@MTNLOfficial My telephone is not working. I am facing this problem from past 9-10 months. I can't share my contact no. On social media but have complaint 3-4 times in mtnl office madanpura/byculla. They told they will resolve the problem with 4-5 working days yet haven't done.

MTNL Mumbai has totally failed to serve. My internet is dysfunctional for 3 days. Thrice MTNL promised to send technician but didn't. Inside source reveals that server is down & there is no service in Matunga. @MTNLOfficial pl restore immediately or cancel my subscription.

@OfficeofUT I had to pay Rs 5000 for one month of private internet connection of very average speed, which is way higher than anywhere in India. I have been chasing the MTNL person for internet connection. But for no use. There is certainly a connection between the two. Plz help.

I always support government companies and I have a gut feeling that if BSNL launches 4g then MTNL will also be upgraded to 4g then both of them will provide Volte and Vowifi calling and no one can stop them from rising.
