@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

Please @Paytm points is such a scam! 😩 I was excited about using them for flight booking but it just gives error message during availing the coupon. Like ok I'll pay full I guess 😭

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar This is one of worst service I have seems. After so many ticket tweet escalation no one listening to request for the fraud happened with PayTM @IndianCERT Need your help. PayTM has falsely linked wrong credit card to my PayTM account and transferred by money to that card.

@Paytmcare As I said , the payment solutions of pay tm is in milliseconds but the customer care solutions are like light years. It was a good journey with paytm until this happened. Best wishes to you @vijayshekhar I may not remain your customer any more but will remain a fan for ever!
