    @MTNLOfficial @jagograhakjago Is this how service is provided? Landline not working properly numerous complaints raised unresolved. Want to disconnect emailed cgmonlinembi & they say visit the csc? No online process or details on website on requirements why waste time? #MTNL

    @TheSincereDude It’s not only scam but a private cartel jio/ airtel and to some extent Vodafone’s fleecing the subscribers helped ruling government in power presiding over the choking of BSNL and MTNL to help the private telecom monopoly to exploit the hapless citizens.

    @ANI This is basically the norm in BSNL/ MTNL. Even when GM/ PGM visits officers were instructed to arrange snacks, water, taking them for lunch. And the Engineer who was supposed to manage the network is send to manage itinerary. After this fiasco all these instructions will be oral.

    @NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial Again New delhi Dwarka, Dolphin services are down. I can't receive OTP to pay my adv tax. @JM_Scindia plz help as mtnl off. has the same excuse, that they have no money for mobile tower maintenance.

    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.     @MTNLMbiOfficial don't know why you guys switched off your network towers for Mobile in Thane?? Earlier there was no connectivity issue but oflate, the issue is consistent.. #mtnl Is it that #jio is paying to switch off the network?? @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial

    @mid_day Both BSNL & MTNL are now stopping copper lines & their linemen telling, rather forcing people to buy their sub standard fiber internet connections. Local cable network fiber internet is much more efficient in MMRDA area than these 2 companies & cheaper too.
