 2 make/receive calls, communicate with anyone, or evn complete digital payments. This is causing serious inconvenience. Kindly intervene and ensure immediate restoration of services
