I was working for Paytm through TeamLease, and at the time of joining, I was offered a monthly salary of ₹27,000. However, I have received only 15 days’ salary so far. Whenever I ask Paytm about my full and final payment, I am told that TeamLease will process it. But even after multiple follow-ups, my settlement has not been completed. An unauthorized loan was pushed into my account via @Paytm by @HeroFinCorpLtd. Days of follow-up and still no written update, no accountability — only excuses like “working on it.” Is this the professionalism customers deserve? @RBI please take notice.
