Earlier it was not chargeable. Today, I was trying to pay some amount in groceries shop through QR scan code ,that time I was facing some issue like Payment failed.

I got call after few days person asking me to come for KYC but he didn't come. He did call me three times and no show. You CC called when I told the issue they simply disconnected. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.
