@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm few days back I raised a dispute, instead of resolving the issue , paytm team misguided me , by giving wrong details. This is how ...this Company stealing money. Merchants are also taking benefits of this technical issues, no one is there to help customers!!! Shameful!
