@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

Dear @Paytm, I only use your services for Fastag, and now you have restricted inward payments to top up Fastag. There is hardly anyone to do KYC as most local shops shown in your help have stopped doing it. KYC is also a challenge even after initiating the process.

@paytmmallcare @Paytmcare Order number 18093305329 is not yet delivered. Only message I got we tried to deliver via bluedart.But there is no tracking Id mentioned for bluedart.I don't know the current status or there is no option to call customer care and talk.Which is pathetic.
