You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process. Karan G 🇮🇳 (@carlessguy) reported@bsnl_care Latest update when I went to mtnl office they told me they don't have any idea about the online sim booking so i buyed a new sim from them worth rs157 but it's been more then 4 hours but sim isn't showing any network. Rebooted phone and reinstalled the sim multiple time no use.

Their unsupported rating is already at 'CRISIL D' because of liquidity issues. If they keep missing the T-3 funding dates for the escrow, even the guaranteed bonds might face heat.
