    Telecom sector is the worst hit by Govt policies during last 5 years. Example TTML, MTS, Reliance communication, Aircel , MTNL, BSNL and device mfg companies like, Micromax, LVA, Intex, optimus, Prabhat, Maxx mobile, Karbonn etc... etc...... Only one co done well is Jio!!!!

    @MTNLOfficial Our office MTNL Landlines have been out of service for almost a Year now. We have sent a number of Letters to the MTNL office, but there has been no response. Kindly look into the matter. Tel. Nos are 02225041218, 02225035844

    @MTNLOfficial BKC branch have no person on the payment table . There are only 2 women’s working for entire ground floor office at 10.15AM . Is this the way MTNL works , what service will you provide to customers , I feel soon MTNL will be in DEBT .

    @narendramodi very big mistake to merge BSNL/MTNL ... As so many telecons hav existed or closed down... Easy to sell smaller cos .. they already white elephants they will soon become dinosaurs n get extinct and tax payers money will go waste n higher bank NPAs..

    @OfficeOfRSP @MTNLOfficial , merger of MTNL and BSNL is Good. But due to MTNL’s Babu style working and worst support, I had close my MTNL land line. MTNL had to change its style of working. MTNL emp does not bother if someone is closing connection.

    Request you to provide your employees better internet service providers so that they can provide better service to clients.. MTNL may not solve your problems however if the Private Players will you should seek thier assistance..

    @MTNLOfficial the MTNL landline phones have stopped functioning due to some issues related to the cables, when we met the officer in charge at the VILE Parle East office, Mr.Karan who handles the complains,was very rude in his talks,told us not to depend on MTNL 1/2 contd..

    @DaniSudhir @DoT_India MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc. ,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud , hence you are requested to ignore such E-KYC messages.

    @marinebharat Still there are parts of India where no network works except BSNL. Also, competition is always good for end consumers (we the the people) Once BSNL, MTNL revives govt will sell to private players.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My MTNL landline 28170144 is still dead and the complaint docket number 986 (registered on 21-July-2022) for the same has been closed on 30-July-2022 without resolving the issue.
