You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @rishav_sharma1 @Broufus True story I was 15, my home landline was down for almost a month, after getting fed-up with MTNL, I called Information & Broadcasting ministry to demand the phone be repaired. Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial Again New delhi Dwarka, Dolphin services are down. I can't receive OTP to pay my adv tax. @JM_Scindia plz help as mtnl off. has the same excuse, that they have no money for mobile tower maintenance.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Business landline is not working since Aug2025. Despite that we paid bills for Aug & sep2025. You are constantly generating bills for dead line. No complaints are taken at center.Cannot file online complaint as bills unpaid.Fedup with Mtnl
