    So sick of @Paytmcare @Paytm No resolution on sm or on their app. Impossible to talk to their customer service. Chat with a real executive is impossible too. All there is in help section is a stupid automated assistant that has limited set grievances never on you have. Bs.

    I had no idea @Paytm @Paytmcare customer service was this inaccessible and horrible. There's literally no avenue for contacting customer service. They just put in a stupid loop of automated chat and phone numbers also do nothing. Beyond horrible. Must switch apps ASAP.

    @Paytmcare your app is going from bad to worse. Want to make bill payment but can't. It show shows no due amount but I always pay advance. Never had any problems before but you keep changing the UI making the app total horse sh!t. You're forcing me to switch.
