    @IGLSocial hi, for past 3 days I am unable to make payment of my piped line gas bill due to your server error. Neither @Paytmcare nor your igl app is going thru to make payment.please look into the matter and resolve.we shouldn't be charged late fee post due date ke 150820

    Reward points earned after refueling and confirmed with a sms from @xtrarewards where as @paytm denies redemption of points saying customer is not registered. I want a Route cause of the issue b4 further escalation. This is pending for about 2 years

    @RBI @Paytm @PhonePe_ RBI shd seriously consider that such payment gateways shd have dedicated call numbers for issues other than their standardized issues in their apps Many issues do not get addressed by them They shd also have email IDs like banks Money is involved.

    @Paytmcare This is what I odered in Jan 2020 (for your reference Oder ID10082711541) with same Size UK7 and I have no issue at all with the size or the fit so instead of making silly excuses kindly arrange the replacement else I would have to seek legal aid for the same.

    Few days ago, I have registered a complaint regarding fraud done to me on paytm. My complaint sequence no. Is 166771659. Now she have returned my amount and I want to withdraw my complaint and unblock her account as well as mine. But paytmcare team response is very poor and slow.

    Latest @Paytm IOS V9.4.0(5045) is a buggy version! When you use #UPI payment method during payment time it stuck for infinite time and won't tell you whats going on..! Hello @Paytmcare don't come and ask for the issue. You figure it out. I am able get it resolved for myself!
