@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @Paytm has entered into a different kind of business since the pandemic. Block refund amounts of the customers and generate returns on it. This could be implied since there're a lot of customers out there including me still waiting for their refund for over a year!
