@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar @Paytm You have worst service. I deactivated my Paytm Merchant Account but still Paytm Sound Box is active and Rs. 125.00 is still deducting from my bank account every month. Pathetic!

@Paytm has the worst app design and support. Money has been deducted by one97 from my friend's bank account, shows statement but couldn't raise a ticket because paytm app didn't show the transaction.
