@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare you won't see the worst service elsewhere than paytm care. I tried reaching out customer care a lot via phone numbers they have listed on the contact us page and what i get inreturn is to reach via bot. Absolutely worse.I used paytm postpaid and my due date was 7th Dec
