    @SachinDPatange @w_karve Waited for more than 5 Y to get a fixed line telephone when there was state monopoly. Customer services were poor. Had to bribe to fix the connection. Services were costly. Monopoly public or private is not good. MTNL / BSNL are continuously draining out tax payers money.

    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial my internet connection is again down. I do not know how many complaints does it need for mtnl to provide a permenant solution.

    @ComwayInternet I would like to take out a minute and appreciate your consistency in customer 'dissatisfaction'. Your services have become from good to bad to worst. Your quality of services are now reminding me about MTNL (my previous ISP). Great job, keep it up!!

    Hathaway internet down for third consecutive day wondering whether I should stop their service. MTNL may be slow but their response is good. They restore service fast. Hathaway no service high price for zero quality.

    @CMD_MTNL @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Dear Sir, MTNL Mumbai is absolutely disaster in services. I have been following up regularly for my dead phone line 022 25003305 but your people have given up the customer services. Is MTNL no more existing in Country.

    @rsprasad pls shut down the post offices. They are wasting public money and nothing else. One bitter exp. add today with post office- Tel no of SULTANPURI BLOCK C Delhi POST OFFNOT working. \One mobile no belongs to a person from UP and1 mtnl no is dead @PMOIndia @IndiaPostOffice
