@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare Such a poor service!! You write 24x7 customer support but no one responds to any call and the chat service is also useless as it shows "Error" when you try to msg. I need help regarding Paytm debit card. Otherwise I am closing my Paytm account immediately.
