@rajkiran0609 @CyberDost @Paytm It is problem of law enforcement agencies as they are not able to tackle it, paytm is spreading awareness about it. It may be because of infrastructure and police teams not able to tackle it.

@Paytmcare I talked your cusyomer and checked mail also, but you people have not acted timely. Now saying unable to recover amount. I request all paytm e wallets holder to please immediately de link your bank account other any fraud person withdraw all your money. Paytm server is not safe

Do NOT book flights with @Paytm. @Paytmcare is the worst. They only way to modify your own booking is to call them. They tell you they will get back in 24 hrs. They took 4 days to reply by which time I had to book with another service. Now I'm being charged the full cancellation.

I called @Paytm support. I clicked a bunch of options to select transaction via paytm wallet It asked me to enter last 4 digits of transaction id. It keeps giving me incorrect and then cuts the call Give me a contact number to call a human customer support.

I called customer support number 0120-4456456. I got routed to someone who said “this is not our concern. To talk to relevant department please call 0120-4456456” Thats the exact same number. #worstcustomerservice @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare don't buy card machine from Paytm their sales team say something and after you bought they charge other charges extra. So don't buy it and Paytm care will provide no help at all.
