@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@PaytmTravel @Paytmcare is not refunding the amount of cancelled flight ticket. Airline has refunded but Paytm is not refunding the amount. Customer care is saying we have sent a payment request for a flight refund via SMS. but I have not got any SMS.

@Paytmcare HOW DOES PAYTM KNOWS THE PERSON WHO IS REPORTING THE ACCOUNT IS GENUINE ? LIKE ANYONE CAN SEND ₹100 TO SOMEONE AND REPORT THAT TRANSACTION AND GUESS WHAT PAYTM WILL BLOCK THAT ACCOUNT NO MATTER THE COMPLAINER IS LEGIT OR NOT. EVEN MINE IS BLOCKED LIKE THIS.

@Paytmcare Everytime they are changing dates. First 10th May then 31st May 2021. After 31st May 2021 I am not able to talk to customer care (using call). Worst service ever.

I have trust issues with @paytm @vijayshekhar bcz I always do payments through Paytm they give me FIRST POINTS when Im reaching close to 500 points, they change that offer to various unwanted vouchers. I want previous offer to get money through Paytm First Points
