  @AshwiniVaishnaw My MTNL LL attached to Darpan Xchange in Mumbai is out of order since 1year. No clarity on its restoration. So deprived of proper Internet facility. Have to depend on expensive mobile network or be at the mercy of unorganized sector local cable. Disgusting state.

  @sanket If the Government run BSNL and MTNL will provide on par service (which they are in fact capable of) who will turn to the private players. This is a deliberate attempt so that those intending to benefit can fill their coffers.

  @shenoyn I agree it's a horrid experience to surrender the MTNL landline. They made me go to the exchange to return the splitter (for broadband) & router, where I was told that a cable is missing... I was using my own instrument anyway. But they deducted good amount for a non-wkg line.

I want to become a user that means a new customer and if MTNL is not Evan having proper arrangements to have a new customer then what is the use .   @bsnl_care Shared the details via DM, but let me tell you that I have also been wasting my time doing this exercise, as for the last three years, both BSNL and MTNL have failed to restore even basic 2G network services, let alone 4G or 5G
