@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytmcare one of the worst customer care experience i ever had. No option to talk to customer executive. I wanted to delete my merchant account but don't have an option. Your team gives wrong commitments while giving sound box that it is free then i m charged every month.
