@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare digital gold savings plan is not working. RPS 1 gets deducted for card validation, after that the page goes into busy state of "transaction in progress". Sad part is I could not find a way to raise this concern over chat.

Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare is there any customer care who can speak about issue regarding account..bcoz every time your customer care only saying which is feeded by you.there is no customer care person who can talk about the issue.
