@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytmcare I transfered ₹1000 to my Paytm bank yesterday after activation . Suddenly i saw ₹250 disappearing from account. It was deducted for debit card. Which is wrong. I paid for debit card and account was activated yesterday. I didnot use card since issue. Refund amount.TKS

Though @IndiGo6E has initiated full refund on 13 january 2021. I didn't get my money from @Paytm till now after over one month. And I have raised multiple complaints from the paytm app for the same but the issue is still not solved.

What pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm I’m contacting customer service, raised more than 10 tickets to get my issue resolved and still no reception. Either delete my paytm account or help me get my issue resolved. Such useless customer service representatives.
