@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Mammadhism @Paytmcare I've lost 50 rs in a railway station store once because of this 48 hour thing where I didn't have an option to cancel a payment if it's pending or on hold. Customer care sucks.
