    @bsnl_care Latest update when I went to mtnl office they told me they don't have any idea about the online sim booking so i buyed a new sim from them worth rs157 but it's been more then 4 hours but sim isn't showing any network. Rebooted phone and reinstalled the sim multiple time no use.

    They have taken over mtnl and are working to deliver pan india 5G services for their users in the next 1 year. It will be cheapest 5G but their coverage will be a problem in urban area. Rural areas they are way more efficient than any private player

    @bsnl_care The status of this docket is showing as closed !. IT is saying "MTNL team examined the issue and confirmed that all existing nearby 3G and 4G sites are working satisfactorily." even when there is no network in my area.

We have received revert from the concerned department that only few handsets are working for VoLTE service on BSNL Delhi.check handset list on MTNL website.     @twittosmj We regret the inconvenience. Heavy rain disrupted MTNL lines, causing a network issue at the Post Office and interrupting postal services. The network is now restored and all postal services are working properly. Members of the public are requested to avail postal services.
