It couldn’t put funds into a special escrow account for the next interest payment on its bonds due to not having enough cash. Early 80s I used to send Telegrams from here to my parents. Climbing up those circular stairs made me emotional.Lots of history embedded in those spiralling stairs ! Preserve.

Samir Arora (@Iamsamirarora) reportedOne of the biggest reforms was that govt got out of infra- otherwise we had companies like doordarshan and mtnl and BSNL and old psu banks etc. If u think govt is a better implementer of projects u are getting carried away with finding new issues which have been long settled. u can compare our private infrastructure with wherever in the same country we have govt built or owned infrastructure.
