I got call after few days person asking me to come for KYC but he didn't come. He did call me three times and no show. You CC called when I told the issue they simply disconnected. Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.. unnecessary charges are taken by them. first they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer. Interestingly, all other UPI apps are functioning without any problems on the same device. Requesting your team to prioritize this matter and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible.
