I have requested @Paytm @Paytmcare for KYC update. Your executive called me multiple time but not reached at location till the time. @vijayshekhar jee please look into it, I think multiple customer we’re facing same issue due to this.

I also must share this feedback with @vijayshekhar. When the @Paytmcare team is trying a solution that they now know for sure over multiple phonecalls that it doesn't work. They decide to try the same solution over and over in an endless loop rather than fix the actual cause.

@Paytm Recently booked to flight tickets worth 16300rs. , I have cancelled the tickets with zero cancellation charges having indigo voice recordings as well . There is some issue with the name of the customer. Till now I didn't get the refund.
