    @Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

    @NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

    I have logging Paytm app in my old account but there is created new account same number, so my old account details not show with my fastag and I have called payment coustomer care but they talked with me rudely still they haven't resolve my problem @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hi I have done a txn of 5250/- on 14th Nov 2021 to merchant ( Gentleman cut n stich) via paytm POS machine . RRN is 131818324570 .But merchant is telling me that the transaction had been reversed .But I have not got the amount back .let me the status of issue

    @Paytm , @TheOfficialSBI -I made UPI payment on 24-Nov-21 for INR 2514 transaction got failed, but amount is debited from my SBI Bank account, it's been 24 hours now still refund is not received in my Bank Account, I raised this issue with paytm24/7, still not resolved pls assist

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @vijayshekhar when I placed order by clicking on offer 3x points why other offer applied. Why paytm is not display applied offer like amazon,phonepe etc. It shows that paytm is not having customer friendly service/system and have intention to cheat customer
