  @Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial Business landline is not working since Aug2025. Despite that we paid bills for Aug & sep2025. You are constantly generating bills for dead line. No complaints are taken at center.Cannot file online complaint as bills unpaid.Fedup with Mtnl

The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.   @MTPHereToHelp attn. needed Surve Chock(Kurla LBS/Bkc MTNL junction).Taking right turn becomes a trap for motorist to jump signal while coming from Shri Krishna Chock on LBS marg &turning towards Kurla Depot,as no Right turn &straight signal lights on Right side of the BKC road.

  @gauravsabnis the config looks like the mtnl plugs of the late 90s early 2000s. If it wasn’t screwed into the junction box, they used to issue plugs w this kinda config.
