What is this @reliancejio @JioCare jiofiber now remain down on occasional basis this is not how fiber should be working message showing it will be restored by 11:50 how i suppose to watch match then, My MTNL was slow but steady and never went down like this.

Then we check calling from the number to our mobile and it was showing JB Nagar post office on True Caller This is the standard of MTNL , cannot spare more words for it Now have logged a complaint again

The number is under cable fault. Due to the complex type of fault, the restoration will take time. Inconvenience caused is regretted. The above reply from MTNL have come after 14 days. Yet MTNL is not in position lines of affected area Pathetic service continues. @PMOIndia @TRAI

I do think though that our policy makers have deliberately run down public services (MTNL comes to mind) to benefit pvt providers (hand in glove). That's not a level playing field. Now we have pvt monopoly which is as bad as far as call quality goes

@DoT_India No response from MTNL MUMBAI... They are just not bothered to reply or close complaint. I have a landline which is not working due to fiber problem and it's been 2 months! Issue is pending with MTNL to resolve this!
