  @MTNLOfficial again most pathetic service by MTNL. My phone was stolen along with sim, when asked for replacement sim at MTNL they said they don't have sim available for 2-3 months! @TRAI why can't you put fine on MTNL for harassing customers. Should I just wait for 3 months?

  @AshwiniVaishnaw My MTNL LL attached to Darpan Xchange in Mumbai is out of order since 1year. No clarity on its restoration. So deprived of proper Internet facility. Have to depend on expensive mobile network or be at the mercy of unorganized sector local cable. Disgusting state.

  Its year 2023 , still the MTNL insisting to visit customer care Centers for surrender of MTNL landline . Visited with a printed form but returned empty handed after half day wastage . Many documents asked . Whenever its done , would feel like a curse lifted off from life.

  @pnvijay This Govt has only paid lip service to the middle class while doling out benefits to Corporates and in other wasteful expenditure. Extension of the food program for another year (2 lacs crores) is clearly election directed. Reviving BSNL / MTNL with a similar outflow. Achhe din?!

  I'm sorry but the gov should genuinely reconsider turning VIL debt into equity. It is NOT the govs job to look after broken, lethargic biz models just to avoid a duopoly. We already have liabilities called MTNL and BSNL.

  @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I have sent couple of messages to you as still am not getting MTNL SIM card for replacement. My old card is not working and it is connected with my bank accts and Aadhar etc. Without activating my MTNL SIM am not able to make any financial trans. Pl help.

  @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial We have a work order(5144) issued more than a month back for reconnection of landline at Thane (Majiwada Area). Following up continuously in person at the Thane Office of MTNL but still no one has turned up. Kindly help us to resolve this

  @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLOfficial MTNL deserves to be closed I kept it active without use by paying Rs 700 for phone and internet when u want to disconnect a part of service they make you run here and there, with the app u will never be able to pay the bills a bad experience Sad

  My friend called MTNL because his Wi-Fi wasn’t working. They were unable to lodge a complaint because theirs wasn’t working either 😭
