    @NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

    @Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare An entire day passed and no update. Are you guys working or just partying? Not acceptable. You guys are unprofessional. You should give the user an update but you don't do it, and then your executives use abusive language on users. @vijayshekhar I hope you work too.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare hi, i tried payment to cab driver through paytm but at that time trasaction was pending for so long then i payed cash to the driver. Later after one hour payment got sucessful. Pls help & refund the amount.
