@Paytmcare I booked 2 bus ticket @ order Id: 13370928454/13332933466 on dated 20-04-21.I got confirmation from Bus operator, but the bus got cancelled for date 20th April 21.Till now, I didn't receive refund amount. I follow up 24×7 help & support but didn't receive any response.

Inside all the integrated features are junk.Paytm is a junk and wrist company. No words for Paytm. Customer service and IVR tree is really irritating.
