    @Paytmcare You can receive money without KYC. And don't want to return the transaction without KYC done. Its terrible to see this kind of looting scheme.

    @Paytm is one way ticket. Upon the complaint from many people on grievance I did investigation. I found non existence customer care no email address. #Paytm has no mechanism if you have problems.This is fraudulent practice. Ecommerce must be better regulated. @PiyushGoyalOffc

    @Raveena91014407 @Paytm They are breaking all DGCA rules of refund openly cause they think no one can touch them. One legal notice and they will issue a full refund. Initiate immediate legal action against them with the help of @getmyrefundin so as to get your money back from them
