@deep_chatterji @ShekharGupta @YashMor5 Sir ji, Understand there are private buyers now also. There was never a problem for a private player to buy. Creating parallel market with no caping to store would result out like BSNL and MTNL. Corporates will eat up mandis slowly and then start abusing farmers.

Getting reply from MTNL in personal saying Since you have not paid bills your phone is not working. Dear sir please visit us we can show you each bill with payment date. Please confess at least sometime that its your fault even after which people are paying for it.
