Request to all the people opting for Airtel Fibre, MTNL chalu to he. I had given society NOC in 12th April. The router got installed on 17th May. But yet the service hs not started.

There is no resolution to the problem by MTNL. Only they keep asking for bills to be paid everymonth with our fail. Is this what they expect.

Never know what their thinking is…and some things are imp for national infra. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
