@Paytmcare This is with regards to the account against no 9811778470. The person is not in India currently and there is an amount against his postpaid account which he is not able to pay due to data privacy issues.The amount will keep on adding after a certain time. Please help.

I did set up upi using @Freecharge but when I try "check balance" from @Paytm app for same UPI, same pin. It shows nothing. Do we need different 6 digit pin for different app, for tha same upi? Shouldn't it be working with single pin?
