@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

On 5th may 2021 i paid to a merchant but he didn't received and the money was deducted from my bank and i didn't get any refund till now. Pathetic customer service from @Paytm Pathetic app now I'm using other apps to pay i recommend you to not use paytm

Hey, people at @Paytmcare I can't get my #KYC done n your 24×7 helpline isn't solving my problem as no customer care executive is coming on line, on entering my aadhar no it shows 'aadhar already used to complete KYC fr another customer. waiting for call frm your side @Paytmcare
