@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare 1. This is absolutely unacceptable. The bank has confirmed that my UPI is working perfectly. Only UPI Lite transactions are failing—standard UPI works without any issues. This clearly means the problem lies with Paytm’s UPI Lite system, not the bank.

@Paytmcare Thank you 🙏 Just for INR 4.96 post paid bill which I paid several times before quitting payment. No customer care person was able to solve the problem except suggest trying this, do that etc etc. I found phonepe and switched there. 4 members from my family also uninstalled.
