@sanket If the Government run BSNL and MTNL will provide on par service (which they are in fact capable of) who will turn to the private players. This is a deliberate attempt so that those intending to benefit can fill their coffers.

@MTNLMbiOfficial I am Sr Citizen. My MTNL landline is dead from 29th April . Made 3 compmaints Nos 3879, 6552 & 2373. Not yet resolved, but msg recd that it is resolved. 3rd complaint still pending. Horrible service !!!

@MTNLMbiOfficial Network in Mira Rd Naya Nagar still not restored MTNL tower on Hill View bldg turned off since 1st April 2022 nobody concerned? What should we do? Leave MTNL? Its 6 months now check my previous posts. No action taken no solution provided worst customer service.

@MTNLMbiOfficial i am Sr Citizen. My landline is dead from April 29. Made 3 complaints (Nos.3879, 6552 &2373) so far. On 1st 2 complaints got msg of it resolved, but phone still dead. 3rd complaint made on 3/94/22 still pending. Horrible service MTNL.

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India MTNL Mumbai has closed many of its Customer Service Centres (CSC).It's website is silent on this. At the Vashi CSC there was a power outage from 2 and most of the employees were happily leaving at 4 as they have no UPS support to run computers.

Don't know which gentlemen planned Kandivali Shankar gali, SV Road flyover, someone should check their educational degree...only 10 meter extended flyover could hv sorted out traffic issue permanently....Just see Goregaon, S.V road, MTNL flyover @mybmc pls correct this mistake..
