    @Paytm I recieved 3000 cashback points on 17th aug 2022 against my upi payment. As per your committement it will be credit into my account in 24 hrs. But still it's npt credited into my account. Please check. Also, your customer support does not provide appropriate support.

    But both banks are ignoring my problem, I do not know that they are the first experience with me and with the bank And I have got 3 times fraud Complaint in cyber cell too but they go to closed bus, they just say they have sent notices to the bank, @HDFCBank_Cares @Paytmcare

    @Paytm amount was 7700 still didn't get any response is this kinda service you are providing not getting such response from you after calling 100 times and later they said I filled incorrect form seriously after calling you 10 times is this what I am getting

    @Paytmcare @Paytm even when customer care called the moment I said I wanted to deactivate the Soundbox the call was disconnected. Another representative called back I explained everything again and I was told the issue was resolved but nothing was actually done I'm still being charged every month
