    Hey @Paytmcare am struggling with lodging an issue with with PayTM Fast tag. I need to close an active account and process refund, however your app keeps on saying the Fast Tag is not even delivered which is wrong, as the get tag was delivered and pasted on my car. Please help

    @Paytm Tata Power ddl consumers beware malpractices of Paytm,they charge platform fee of Rs.201.13 & say they don't charge anything.Consumers don't know service provider of Paytm.Surprised, Paytm credited cash back of Rs 5 misusing malpractice terms cash back upto,what is this?

    @KotakBankLtd Your mobile banking app is really very slow. Optimize it and fix the problem. How slow is it? It's atleast 10x slower than @Paytm .

    @SatharKunhi @Paytm Yes they don't have any customer care number on which we can call infact the mail id on their Facebook page is also not working... And for delivering product of any kind there is no lockdown issue for them but for customer service for refund and replacement they are not working

    .@Paytmcare Care to clarify why does it take 3+ weeks to close a Paytm account with gold balance? I have spent 4+ hours with your customer support & emails to just close the account & get digital gold balance back and case is still open! [Reference: 189088180]
