    @NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

    @sai_krishna_199 @Paytm I want to close but now the fraudulent transaction need to be resolved by Paytm first! The answer to your question, if there is no dues than it should be done within 2-3 working days! After the frauds I closed my Amazon Pay later and it was done within 3 days!

    @Paytm There is no service available for postpaid , I want to delete my postpaid account and I have written 4 to 5 times to 24*7 but there is no response therefore, I have to delete Paytm .

    @Paytm - Waste service towards customers nobody is available to solve problems. Not able to connect with customer care and there is no proper mail id where customer can escalate his/her issue.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare - very poor customer service. Call center guys won't pick calls easily if by chance they pick they say to raise ticket on 24x7 app. But there not able to raise and they close ticket immediately without solving customer problem
