@MTNLOfficial Really fed up of MTNL internet.Even after paying full bill on time Internet doesn’t work half of the month.Every second day have to register complaint 😡

@DamodarHegde4 2017: Had a run-in with MTNL - weeks without any results. Resolved within days of complaint on CPGRAMS. And an officer confirmed from me that it was resolved. Systems have started working.

@devusinh 1/2 3.USOF fund is not being routed to BSNL& MTNL. 4.Tender is being issued to exclude BSNL/MTNL. 5.PSUs is for service not for Profit. 6. Need Level playing field to compete with Privates, with obsolete Technology Employees can't do much. Need ur blessings for true turnaround.

@kushalbhagia When Jio was aggressive acquiring subscribers in 2015-16 it was expanding at the cost of state run bsnl/mtnl and other private players. Was feeling very bad as bsnl/mtnl were slowly dying. But Jio has been the saviour at the time of COVID and related lockdown/wfh with cheap data.

@gvkreddi No wonder Vodafone is blackmailing our nation, instead of restoring their network & losing customers. The govt. should on SoS basis get BSNL-MTNL back on their feet & then hit VF will everything possible.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Since last 5-6 months my phone no. 24155926 is dead. Made several complaints but the problem is still as it is. The people from MTNL releases the complaint without resolving. But MTNL very prompt in dispatching the bills. Fed up with the service
