  @vijayshekhar @Paytm doesn't give me an option to close my loan in paytm postpaid. Customer care is useless and if I raise a ticket in app, it gets solved without a resolution. This is fraud.

  According to the indulsund bank my fd is renewed and it has to be shown on the top of my FD's but it does'nt it is on the end of my FD's. I have also call the paytm care for 1 hour and talk to them but they did not able to solve my problem my ticket id is 3135478192 @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare @Paytm An Uncle in my society is facing an issue in his paytm banks login. I am out of station currently. He is a shopkeeper and facing day to day difficulties. Is there any way if an executive can guide him personally? He has amount in his bank too but cannot use.
