It is very difficult to reach out to customer care executives in need to urgent support. While traveling, got to know that @Paytm #FasTag is #blacklisted w/o prior intimation. As I tried to make the payment yesterday i.e. 7/4/22 (last day w/o penalty) the postpaid stopped working and now I have to pay extra 500. This is fraudulent way to extract more money!

They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.
