@parthodasgupta @Harsh_Words @HathwayBrdband @reliancejio You are right ! @reliancejio FIBER service needs to have physical access to your building either directly or through LCO or Other Telecom SP.. we are fortunate, I guess, to have AIRTEL, TATA, JIO, MTNL, VOVINET, YOU BB etc all terminating at our MuX 👍🏻

@MTNLOfficial internet and line both dead past 15-20days of my landline no 022 23869938,irrespective of making a complaint and sending personnel in mtnl gamdevi office nothing's changed and no resolution evn after promises made wen sent personnel ,if can't give service shut down

They used to get monthly income from Private Operators in liew of favouring them by not laying Cables & not erecting Towers so that customer base grows for Pvt. Operators.
