    @Paytm You guys never fail to disappoint your customers. I have been trying to talk to your customer care for many days but no one was there to talk, you guys have no option to apply for Paytm Postpaid NOC. Your chat service system is none other than a Scam.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare ! wrt Transaction ID 15120220611118935609 and Order ID 16549287719024354A dated 11.06.22, it's almost 10 days passed neither the Netmeds (Ticket No:6550299101) have received money nor I have received REFUND till date. Not able to connect Paytm customer care.

    Dear @Paytm I m totally dissatisfied. The interface is becoming horrible day by day. Even simple things like viewing passbook are not accessible. I have not been able to login to Paytm saving account. Paytm customer service is wrost.

    @Paytmcare Why there is some issue in activation of paytm post paid account . When I take selfie it does not allow me to get credit check done rather it gets me exit from the page and take me to home screen.worst experience

    Provide mechant bank account no kyc so the detail on digital site all is wrong and misleading, what kind of @Paytm internal check, of kyc guninity check, and not sharing though i reptititive complian, to ur office @HMOIndia

    @Paytm @ICICIBank @UPI_NPCI I have tried to pay for a good cause yesterday icici debit happened, Paytm shows failed transaction. icici customer care asks me to call beneficiary bank. If that's a resolution by icici y not mention it on website and close the customer care dept.

    @Paytm I recieved 3000 cashback points on 17th aug 2022 against my upi payment. As per your committement it will be credit into my account in 24 hrs. But still it's npt credited into my account. Please check. Also, your customer support does not provide appropriate support.

    @Paytm unable to update new number from paytm profile, request submitted through message us but no action. Email I’d not in use , bounced back and customer care is not for such small issue . Is there any other way to reach you to fix this issue.

    Yeah sure, it still has a defunct UPI Lite account which I made on my last phone and given it wasn’t ported, I wasn’t allowed to open a new one. This has been an issue since 2023. Happy @Paytm or even @ICICIBank iMobile user now.
