Such a pathetic support from @Paytm. My flight's been cancelled by airlines and had initiated the refund to the booking agency (which is paytm) in this case, but it's been like 25 days and I haven't got any positive feedback about my refund being processed (1/2)

@Paytmcare I am using paytm for 3 months and when I receive some payment you blocked my account for no reason and are not resolving even after so many requests Even I want to close my business account and paytm account ,pathetic service I will surely switch to other platform
