@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytmcare Hi, I recently made a payment on Mcdelivery via the Paytm App, I had used my card to pay for the order. The amount got debited from my account to Paytms Payment Retail, but has not reflected in Mcdelivery. Kindly help as your customer care numbers are not working.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm I have suffered a post paid fraud and it is impossible to connect to customer care as the process is complex and no one reachable. No revert despite putting complaint here. Have registered complaint with cyber crime. Paytm pathetic platform with no security.
