    @Idea @Paytmcare I m a customer of Idea delhi. I am getting few fake sms as name of paytm verification regularly. These are constantly annoying. Pl regulate at your end too. I already reported this issue to UP police for action.

    @vijayshekhar ji, you are running @Paytm and you don't have time for your customer who is facing issue to get FasTag From Paytm. Why are you not replying and interfere into this. My order id is 9798620714 , please help me if you can. I am really disappointed from Paytm this time

    @amazonIN why u selling @onidalive #onida tv while they never provide customer support. They didn't come home to check the issue in warranty period. I was calling since starting of #onida tv @Flipkart @Paytm @jagograhakjago @rsprasad @PMOIndia

So please contact DMRC NOT THE @Paytmcare and if you know someone from paytm then they might help .

    @PhonePe_ @PaytmBank @Paytm kindly see ur bullshit customer services n frauds. Since 4years Paytm user bt nw fedup n using @PhonePe_ . Sh.@narendramodi ji, shut down @Paytm as they support fraud n 0 services, later no hearing, only 24x7 query, 24+7= 31hours n ticket auto closed. Don't b liar #paytm

    @rajkiran0609 @CyberDost @Paytm It is problem of law enforcement agencies as they are not able to tackle it, paytm is spreading awareness about it. It may be because of infrastructure and police teams not able to tackle it.

    @Paytmcare Paytm customer support is pretty smart that they took almost a month to check my problem and closed the case without resolving it and the main smart move is that they did not even informed me. Hats off to you guys 🙄

    @paytmbankcare @nitin_gadkari @Paytm @vijayshekhar Last time your Nodel officer want 5 days to resolve the issue but today 7 days already left but instead of resolving my issue i didn't get any single call from your side. Now i have sent legal notice so that i can fight against you in consumer court. So you can not cheat others.

    I have got my Aadhaar card updated with new address, I want to get the address updated in Paytm KYC and Paytm Payments Bank. I have tried contacting customer care multiple times and even message on 24x7 section, no help received. @Paytm please look into this.

    My @Paytm wallet was inactive for a long time, now I want to use it again but not able to activate I've tried everything even went to multiple kyc points but they're also not able to help. There isn't a way to talk to an executive Worst customer care experience from @Paytm.

    @Paytm Even the customer service is not responsive on the same and disconnected the call and the amount is with paytm really disappointed with paytm for this and the transaction amount is 49710.5 INR that is big amount for me no body is here to help.
