  @Paytm Recently booked to flight tickets worth 16300rs. , I have cancelled the tickets with zero cancellation charges having indigo voice recordings as well . There is some issue with the name of the customer. Till now I didn't get the refund.

  I also must share this feedback with @vijayshekhar. When the @Paytmcare team is trying a solution that they now know for sure over multiple phonecalls that it doesn't work. They decide to try the same solution over and over in an endless loop rather than fix the actual cause.

  @IOBIndia @amazonIN @Paytm I made a small payment to Amazon through Paytm via IOB. Payment was deducted on 17th January but order was declined. I have not received a refund. Contacting customer support none of them is assisting. Please look into it.
