@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare I have an active Fast-Tag from Paytm & I see it on the app. I have requested Paytm to close my Fast-tag and upon following the instructions of Paytm customer care on how to close the Fast-Tag, it says that my Fast-tag has not been delivered yet. Is there a way ?

@Paytmcare #paytmMatKaro I created a ticket to close my one of two accounts.... paytmcare sat on it for 2 weeks and then they created another ticket to update mobile number to again sat on it for 2 weeks. They ask customer to add comment to receive callback but that never happens

Today I did my first round of investment out of four in @Paytm at Rs.1360. will invest more if it breaks down more by 15% from here & so on... Now let's see the remaining 3 rounds give me a chance to Average or Pyramid in PayTm.
