    @DoT_India Thank you. I hope that it gets resolved soon. We are having to pay extra money for phone internet throughout monsoons because of this MTNL issue, especially since we work from home.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I am very sad about the pathetic working of MTNL Mumbai Sion Telephone Exchange my broadband service is not working from last 10 days even after repeated complaints and visits to Telephone exchange rude answers by staff Is this expected by citizens in 75th year ?

    @ZeeBusiness @PiyushGoyalOffc Vodafone bail out is very bad for India while providing step-motherly treatment to MTNL and BSNL.

    @mtnl From long time disturbing... Service BSNL at KAPASHERA mew delhi. 110037 . After cut off light... Not coming network.. 2- 4days...plz solv... Other wise we port can port our BSNL SIM Card any other Company...

    @shailesh44302 @DoT_India MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

    @Rksalld101 Dear subscriber, MTNL will never sms/calls/whatsap for Tele. verification of your KYC. Do not download Apps suggested by fraudsters to avoid any financial loss

    Though MTNL recover telephone bill periodically from me , land line connection provided by the MTNL is of no use since Covid Period . Despite the fact Complaint made to MTNL of no use as the expert could not resolve the issue.
