@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@PaytmBank @PaytmFirstGames @Paytmcare They have restricted my receiving limit without any valid reason, it is totally unsafe to keep money in Paytm payment bank, this app is harassing users illegally. Do not keep money in this app fraud app. Customer support is also very poor.

@Paytmcare Even after directives to refund bookings on cancelled flights due to COVID, Paytm has yet to refund my tickets booked a YEAR ago and to top that, doesn't even respond to my service tickets and eventually closes them citing no activity! Never book flights from Paytm!
