    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness I was using your Postpaid and got a bill of 2544 for March'22. As I tried to make the payment yesterday i.e. 7/4/22 (last day w/o penalty) the postpaid stopped working and now I have to pay extra 500. This is fraudulent way to extract more money!

    @Paytm unable to update new number from paytm profile, request submitted through message us but no action. Email I’d not in use , bounced back and customer care is not for such small issue . Is there any other way to reach you to fix this issue.

    But both banks are ignoring my problem, I do not know that they are the first experience with me and with the bank And I have got 3 times fraud Complaint in cyber cell too but they go to closed bus, they just say they have sent notices to the bank, @HDFCBank_Cares @Paytmcare

    Not able to file 15 g form with suryodya bank @paytm @vijayshekhar . Already raised on help and support but no prompt response yet. Tds certificate also not getting downloaded.

    @bankonbasak @Paytm @vijayshekhar @PaytmMoney In name of doing KYC for @Paytm wallet the guy opened a @PaytmBank account. Good that sms came immediately. Got the guy back in my house & literally kept him hostage for an hour & got my account cancelled. We hv ethical / security issues with these orgn. @Rahul_J_Mathur

    @Paytmcare vehicle number mismatch in records. Fastag working perfectly on all toll plaza except DME. Vehicle number last digit missing in records, thus not working on DME. Please resolve.

    @Paytm booked a flight through paytm and the moment is chose date by default the system switched calendar to January instead of December..the technical glitch costing me 20k to book another flight losing the one is booked through paytm.Such a shame for you guys to trick customers

    @Paytm @Paytmcare KYC is already done I have added 1500 rupees in Paytm wallet now I am unable to pay anyone from wallet we are facing problem several time even KYC is already done this problem is happen with other people also Paytm should have to close the wallet facility then

    @Paytmcare I transferred Rs 500 to UPI and instead of credit the remaining balance too vanished. Ticket No: #200011174671 was raised on April 1, till now only automated response or false information that issue has been resolved. Please expedite.

    @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses. I expect a resolution within 24 hours. Yash Chauhan
