@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

Hey @Paytm Noticed a big flaw with Paytm Postpaid where payments can be done without PIN. It is getting used on third party apps like Uber, Zomato etc. and doesn't ask for PIN or OTP which imposes serious risk. Fix it pls. #CustomersOnRisk #SecurityIssue

@Paytmcare de-link my paytm kyc, it's been 3 months since I am trying to transfer my KYC to new number. Kyc centres don't help. In-app support is not ready for any custom query. no support if I call Paytm customer service, I always get the same issue that call volume is large.

Today I paid ₹50 to a shop and suddenly a sound came regarding confirmation of the Payment from a box type thing. I asked the shopkeeper and he said ‘Paytm ka hai, abhi liya h.. phone nhi rhta thaa tab problem hoti thi but ab shi h’ Kudos to @Paytm @vijayshekhar problem solved
