I had called the technician Mr Pal in April he said that he has left mtnl and there is no one to fix the line since all of the staff have taken VRS. I dont need your service anymore.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. It couldn’t put funds into a special escrow account for the next interest payment on its bonds due to not having enough cash.
