    @TRAI @DoT_India I have lodged many complaints on mail for my Delhi landline no which is dead...sent mails to GM MTNL Delhi...but all in vain..it is dead since more than a month...plz help..the no is 011-29830140...

    @MAYANK8382 @Mukul1611 @idesibanda I had MTNL. Telephone since 1998; Internet since 2006. Services went bad to worst between 2012 to approx. 2015 I still trusted and did my thing by keeping patience. Once my internet was down I fought them and they simply gave me rebate in my bill for the downtime around 25%off.

    @ayus_mita_ How ? Here gov must not give anything to them let the investor and public face the hit and eradicated of low price mind set in service sector ! Bsnl and mtnl already ready to take non 4g customer of VI ! Taxpayer money how ?

    @CMDBSNL yr holy intervention reqd. Holy b'coz all hopes lay on u, yr efforts, mumbai, malabar hill exchange, pertains to over hundred fifty landline nos. of mtnl being 'dead'. , Structural repairs in progress in fourteen storied bldg., damage caused to these landline CONTD

    @KantKrishna30 @laxman_xy Scary Situation for Telecom major but India Judiciary n Govt. Should have shown an open heart in providing relief to pvt. Telecom with their customer base n employees they hv. We hv far too long invested in BSNL n MTNL which is nt bearing ne fruit just another type of govt. Job.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Under compulsion to take only MTNL connections,my friends in Govt say a lot of work in PFMS suffers in Govt offices in East Block, RK Puram Delhi where broadband is down most of time down in whole area &repeated desperate calls elicit no response @MTNLOfficial

    One Minister wanted MTNL and BSNL to launch only after they were satisfied that signals were strong in every area, else we will get a bad name. This took a few months. Private Sector got a much needed headway

    @MTNLOfficial - Finally goint to surrender my broadband instrument and phone 011 27722907 which i am using for 25 years. MTNL IS NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE ANY COMPLAINTS even in the 15 days, Namaskar karta hu aapki service ko.

    @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate @MumbaiMTNL My office landline is dead for more then a month with complaint docket no 4061 My landline is 29275645 So when your person will come And will mtnl charge for july as my phone is dead for a month ????

    its consumers regularly. Our Wifi has always shown loss of good service. I also am a consumer since 1995 with my MTNL phone no. 25546579. I have to book complaint every now and then that my Wifi is not working. I personally feel their something wrong going deliberately in MTNL
