Moreover it's a clear violation of guidelines by not having a helpline number or providing the email id to customer

@Paytmcare Your service is very slow, I can guess your CSI score must be 0, I tagged Tataplay also in same thread and I got call from there side, wherein they confirmed that no amount received from @Paytm side. Reimburse my money in my bank and stop doing fraud with people.

Hey @Paytm ! I'm unable to add money to Paytm savings account. It produces error that account is temporary disabled or exceed payment amount limit. I tried checking for KYC details, it says the account is fully KYC. Besides update my PAN too, nothing happened. Plz. help !

Dear @Paytmcare, i found that you have deactivate my Wallet and Postpaid, it's fine because you are charging for its use but forgot to close my Loan Account. Please close my @IDFCFIRSTBank loan account to remain my CIBIL SCORE healthy. Becoz your customer support is worst.
