@AGSawant @MTNLMbiOfficial my internet connection is disrupted for atleast 3 days now and tired of banging my head on the customer care my doc num is 4295, landline num is 24982757 . it seems that mtnl has vowed unless customer don't come on knee they will not restore service.

@AshwiniVaishnaw ji Above is my complaint on poor services of MTNL which is still functioning in its old bureaucratic tradition. Bills are received & paid on line. Even if there’s odd issue of non payment,least expected is Complaint number connection must be made a available!

@addl_1 @DCPDwarka @mharshaips Sir, i met an accident at about 1730hrs on 21.08.22 near MTNL gate, sector 6, dwarka, in which my car DL2CAU6961 was smashed by a truck/troller no. NL01AB8081. I wish to file a complaint for the accident and spent 02 hrs in sect 9, police station to get acknowlegment.

@airtelindia your service pathetic than MTNL..we had an issue with Airtel broadband connection in Mumbai since last 3 weeks but not yet resolved...no one to talk to as all calls goes to automated system..airtel guys did half work & never returned ! How can they do like it?

@catale7a @ThePollLady Forget 5 G spectrum, BSNL does not have 4G service till date. Thanks to the govt who looted BSNL & MTNL so that their friends can create a monopoly in this business. The answer is no they don't want to.

@SHIVDUTT2706 @DoT_India MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc. ,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud , hence you are requested to ignore such messages.
