    @ShashankYerdoor @Nithin0dha Dear do you know why loop, idea, Vodafone, Airtel, MTNL, BSNL, rcom, aircel, tata docomo, Videocon are lost so many clients, shut down and decrease revenue just bcz of jio discount offer. If you think I'm wrong then I request you keep laughing and enjoy life.

    @MTNLOfficial , Mtnl dolphin network is down in NL complex, Dahisar(E), Mumbai-68 area since 12/04/2022 morning. No response to complaints registered. Request to resolve at the earliest.

    @MTNLOfficial ,@DoT_India Since 12/04/2022 morning MTNL Dolphin mobile network is down in NL Complex, Dahisar(east), Mumbai-400068 area. Multiple complaints to MTNL customer care is unattended till now. Kindly help to resolve the issue.

    @mybmc Location is goregaon MTNL. However my question is will you only act on specific complaint and will not act as per bombay high court judgment where you have to remove all illegal hoardings and register case. So are you waiting for us to file contempt proceedings

    @shenoyn I agree it's a horrid experience to surrender the MTNL landline. They made me go to the exchange to return the splitter (for broadband) & router, where I was told that a cable is missing... I was using my own instrument anyway. But they deducted good amount for a non-wkg line.

    @MTNLOfficial Services are getting worst day by day. Trying to use the MTNL line since last 6 months but the lines are not working. Have logged several complaints but no one from @MTNLOfficial is trying to solve my issue. Requesting thr higher authorities to help me out.

    The number is under cable fault. Due to the complex type of fault, the restoration will take time. Inconvenience caused is regretted. The above reply from MTNL have come after 14 days. Yet MTNL is not in position lines of affected area Pathetic service continues. @PMOIndia @TRAI

    MTNL should be awarded for being the worst service provider with a garland of shoes. Absolutely inefficient, their callous attitude towards senior citizen complaint goes unheard of. The Jogeshwari west office is the worst and the in charge Siddesh Jadhav will just cut you call.

    @BalakrishnanR But the GoM headed by Amit Shah, the "Man Friday" of the Supreme Leader, had decided way back in Oct 2019 that GoI will provide 4G spectrum, tech n other resources to #BSNL & #MTNL but it remains in cold storage. Amit Shah hasn't handled a single issue entrusted to him as HM yet
