@Paytm @ICICIBank @UPI_NPCI I have tried to pay for a good cause yesterday icici debit happened, Paytm shows failed transaction. icici customer care asks me to call beneficiary bank. If that's a resolution by icici y not mention it on website and close the customer care dept.

Dear paytm care, My ticket wast cancelled due to break down and refund is provided only by sending msg like u r amount was credited but in real there is no amount credited in the bank account .. So I req u too look into this ...as soon as possible @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare
