@rsprasad Sir my request is to improve the services of govt. Companies instead to care the private company. I am living in Vaishali, Ghaziabad and having MTNL Mobile connection which is not working properly at all. I don't want to leave MTNL. I still hope that Govt. Will care it.

@libertariandesi MTNL & BSNL r paying the price of digital India. Modi Govt has forced them 2 invest in broadband network in rural india. Rather they shud focus on improving their network, infra & service in urban cities from where most of their revenue comes. BSNL network in cities is pathetic.

in a ray of sunshine, #MTNL's vendor called me to say that they can install FTTH cable as its available in my area. Rs.3000 paid and FTTH line installed at my home. but it can't be activated because the idiot officer at @MTNLOfficial exchange has disconnected my line.
