    @Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

    @NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

    @Paytm , we had added 50k to Paytm wallet using UPI. While clicked to "Back to source", money deducted from wallet and didn't credit to @PaytmBank . @Paytmcare is now telling us that they had successfully transferred the amount from wallet to bank, but PPBL may have some issues!

    Hey! @Paytm I transferred this to a wrong number(it's a store in vayaparya kendra in sushant lok, Vurgaon) I called the store and they rudely denied to return the money back, I can't go to the store right now as I am working. What do I do?

    @Paytmcare There is a limit to which automation is appreciated. No one answers the call and option to raise query on app doesnt let you raise the correct concern. Quality itni ghatiya mut karo customer service ki logmarket mai negative publicity free for life karte rahe. Pathetic Service
