@Paytm I recieved 3000 cashback points on 17th aug 2022 against my upi payment. As per your committement it will be credit into my account in 24 hrs. But still it's npt credited into my account. Please check. Also, your customer support does not provide appropriate support.

I raised a flight ticket refund request on @Paytmcare @Paytm on 23 Dec. The airline processed it on 25 Nov, but I still haven’t received the amount in my bank account. Despite multiple follow ups there has been no response from Paytm. Customer service is extremely disappointing.
