@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare See, i made heavy transactions but i wasn't aware of the fact that it would lead to this, i unknowingly made a mistake. Your system might have some predefined limits and because of that I'm facing an error.

@Paytmcare I had made a add money transaction of 2000 on 7th July , though the transaction showed successful still the amount was not added and I have done several follow ups with customer care but they have failed to resolver the issue
