I tried to log complaint from your helpline but it always busy, so i tried to register complaint through selfcare site. I have log complaint 3 times still there was no response from MTNL. I have lodged online complaint thrice and even i have lodged complaint by calling there call centers - nothing happened. Even the officers are not responding.

We have paid for whole year in advance for the unlimited uninterrupted internet connection..this is the third month of no interest service from you.
