Try this (1) Visit the customer care centres of MTNL and see what you are able to do in a day, (2) send emails to the addresses provided on email bills and see the response, (3) Call up the customer care numbers listed on bills and see if anyone cares to answer the phone.

Sorry to say but it's true you ppl not working well in this issue God knows when you ppl will be serious and plz stop making fool to us. Plz show the results and close Mtnl and takeover in BSNL.
