    @Paytmcare I tried to recharge my mobile from repeat recharge the mobile operator was changed from jio to bsnl and money was deducted from my wallet and recharge was also not done pls refund my money back to my account my transaction I'd is 13292615323 pls help fast

    @Paytm My number got blocked on Paytm without any reasons I’ve been trying to know the reason since 2019 but till now I don’t know the reason. In case anyone of you have time so please help me with unblocking it.

    @Paytm You guys never fail to disappoint your customers. I have been trying to talk to your customer care for many days but no one was there to talk, you guys have no option to apply for Paytm Postpaid NOC. Your chat service system is none other than a Scam.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare ! wrt Transaction ID 15120220611118935609 and Order ID 16549287719024354A dated 11.06.22, it's almost 10 days passed neither the Netmeds (Ticket No:6550299101) have received money nor I have received REFUND till date. Not able to connect Paytm customer care.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @Paytmcare is fully fraud. They sell customer data with Jamtara's People. Asking to OTP if denied they are forced to you to install anydesk. I have only shared my number in Paytm DM but they sell data with fraudsters.

    @Paytm amount was 7700 still didn't get any response is this kinda service you are providing not getting such response from you after calling 100 times and later they said I filled incorrect form seriously after calling you 10 times is this what I am getting

    @Paytmcare It's more than 2 weeks since I raised ticket. Is it some rocket science to identify the shortfall of bal. I want to know how can customer rely on your internal systems. Had I not checked the balance then? Why shouldn't I conclude that it's general and intentional practice #paytm

    @Paytmcare Dear Anam Can you update Where is the refund amount the airline has already refunded to the Agency account. Why are you guys not refunded yet. This is a really pathetic customer service from Paytm @DGCAIndia @RamMNK Paytm is refunding the amount of customers after flight cancel

    @Paytmcare This is not an IRCTC issue. Please stop shifting the blame. The problem occurred due to a technical error on the Paytm app (“Fetching Error”), because of which no booking confirmation was visible and I couldn’t take any action like cancellation or filing TDR.
