@TRAI @DoT_India I have lodged many complaints on mail for my Delhi landline no which is dead...sent mails to GM MTNL Delhi...but all in vain..it is dead since more than a month...plz help..the no is 011-29830140...

@MTNLOfficial My landline hasn't been working since 6 months. I still keep getting bills. I have already made a written complaint to the mtnl office for both my issues. It's been 2 weeks. Nothings changed. Still getting a bill. Landlines still down. What's next??! My number is 22020050.

@MTNLOfficial I was told that in order to get your dead line repaired I need to pay for wire and services. No MTNL official came to my help. My no. 27672770 remained dead for one month. Lazy and carless work culture of MTNL Delhi staff forced me to apply for disconnection.

@hemangkhetani @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial I am not worried about bill. The fact that they don't care about customers annoys me a lot. In spite of so many complaints they have not even bothered to send some technician to even look into the issue. This kind of unprofessional behavior from #MTNL is completely unacceptable!

@MTNLOfficial An 80 year old widow Sarla Chhaya is living alone, dependent on her mtnl landline, she cannot move. The line is not functioning ovr 8 months, nobody takes complaints. I hv written 2 Vinit Karve, Swapna Mathure, Sanjay Khare No action Pls help @rsprasad @AUThackeray

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL .. no resolution of my landline which is not working since March 17th more than 9 months now but still get bills promptly and also reminder for payment due. Sorry to say but this is pathetic never expected this service from MTNL
