    @Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

    @NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I booked a ticket. The flight got cancelled and they issued the refund. It has been more than two weeks and still no sign of the money in my account. Tried calling to customer care but no help. Please don't make this my last experience with Paytm.

    Hi @Paytm @IRCTCofficial I had booked train 12904 from Vadodra to Mumbai on 22 Dec (PNR: 2713463408). The train was late by >8hrs (I had a flight next), thus, I had to cancel and raise the issue with Paytm. However, I haven't received any refund or any process being done for it.
