    @Paytm While I am trying to recharge the electricity bill through Paytm,it’s charging for convenience fees for 1%. Earlier it was not chargeable. Today, I was trying to pay some amount in groceries shop through QR scan code ,that time I was facing some issue like Payment failed.

    @PhonePeSupport The App is so slow...Can’t check my bank balance, cant make a DTH recharge! It just irritates! Whatever money @PhonePe_ was going to make through my transactions, they lost it Coz I got it done through @Paytmcare @Paytm ! 🙏

    @paytmbankcare @nitin_gadkari @Paytm @vijayshekhar Last time your Nodel officer want 5 days to resolve the issue but today 7 days already left but instead of resolving my issue i didn't get any single call from your side. Now i have sent legal notice so that i can fight against you in consumer court. So you can not cheat others.

    @Paytmcare Paytm customer support is pretty smart that they took almost a month to check my problem and closed the case without resolving it and the main smart move is that they did not even informed me. Hats off to you guys 🙄

    @bankonbasak @Paytm @vijayshekhar @PaytmMoney In name of doing KYC for @Paytm wallet the guy opened a @PaytmBank account. Good that sms came immediately. Got the guy back in my house & literally kept him hostage for an hour & got my account cancelled. We hv ethical / security issues with these orgn. @Rahul_J_Mathur

    @PhonePe_ @PaytmBank @Paytm kindly see ur bullshit customer services n frauds. Since 4years Paytm user bt nw fedup n using @PhonePe_ . Sh.@narendramodi ji, shut down @Paytm as they support fraud n 0 services, later no hearing, only 24x7 query, 24+7= 31hours n ticket auto closed. Don't b liar #paytm

    @Idea @Paytmcare I m a customer of Idea delhi. I am getting few fake sms as name of paytm verification regularly. These are constantly annoying. Pl regulate at your end too. I already reported this issue to UP police for action.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have experienced worst service with this Paytm. I have booked train tickets in irctc and paid through Paytm. Money got deducted but tickets not confirmed. And there is no customer care facility at Paytm.

    @Paytmcare i have paytm business account with you. On date 14 sept. 2022 there is upi trans. Of re 26900 whis shows settle to my bank on 15th sept. But the amount is not credited to my bank. Also your helpline numbers and lige chat is useless. Solve my issue earliest.
