@TRAI @DoT_India I have lodged many complaints on mail for my Delhi landline no which is dead...sent mails to GM MTNL Delhi...but all in vain..it is dead since more than a month...plz help..the no is 011-29830140...

@AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial : SIR -Repeated Complaints fallen on deaf Ears...worst. A bill or Rs 701/- for Non-usage of service of MTNL - no professionalism and no respect for customer...Its now 4 weeks when phone is dead! Thanks for such customer centric Approach.

Dear @Airtel_Presence, I had lodged a complaint with you regarding my broadband connection. Deadline for setting it right has expired. No one has even turned up. If your service is going to be like MTNL or BSNL, I will surrender my connection, move to someone else. Can u rectify?

As twitted on 20 April, my MTNL phone 011-22377199 in Karkardooma, East Delhi is dead from 24 March despite complaints made at Customer Care and CMD level. Hon'ble Minister is requested to direct the concerned officer to make it functional.@AshwiniVaishnaw ,@narendramodi

@MTNLOfficial I took connection of broadband of MTNL in Delhi in near about 2010.Due to slow speed and frequent disconnection of internet automatically,I surrendered the Broadband in near about 2014. I installed pvt operator's broadband. Still I continued MTNL Landline telefone

@MTNLMbiOfficial Our PRI lines #27595100 and Internet at Belapur Rly station complex have been erratic. MTNL Belapur has no workforce to look after complaints, and a large MTNL office is useless. Please Confirm if customer needs to shift to private suppliers?@AshwiniVaishnaw
