    @NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

    @Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm Very disappointed by the way Paytm customer care has is handling my request. I had booked a flight last year,which got canceled because of Covid 19 , the airline has refunded my amount 2 months back but I have still not recieved it from Paytm's side.

    Is we are working on the issue. On one hand they will say they are working on the issue in the other hand they will continue harassing by loads of phone calls and messages. @Paytm have some shame. Being such a big organization don't involve in such petty behaviour.
