    Then we check calling from the number to our mobile and it was showing JB Nagar post office on True Caller This is the standard of MTNL , cannot spare more words for it Now have logged a complaint again

    @MTNLOfficial we have been facing issue with our MTNL number for few weeks. Have been complaining but no response till today the lineman come and tells us that We will have to take a new cable from junction at 14th road to our building. number is 26481259

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial raised a complaint more than a month back,been calling up everyday,raised escalation to SP Ghosalkar SS Shete .Even called technician no pls lan line BUT NO RESOLUTION given. Pathetic n shoddy state of affairs for MTNL. Will my problem b addressed?

    WORST SERVICE OF MTNL IN MUMBAI BEFORE ONLY INTERNET WAS DISABLED OFF AND ON AND SOMETIMES MORE THEN 2 DAYS BUT NOW THEY HAVE STARTED A NEW DRAMA EVEN THE PHONE SERVICE GETS DISABLED TWO OR THREE TIMES A DAY THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO SELL THE WHOLE MTNL TO OTHER FAVOURITE PEOPLE

    What is this @reliancejio @JioCare jiofiber now remain down on occasional basis this is not how fiber should be working message showing it will be restored by 11:50 how i suppose to watch match then, My MTNL was slow but steady and never went down like this.

    MTNL Mumbai services are in doldrums. Most Mumbai suffers with their landline remaining dead more than live. However their monthly bill come promptly. You get complaint number online but no news then. Govt. Should put MTNL on block.

    Today its approximately two months my CLINICS MTNL Mum landline/broadband number is not functioning,Net is always down, the speed which is to be provided as per plan should be 100 mbps but on doing Ookla speed test it is 30 or 40,this amounts to deficiency of service,,---

    @MTNLOfficial phone number 25884141 (complaint no-44) is not functional since 8/01/21, no one from mtnl is responding to any of our complaints. Please respond at earliest. 🙏
