Thrice MTNL promised to send technician but didn't. Inside source reveals that server is down & there is no service in Matunga. @MTNLOfficial pl restore immediately or cancel my subscription.

I have been chasing the MTNL person for internet connection. But for no use. There is certainly a connection between the two. Plz help.
